Candy Making: Evie has grown up around sweets, and when she was old enough to do more than the taste testing, she found that she enjoyed making them almost as much as she does eating them. One of her favorite things to make is small hard candies, working the sugar and creating designs inside of them. It is without a doubt the best creative outlet that she can think of. The designs that she are the proudest of are the ones she makes for Christmas time, trees and small faces of Santa Claus. And the customers love them.
Design Games: Design games are how Evie gets out her creative bug when she’s stuck somewhere. Be it on a long car ride or just in bed for the night, she loves playing on her phone and turning mess into something beautiful. She has a game for all occasions, dress up games, home restoration...whatever. So long as it turns chaos and destruction into beauty and order...well. She’s down for it.
Ballet: Ballet is one of the most graceful forms of self expression that Evie can think of, and it is the one thing from childhood that she has continued on with. She has no desire to dance professionally...though...she wouldn't be upset to get a part in a ballet, but she loves it. Loves the feeling of calm that descends upon her when she dances, loves how beautiful she feels when she's swaying to music. It's one of the greatest ways to calm down after a long day.
Virtues
Self-Sufficient: Evie Prides herself on not needing anyone. She has never found loneliness to be a problem, and in fact thrives on doing things alone. She can figure out the answer to any question, and is pleased that she hasn't really ever had to break down and ask for help with things. It's perfectly fine to do things on her own, especially when she's so good at it.
Resourceful: It's always important to know how to deal with all situations, and Evie feels that she's very good at adapting. She can make several things out of very little, and can figure out the best way to do something even if she has a limited time to prepare. It's good to know the world, and good to be able to problem solve on the fly.
Sympathetic: Everyone has a story, and Evie tries very hard to keep that in mind when she deals with people. If someone is in a bad mood, or if they're unbearably rude, she tries to figure out why rather than retaliate. That doesn't mean she won't retaliate, but she'll always attempt to figure out if she can help, or if there is a reason before she reacts poorly.
Flaws
Self-reliant: Teamwork is a difficult concept for Evie, and she prefers to do things on her own. Having to rely on other people, and having them rely on her has always been just another way of saying that she has to do the work, while the others slack off. She refuses to believe that others will ever pull their weight, and as such rebukes the idea of getting help when she needs it. She is exceedingly stubborn on the matter, and would rather die that depend on anyone but herself.
Short Sighted: Evie doesn't think about the long term consequences for things that she does, or that she plans. She has goals yes, but she never thinks past those goals. Often, she can think of point A to point B, not realizing that by the time she reaches B, point E will cause everything to crumble. It has cost her a few times, once in a friendship and once in a scholarship but even so, she can't seem to grasp the fact that there is more to life rather than the here and now.
Obsessive: When Evie decides she has a goal, or finds something that she truly enjoys, it becomes something that she can't let go. Be it a show, a new game or an idea for a new candy design. She will go for whatever it is until she burns out, and once she's on course, it's nearly impossible to get her off of it.

When the attack hits an opponent, they feel very cold, and the ground beneath them shakes and may crack slightly, throwing them off balance. The cold lasts for thirty seconds, and the shaking for fifteen. She can hit one opponent, at a range of ten feet. The attack can be used twice. Super Sailor Scout Attack: Shifting Cold Leona says her attack and holds her hands out towards an opponent, and a blast of cold air comes from her hands. When the attack hits an opponent, they feel very cold, and the ground beneath them shakes and may crack slightly, throwing them off balance. The cold lasts for thirty seconds, and the shaking for twenty. She can hit two opponents, at a range of ten feet. The attack can be used twice. Eternal Sailor Attack: Ice Quake Leona says her attack and holds her hands out towards her opponents, a blast of cold air comes from her hands. The attack creates a bubble of ten feet by five feet, and anyone that Leona perceives as an enemy inside of the bubble will feel very cold, and will feel as though the ground is shaking. They may have feelings of falling, as though the ground is breaking up underneath them, but this is simply an illusion. The attack can effect anyone inside of the range of the bubble, and lasts forty seconds. It can be used once.
