⚉XxXxX Well his day had not been that productive at all. This morning had been chaos in the gardens, though he spent his afternoon just walking around town. Though as it had gotten later in the day, he knew that it was his turn to buy dinner for the group. Haruka and himself hung out just about every evening, and on the weekends Awai would join in. So long as none of them were on a mission... which at that point they would just get together the night the missing member returned... nine times out of ten invading said person's apartment for the evening. Making his way up the stairs, Shade shifted the two take out bags in his arms, tonight he picked up curry from down the road. Once he made it to his floor he walked first to Haruka's door and gave the bottom corner a kick to let the other know he was home, and proceeded to the otherside of the hall to do the same to Awai's door. If they were home, they would emerge... though if they weren't they'd show up sooner or later.
⚉XxXxX Entering the apartment he flicked on the lights leaving his door unlocked for his two friends to enter once they arrived. Setting the food down on the table he made his way to the closet to grab a third floor pillow to sit on to eat. Glancing at the time he tossed his backpack down onto the bed before making his way into the bathroom to change into casual clothes, and it wasn't like he was planning on leaving for the rest of the evening.

XXXHaruka led Tenka to Shade's apartment, which was two steps away from his and Awai's. By the universe's grace, the trio had an apartment arrangement that many friends/floor mates would kill for; Shade and Haruka's apartments were right next to each other, while Awai from across from them. Haruka liked to call it a, "Friendship triangle." This, "triangle" would usually come together during the weekends and have dinner, though it tended to vary in cases where someone had to go on a mission. Then, everyone would have dinner the day after said mission was completed. That only applied to the trio, though. Shade and Haruka pretty much spent every evening together; one of the few moments Haruka wasn't high since he knew how much Shade disliked the smell. Besides, Haruka wanted to cut back a little on the shinobi green. He didn't want to use it as a crutch to control his excitement and subsequently his innate power. Admittedly, Haruka liked himself a little more when he wasn't high, he cracked cornier jokes when he was more level headed.
Once he arrived at Shade's door, Haruka would gesture for Tenka to wait for one moment with a simple raised finger before slightly opening the door. He'd peak his head inside and flash a cool grin at Shade. "Ehe, and here we have a wild Shishi in his natural environment... Being cute as always," Haruka sniffed the air. "...Attracting the wandering Haruka with curry?" He perked his brows up, and his grin turned into a toothy smile. "Hey, babe... Don't be mad... Kay?" He opened the door a little more so it could show him and Tenka.

✹XxXxX Tenka had followed along it looked like it was to much farther Tenka's apartment was near the the entrace of the apartment complex so it was around were Haruka was leading him to which happened to be Shade's apartment, this would definite be an experience, He crossed his arms as Haruka made his comments about coming in and the nickname that he presumed belonged to shade, Shishi, out of all the names they said over the years this one took the cake."Shishi" he whispered to himself. "That's whats the word.. cute?" he scratched his chin thing about it. Then returned his attention to the cracked door, he could make out a somewhat visible Shade in the house. He wondered how long each of them lived in the apartments, he had lived there since he came to the leaf, he upgraded the room size over the years because he needed a bigger room to fit his bookcase. "Shade doesn't live to far from me." he finally said to Haruka, "in fact we passed it on the way here." He looked at the size of the room, it was a bit smaller than his. So probably more recent then, as usually they gave smaller rooms to people who haven't been here long.

⚉XxXxXShade exited the bathroom wearing a pair of black baggy sweatpants and a simple gray t-shirt, closing the door behind him he looked up hearing his front door open. Haruka was peaking through the door, a smile was starting to form on his face. Though it faltered when he spoke, a sigh escaped the green male as he crossed his arms. "I thought I told you I hated that nickname." he said as he started to make his way towards the table, grabbing the floor pillow off of the bed where he had haphazardly tossed it with his backpack to go and change. "Yes, I got curry tonight. Figured it would be fitting since it's been a while since we got it." Walking towards the table, he paused. "Why would I be ma-" as the door was opened more to where Shade could see into the hallway where Tenka stood.
⚉XxXxXThe chunin's eye twitched as he saw the other male, this was unexpected. "You do realize.... I only ordered food for three people right........." he said, irritation undertone in his voice. Though, it somewhat hit him, that Tenka had heard everything that Haruka had said... his face reddened a bit. "And really!? You said all that with him right next to you!?" he said as he threw the pillow at the other male, aiming to hit him in the face with it. Sure it wouldn't hurt, Shade wasn't much for strength, it was tactics and mind games. Though the pillow was decent sized, so it might throw him off balance.

↝XxXxX After quickly showering, redressing, braiding her hair back up, and slipping on her shoes for a change, the chuunin quickly made her way down to Shade's apartment. Haruka and Shade had invited her over for dinner this evening and she was most certainly running late after having a long needed training session between Junko, and a rather interesting genin. Her mind was elsewhere for the time being. The small little gesture Junko had made still had her in a whirl. He was a sweet boy- in every term of the word- and had always been incredibly nice to her. He was older than her of course. She could recall sitting through his graduation and exams the year before she took hers. Though the two were never romantically close, she had to admit she had found him to be cute. The thought brought a light blush to her pale cheeks as she held a stupid smile across her lips. Giddy as a school girl even still as she shook her head of the thoughts. Surely nothing would happen- nothing would become of her girly thoughts. Besides- she had other thing she needed to be thinking of; food!
↝XxXxX Coming up to the door, she could hear the familiar frustration of the couple within. The couple were cute in their own way- it always made Awai giggle and wish for such a thing with someone. Just as she walked up to peer inside, her eyes widened as a pillow struck Haruka dead on. Her attention would then briefly turn to Tenka. Seeing the studious boy here was different- she was surprised that he wasn't standing with his nose buried in a book. She could recall trying to make conversation with him back in the day. Stepping into the room, the young woman would smile a wide smile with her arms wrapped behind her back, hands cupped into one another, "Hey! Good evening! Sorry if I was late."

XXXHaruka perked his brows at Tenka's comment. "Ah, yeah you're right next to Awai's room, right?" Looks like it'll soon have to be a, "Friendship Square." Haruka laughed nervously when he saw Shade's grin fade into an unamused frown. "I'm sorry, babe," Haruka said with two defensive hands raised above his chest. "I'll give Tenka half of my curry and everything will be aye-okay, ehe." His cheeks turned a light pink at Shade's (adorable) reaction to his previous comments. "I bet he didn't even realize, though my bad, babe.. Will some bread pudding help my case?" Haruka's lips curled into a dainty grin as he was prepared to toss his bag into the room. However, he was thwarted by a pillow connected to his face. This caused his large frame to tumble forward and onto the floor, right after Awai had walked inside the room and greeted everyone. "I-I guess not... Pffft!" Haruka grabbed the pillow and nuzzled his cheek into it, closing his eyes. "Thanks for the free pillow, babe. I'll just nap here, Kay?" He raised his hand at Awai and gave a thumbs up. "You're all good, Wai. How yah doin?"

✹XxXxX Tenka shook his head. "It's fine, i was more or less invited to come by Haruka, so i apologize for the inconvenience." He said and did a slight bow, He listened to shade reveal how he felt about his nickname, a small smile formed on his face. "It's okay I think Shi-Shi is kind of endearing is it not?" He asked Haruka who had given the name in the first place. Locked in and aimed perfectly, shades projectile throwing skills of a pillow were admirable for someone who didn't really stick to the front lines, that was more Tenka's job. A pillow aimed at Haruka successfully landed, although he wasn't to displeased, in fact the other boy decided he would lay there. Tenka stepped through the entrance and over top Haruka, feeling like a intruder, as he wasn't quite invited by Shade himself. He felt like it was fine he wasn't a stranger by any means they did spend a lot of years on the same squad, "Don't mind the intrusion, I don't take up a lot of space." he said softly, as he didn't want to be a burden to the rest of the group. "Don't worry about feeding m-" Stomach rumbled, that one dango was definitely not filling he should of ate before he came.
✹XxXxX Footsteps could be heard, and a familiar voice rang out. Turning and looking in the direction, it was of an old classmate, and someone who lived near him Awai-Senpai, she was a year older than him, and he respected her as an artist. Thinking more on the subject each one had some sort of artistry skills in one area. They had just got here themselves so it's not like she was that late. It wasn't his place to say that she was late, in was only moments before that they got here. It was nice to see another familiar face, He was able to handle smaller groups in some fashion. It was when the number exceeded five or six is when it got to crowded. He moved out of the way so that Awai could step in as well.

⚉XxXxX Stilled annoyed at the situation, the smaller male crossed his arms over his chest, his irritated gaze locking on Tenka. "If you ever call me that, I will fill your lungs with sand." Haruka was the only one who had permission call him that, Awai did it on occasion just to tease him. Though Awai had been hanging out with them for a while, and had been there when Hakura came up with the stupid nickname. Speak of the devil, the older chunin entered the apartment, apologizing that she had been late. "Don't worry about it Awai, they just showed up... I haven't been home long myself either." Shade sighed as he made his way to the closet to get another floor pillow for Tenka to sit on. The whole debacle was to exhausting to argue with at this point, and Shade wasn't about to throw Tenka out of the gathering he was invited to. "Awai, can you grab the plates and silverware?" he asked as he started to dig through the boxes in his closet, he very rarely had four people in his apartment, so he needed to find the stupid pillow. "I they should still be in the cupboard next to you, so long as I wasn't that drunk from the last dinner we had." he said as he opened a box and found that id did have the other three pillows that had come with the dinning table. Sure he only had two that had backings on them, but it was still a complete set.
⚉XxXxX Tossing the pillow next to the table, he walked over to the window, drawing open the curtains to let some more light into the room. "You're fine to stay Tenka, Haruka invited you. So I hope you like Curry." Shade said pushing open the sliding glass door behind the curtain that lead to the balcony. Turning his attention back to Haruka, who though he would just lay in the entry way, he rolled his eyes crossing the room to him and taking the bag that he had held up as a bribe. "As for this, babe." Shade said snatching up the bag. "You are forgiven, though I am still annoyed." he sighed moving to put the food into the mini fridge that was tucked into the large closet near the bathroom. He may not have a large room, though it wasn't like he needed much space. Between the three friends, they had everything they needed. Closing the closet door once he was done with the kitchenette he moved to the table to help Awai with getting the table set and the food unpacked and set out around the table.

↝XxXxX Her attention turned down to the ground to look at Haruka who chose to remain on the floor, sprawled out in front of the doorway. On the question about how she was doing, the girl had to think about it for a moment. Tired was going to be her first response, but she didn't want to come off as a shitty guest. Giddy? Nah. She didn't want to trouble the boys with her... childish crush, "I'm doing good! Got a little bit of training done. Went and had some sweet buns-" Cutting herself off as she pondered for a moment. Sweet bun. That's what Junko had called her. The nickname hadn't meant much at first- given he had given them to everyone. But... it just felt different. Her smile returned as her attention turned to Tenka, "Hello Tenka-kun." She greeted kindly. The boy was always a little odd to her- but never... unpleasant? "Oh- if there isn't enough curry, he can have some of mine as well! I'm not terribly hungry." Through the years Awai was known not to really eat that much- MAYBE 2 meals at the day max, but most cases it was just the one. Her daily regiment revolved around a strict diet to keep her in shape.
↝XxXxX Stepping into the apartment and over Haruka's body, Awai would look up to Shade as he asked if she could grab the plates and utensils, "Of course!" She grinned as she made her way towards the cabinet he mentioned. Popping open the doors and rummaging through for a moment, she pulled out the necessary amount of eating ware and splayed them out onto the table for the four of them. Once everything was placed, she would tuck her arms behind her back then and stand a couple feet from the table, "Is there anything else I can do to help?"

XXXHaruka snickered in his pillow when Shade took the bag of bread pudding. He remained in his surprisingly comfortable position, almost falling asleep where he laid. However, Awai's reply to his earlier question piqued his interest enough to keep him awake. He wondered why she cut herself off, but figured that it'd be best to not pry into it. "Mmm, sweet buns, I could go for a couple right now. Actually..." Haruka wiggled his knapsack off of his back and pulled out a treat from the larger compartment, which he tore open with his teeth and slowly bit into. "Mmm, nothing beats a pre-curry snack..." The tall man slowly crawled away from the door after Tenka walked pass him. With his long legs, Haruka closed the door behind him and slithered towards the table. He gobbled the rest of his bun by the time he reached his usual spot, and even managed to pull out a fizzy drink as well to compliment his dinner. "Would anyone care for a pre-curry snack?"

✹XxXxX He took a slight step back, but then returned to his stance, he knew shade was only joking, besides where would he even get sand? "Well, that might be difficult, I'd also stay away from my mouth.": Shade might of known about what he was talking about, he had mouths on his hands, and his mouth could knead chakra generally used with molding clay but sand could also be used with chakra as a weapon, though he didn't really wanna shove sand in his mouth to find out. Tenka also had one mouth on his chest, though that one was stitched up, unsure of how exactly that mouth worked, but it was quite deadly from what he remembered reading. So he sewed it shut himself. Shade had cooked, he would try and refrain from saying anything about the food like tips or pointers, unless brought up or asked. He did take mention they were having curry, it would be good to see how someone else cooks maybe he could learn something, Tenka had a passion for cooking he took it quite seriously. It was a good numbing effect to take his mind of matters. "Curry is fine, did you make it yourself?" he asked Shade.
✹XxXxX Haruka and Awai had offered some of their food to him. "Thanks, i forgot to eat this morning and i never got a chance this afternoon." he explained with the events of his day, he really didn't get a chance. He walked over, to a empty space in the room, where he would be out of the way. "If you need help with anything let me know." He than sat down on the sofa, the corner of it, it was rather awkward. He adjusted himself to be more flush with the back of the sofa. He was here now although still extremely worried about his intrusion. Haruka had offered some snacked he would politely turn him down. "No thank you." That was what the book he was reading about social interactions said to do. He also didn't want to ruin his appetite, one dango was enough and that was a while ago.

⚉XxXxXPulling the food out of the takeout bags, Shade read the labels first pulling out the vegetarian curry and setting it in Awai's spot at the table before reaching in and grabbing the other two bowls. Setting one down in Haruka's spot and then reached for the spare plate and passed it over to the empty spot at the table. "I believe there will be enough food to go around, debating on what ever 'pre-curry' snacks Haruka picked up on his way here." Shade teased as he sat down on his own pillow opening the container the smell of the spicy beef curry filling the air. "I think we got everything, unless anyone wants something to drink. I have milk, some apple juice, or water." he said motioning towards the kitchenette. "And no, I bought it from the old lady down the road at the shop. I am not big on cooking large meals in this apartment." Shade said in response to Tenka's question.
⚉XxXxX Soon Haruka closed the door and made his way over to the table, he had just taken a large bit of something, though Shade hadn't been paying attention to know if it had been a sweet-bun the other pulled out of his bag or not. When other snacks were offered up Shade rolled his eyes. "I think I'll eat my curry before it get's cold, shouldn't be scalding hot this time around." he said reaching for a spoon, though as he took the cover off the top it looked like it was still steaming pretty well. He didn't want to burn his mouth just yet. "So Awai was training, what were you up to today Haruka?" Shade asked before blowing some of the steam away from his food, in hopes to cool it down quicker.

↝XxXxX Turning to Haruka as he offered "pre-curry snacks" as he liked to call them, Awai chuckled and waved her hand followed by shaking her head at the offer, "I'm quite alright, thank you for the offer though! I think I should save room for the curry..." It was a pleasant offer and Awai was grateful for it, but she had quite enough sweets for today- or rather... maybe the next two days. Her attention would turn to Tenka then as he responded to Shades threat of filling his mouth with sand. Furrowing her brow at his comment, her head tilted slightly to the side not quite understanding. The chuunin was unaware of the males condition or the mouths on other places of his body. Brushing it off her attention would turn to Shade once again as he brought out the bowl of curry.
↝XxXxX Moving to take her seat on the pillow where the vegetarian bowl had been placed, Awai nodded her thanks to the man with a wide smile before reaching out to open the container, "Thank you!" One of her favorite times of the month was sitting down with the boys, eating whatever food was chosen to devour, and gossiping about whatever came to mind- also occasionally sharing shinobi green with the trio. That was always a good time. As she removed the lid and wafted the smell of curry into her nose, the woman smiled a wide smile. Shade always knew the best restaurants in Konoha! It made the jinchuriki miss the BBQ place over in Kumogakure. The owner knew a really good tofu dish. She wondered then if she could get it imported? Looking up as Shade asked how training had went, Awai placed her utensils down briefly, "It went pretty well actually! I was out with Junko and a genin we had met at the dango shop earlier today." Her attention would shift from each of the others in the room before she realized she had forgotten to dish up a portion of her curry to Tenka. Pulling his dish over to her, she carefully placed a good portion of her curry onto his plate before sliding it back over to him, "How about you guys? Shade; how's your jutsu training coming along? I remember you briefly discussing it the last time we were here? Haruka; Have you tried any new tasty snacks lately?" Her attention would then turn to Tenka, not quite sure what to ask the boy, "Uhm... Well.... How was your day, Tenka?"

XXXWhen everyone turned down the offer for snacks, Haruka shrugged and pocketed the remainder of his snacks with the exception of his fizzy drink. As he took a few sips of his soda, Haruka listened to everyone talk among themselves. For example, when Shade threatened to fill his lungs with sand for calling him the nickname Haruka and (occasionally Awai) gave him. At first, Tenka's reply confused him, but made much more sense when Haruka remembered about the two mouths on Tenka's palms. In his mind, Haruka liked to name them, "Lefty," and "Righty." Awai was next, who talked about her day with Juuuuunko and another genin. Haruka sipped his drink again, humming in intrigue by the young woman's brief description of her trip at the dango shop with her booooo. "Ohhhh, on another daaaaaate," Haruka teased as he set his bottle down and opened his container of curry, which he distributed to Tenka's plate. "C'mon and eat, Ten." Haruka looked back at Awai, who asked him about his day, along with the others. Shade also asked about his day. "Ah, I went fishing by the river. Met this old guy who was struggling with putting on his lure, so I helped him out. We talked about this fishing season. Went for a nap. Got high. Got sweets. Met Tenka along the way. Then came here to have food with my awesome friends and my cute boyfriend." Haruka took a big spoonful of his curry before stuffing it in his mouth. He waved his hand over his mouth, feeling the burn of his steaming dish... But it was too good to not spit out. "Today, like every day, is a good day."
