Romance Novels || Not only does Rose write them, she loves reading them. Her favorites are historical romances, but a good modern one will still make her heart flutter. She just loves nice, fun love stories with a promised happily ever after. Life isn't always like that, so a girl needs her escapes!
Cosplay || A lot of Rose's friends are into it, and honestly, she just thinks it's fun. Plus, they make for fun pinup sets, and she gets to flex her crafty side, sewing and making foam and cardboard props! It's a good time, she gets to look pretty in all new ways, and she can go to conventions and have a good time with other people who love what she does! Most of her cosplays are from western fantasy and science fiction movies and games, or from comics, but she's done a few anime, especially if they happen to fit into her favorite genres and have pretty girls for her to dress as.
Virtues:
Romantic || Rose is a hopeless romantic. She loves love, and she really does genuinely want to believe in people. Most people, in her estimation, basically want to do good and be good, and if they aren't their best selves right now, that's okay. They just need someone to encourage them, and Rose wants to be that person.
Confident || Rose knows what she wants, when she wants it, and how to get it. She loves herself and who she is, and she loves how hard she's worked to get there. She refuses to let anyone get her down or take digs at her, and that confidence tends to radiate off her, which attracts a lot of positive attention.
Flaws:
Romantic || This is a double-edged sword. Rose really does believe that everyone wants to be their best self and can be helped to be made better, and unfortunately, that means that she's sometimes willing to let people walk all over her, manipulate her, and otherwise take advantage of her desire to see the best in them. Surely her friends could only possibly mean well!! Except, well, sometimes they don't, and Rose doesn't want to see it until it's too late.
Cocky || Rose can be...very full of herself. She's gorgeous, she's smart, she knows what she wants, and she's not afraid to flaunt it--and as much as that makes some people like her, to other people, it makes her That b***h to other people. She tends to respond to those people by digging in deeper, because haters gonna hate, right? And that just makes the whole thing worse.

Sailor Scout Attack: Unattainable Wish!
Ilse speaks the name of her attack, and blows a kiss to one target. The target is surrounded by a swirl of blue petals, and is struck by a yearning for something or someone they consider unattainable. It can be a dream, an object, a person, or anything else. This longing lasts for 30 seconds, but after it ends, the target may be struck with a lingering feeling of sadness or loss at player discretion. Ilse can use this attack three times per battle.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Unattainable Desire!
Ilse speaks the name of her attack, and blows a kiss to one target. The target is surrounded by a swirl of blue petals, and is struck by a yearning for something or someone they consider unattainable. It can be a dream, an object, a person, or anything else. At this stage, the target will also feel a tickling in their chest and an urge to cough, and if they do so, they will cough up blue petals similar to the ones Ilse creates. These effects last for 35 seconds, but after it ends, the target may be struck with a lingering feeling of sadness or loss at player discretion. Ilse can use this attack twice per battle.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Unattainable Dream!
Ilse speaks the name of her attack, and spreads her arms wide. A burst of blue petals flies out around her, spreading to a radius of 10 feet. The petals will stick to enemies within the radius, but disappear otherwise. For the next 45 seconds, those with petals stuck to them will feel a deep yearning for something or someone they consider unattainable, which can be a person, a thing, a dream, or anything else. The target is also consumed with the urge to cough, and if they do so, it will bring up blue petals as well as thorns. These create a sensation of pain in the throat, and can leave actual damage at player discretion. The magic lasts for 45 seconds, and Ilse can use it once per battle.
