Aishan Relations

For five years, the world of Tendaji has been expanding and changing. Many struggle to remember the time where war was right around the corner - now, the world is peaceful and connected. There's hope that in the future, even the Aishans may become friendly enough considering their unsteady history.

As Tendaji settles into this new normal, we wanted to share a few recent developments with the Aishans for your reference.

Chibale Alkidikes

It has been years since the great betrayal and banishment of the Extremist Alkidikes, and the pain and heartache has always lingered on Chibale. The sisterhood, while stretched, can never be torn, for they will always be daughters of Aisha. It is this mindset that has started to settle on Chibale, with a few sisters wondering 'what if' they could mend the pain and become one sisterhood again.

The Elaria & Extremists

The Elaria, while young, are now the majority of Aishans in Zinris. With a seasoned Elaria mystic, they are leaders of their tribe and in control of their destiny. Most of the elder Aishans who founded the island are beginning to pass on, including the Matron. It's now up to those remaining to choose their own destiny and decide how to deal with the deserters in Kahikina.

The New Isles

Isle Chiume
|| (Chih-oom-aye)
|| Location: Belrea

Chiume is the village where the Alkidike sisterhood have planted a seed of Aisha. Over the past five years, the seed has slowly grown into a healthy tree they have named Azehra. Nowhere near as big as Aisha or Elzira, the tree quickly adapted to the Belrean soil, altering its color and shape to mimic the flora of the area.

The sisterhood takes protecting Azehra seriously, and as a result do not let anyone but sworn protectors and matrons near the young tree. Alkidike sisters that follow the ways of Aisha are welcome to the isle. Extremist and Elarians are permitted on the outer beaches, but are kept away from the main area and tree as there still is a sense of distrust between the two groups.

Any non-aishans who attempts to journey to the Isle will be attacked on sight. They are not permitted nor able to roleplay on the Isle at this time.

Isle Kiros
|| (Kee-rohs)
|| Location: Pale’iko

Kiros is the village where the deserter Alkidike Extremists/Elaria have planted a seed of Elzira. Over the past five years, the seed has slowly grown into a healthy tree they have named Esena. Nowhere near as big as Aisha or Elzira, the tree quickly adapted to the Kahikinan soil, altering its color and shape to mimic the flora of the area.

It's important to note that the sisterhood who protects this tree, while from the extremist colony, do not follow the extremist ways completely. They are more open, yet still dedicated to the pure Aishan ways of their past.

The sisterhood takes protecting Esena seriously and as a result do not let anyone but sworn protectors near the young tree. Alkidike Extremists and Elaria sisters are welcome to the isle if they mean no ill intent. Extremists looking to cause harm and mainland Alkidikes are permitted on the outer beaches, but are kept away from the main area and tree to protect the young mother tree.

Any non-aishans who attempts to journey to the Isle will be attacked on sight. They are not permitted nor able to roleplay on the Isle at this time.

Update - Elzira's Sickness

It took a lot of humility for the Elarians to seek help from the Chibale Alkidikes. Everyone knew that the great war still cast a dark shadow across each of those tribes. So when Danika received news, she didn't quite believe it until she saw the extremist waiting at their shores.

The meeting between the two mystics was tense, but peaceful. The two found common ground, considering they were both young mystics responsible for
a greater cause. Still, they didn't waste any time with niceties. Danika suspected the cause of the illness almost as soon as Nivalis explained it. However, to be certain, Danika knew she'd need to witness Elzira first hand, and Nivalis reluctantly agreed.

And sure enough, Elzira wasn't sick... she was simply going through puberty. Danika shared that this type of puberty meant she would bloom again soon, and was similar to what Aishan went though right before she began to bloom hybrids.

Responses were mixed between the Zinris sisters, but for now, they simply were happy that Elzira truly wasn't sick.

Danika spent some time passing on additional information to Nivalis behind closed doors, before leaving as soon as she was no longer needed. Together, they determined the information valuable enough to send to the other trees, though it would be hard to tell when Azehra or Esena would go through their own 'blooming'.

Things were slowly going back to normal... with a bit more respect between the Aishan tribes. During their time together, Nivalis and Danika had opportunities to get to know each other. Sure, there was some hesitancy based on how they've been raised, but they also found common ground. Two young mystics had a lot of burdens, and together they found someone who understood.

It was through this understanding that a tentative truce bloomed between the Chibale Alkidikes and the Zinris Aishans. While they still didn't quite trust outsiders near their trees, they decided that visitors were welcome...if under observation. Some sisters were angry with this decision, some overjoyed to connect with their estranged family, and most accepted it as a trial...one that also impacted the newer settlements in Belrea and Kahikina.

For now, the trust was fragile and new, but gave hope to the Aishans who wanted to unite as a sisterhood. The future was looking brighter than before, and many were excited to see what else was in store for the Aishans of Tendaji.
