Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

Description: A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.

Similar to a senbon, Genma can spit the toothpick at his opponents to injure them. He can also spit it at incoming projectiles to knock them away.

Description: Kage Shuriken no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing a giant Fuuma Shuriken. When throwing the shuriken, the ninja will also throw a second giant shuriken to hide in the shadow of the first. Konohamaru claims the jutsu is used to distract his target, giving it a worthwhile purpose. Sakura claimed that only perverts like Konohamaru and Naruto would fall for the jutsu. So he used another variation "Otoko no Ko Doushi" involving a naked Sai and Sasuke, which revealed Sakura's true perverted colors as well.
Purin Purin no Jutsu [Pudding Pudding Technique]

Description: Purin Purin no Jutsu is a new variation formation of Oiroke no Jutsu. Using the skills Naruto taught them, Konohamaru, Moegi and Udon will transform into three buxom women. Konohamaru will transform into the night on the town "Custard Pudding," Moegi into the beach going "Egg Pudding" and Udon into the nurse "Milk Pudding." All three will then bounce their "assets" to shock and titillate their opponents into unconsciousness. Naruto felt the technique still lacked more oomph.

Daisan no Me is a Ninjutsu technique unique to the Sand Shinobi Gaara. Created out of sand, the Eye allows Gaara to view an opponent when he is either encased in his Suna no Muya or when he needs to be able to see his opponent's actions when he has no clear line of sight with his own eyes.
This jutsu isn't limited to sand. Rocks, soil, broken inanimate objects can also act as bases for this jutsu. By kneading chakra, these bases will crunch together and create the base.
Roof Tile Shuriken [Kawara Shuriken]

Bakuretsu Koinu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Inuzuka familiar Akamaru. Resembling himself, the Akamaru replacement is actually a booby trap. Once an enemy is lured in thinking Akamaru is injured, the replacement dog will explode and launch a hail of kunai in every direction.
Jutsu is not limited to Inuzuka and can be used by small summons or other animal companions accompanying said shinobi.

The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.
Kekkai: Tengai Houjin [Barrier: Dome Method Formation]

Rasengan [Spiralling Sphere]

The Rasengan is a spinning ball of chakra formed and held in the palm of the user's hand, which is only known to a handful of shinobi. The Rasengan does not require hand seals to perform. Once it is formed, it also does not require any additional chakra to sustain it, which means that there is no definite limit to how long the Rasengan can be maintained. However, the Rasengan will dissipate if it collides with something, even if it's an unintended target. Though the Rasengan's shape is consistent from user to user, its size varies from only barely large enough to be noticeable to much larger than the user's hand. With greater experience with the Rasengan comes a larger size. On contact, the Rasengan grinds into its target, propels them along the Rasengan's trajectory - either away from the user or into the ground beneath them - and at some point bursts, causing severe damage at the point of contact.

Stone Needles [Ishibari]
Ishibari is a Ninjutsu technique used by Aoba. To subdue his opponent, Aoba will hurl special kunai tied with string which will penetrate into the skin of his opponent. Chakra will then run from his body into his opponent to paralyze them. This allows him to then interrogate the opponent or set up the target for a comrade's attack. Because the wire allows for the movement of chakra, it can be used by a skilled chakra absorption ninja to draw out Aoba's chakra against his will to weaken him. Description: Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is an advanced variation of the Kage Bunshin Ninjutsu technique which was banned by the First Hokage. This has not stopped many Jounin-level ninja from learning the technique however. Instead of creating several clones, several hundred clones are created. Like normal Kage Bunshin a ninja's chakra is split evenly among the clones when created.
The clones themself can utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. Description: Kyoumen Shuuja no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which acts as an additional protection for the Gofuu Kekkai Fuuinjutsu. Knowing that the Gofuu Kekkai barrier has a removal weakness, Pain uses an additional protection. When the four surrounding barrier tags are removed, a doppelganger of the person who removed it will emerge from the surrounding natural elements and battle them. The doppelganger can utilize all the same moves as the original, even bloodline techniques.

Kage Kagami Shinten no Hou [Shadow Mirror Body Change Method]

This ability allows Fūka to absorb all of an opponent's chakra and techniques by kissing them, giving her multiple elemental affinities, as well as enforcing the ones she already has and gaining access to all of her victim's elemental techniques. After absorbing her opponent's chakra, she could steal their soul. This technique could also be used to determine what elemental affinities the target has by licking them.

Those whom chose to use these techniques are reliant on their pin point projectiles. Before any confrontation or mission, this technique can be used. Each time, 10 Senbon, Nails, or Needles are hidden on the person. Where they choose to hide these weapons remains but they're never found. Only those whom used the technique can find the needles no matter how thorough a search is or sensory involved.

Jouro Senbon is a Ninjutsu technique that is utilized by Rain ninjas. After hurling their umbrellas into the air, they will unleash a torrent of needles. Using their chakra they can guide these needles towards their opponent.
Umbrella's do not need to be the precursor to this jutsu. Weapon orientated shinobi can throw scrolls with however many senbon sealed inside and unseal them, guiding senbon to their target using their chakra.

After Orochimaru would bind the target, Jiraiya could launch his needles to pierce them.
Ninpou: Gyorai Shin [Null Release: Torpedo Needle]

Description: Gyorai Shin is a Ninjutsu technique used by the thief Gosunkugi. Removing nails from his pocket, Gosunkugi will throw them into the air and then plant them tip first into the earth. Using his chakra the nails will travel into the ground. Then at his discretion, he can fire the nails from the ground through the feet of his target to nail them in place. He can then fire the remaining nails from the ground to cut his target to pieces.

 Smoke Based Jutsu's
Different properties can be added after jutsu is used.
Only three globes can be thrown in a single post, each globe being considered a D-Rank Jutsu.Smoke Clone [Kemuri kurōn]This technique creates a clone made out of smoke. When it is hit, it turns into smoke similar to the smokescreen the user creates. The smoke clone is mostly used as a diversion tactic like other clone techniques.
Clone can be fused with Poison Mist Jutsu without hand seals. If done, Poison Mist Jutsu is used without hands seals but still costs B-Rank chakra.
Clone can be given other properties.C R A N KDestroying Smell Smoke Prison [Kaori kemuri keimusho no haki]Kigiri can produce an extremely thick smokescreen which immediately makes the opponent cough and blinds them, it also covers up the scent of the user and his allies. He may then attack at free will. The caster and those who have been specially trained for it can see clearly through the smokescreen. This also makes fleeing from battle or hiding quite easy.
Different properties can be added to smoke.Binding Smoke Prison [Ketsugō kemuri keimusho] After Kigiri disperses his smoke clones, he manipulates the smoke they were created from to wrap around the target and restrain them.
High strength opponents can escape jutsu. Strength of 3 points or Chakra Enhanced Strength can escape.
Different properties can be added to smoke. Smoke Properties (1) For each Smoke technique different properties can be added to them. By lacing your smoke jutsu's with these, you're turning some relatively harmless jutsu's into threaten clouds of death.
Anesthetic Form: Smoke jutsu's used can be enhanced with an anesthetic attribute. Shinobi whom are inside the smoke will find themselves become more and more tired, soon becoming sluggish in their movement and ultimately falling into a near comatose slumber.
Combustion Form: Smoke jutsu's used gain combustion properties. The slightest spark used inside or from the outside touches the cloud, it'll ignite into a fiery plum of second degree,and maybe even third degree burns.B R A N KPoison/Fog Based Jutsu'sNinpou: Doku Kiri [Null Release: Poison Mist]
Description: Doku Kiri is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Shizune. This technique allows Shizune to expel poision gas from her body. This can serve as cover to escape and as an offensive technique against her opponent.
Multiple Dark Smoke Sphere [Fukusū no dākusumōkusufia]
Chakra will kneed into the palm of the users hand and form a globe of smoke. Once thrown, they'll split into three equal sized globes. Once thrown these globes will erupt into a large cloud of smoke. It acts as a basic smoke screen while setting up for future Smoke Based Jutsu's.
Smoke from these globes are thicker and cause suffocation if inside cloud for more then 4 posts.
Different properties can be added after jutsu is used.
Only three globes can be thrown in a single post, each globe being considered a D-Rank Jutsu.
Multiple Smoke Clone [Fukusū no kemuri kurōn]
After creating a single Smoke Clone, should it be sufficiently struck, the user can cause the smoke to spread and create many more Smoke Clones.
Different properties can be added to smoke.
If additional Smoke from another technique is present, this technique's chakra cost is lowered to C-Rank
Smoke Dragon [Doragonsumōku]
After preforming the appropriate hand seals, users cheeks will expand before expelling a mass shroud of thick smoke. Immediately after, the smoke will forming into the shape of a red eyed, snarling dragon. This dragon, though not physical, is composed of smoke thick enough to begin suffocating any of those bound by the creature for more then one post.
Binding by the Smoke Dragon can be broken by Strength of 3 points or chakra enhanced strength.
Moderate, or in this case, large scale water jutsu's can dissolve the dragon's body by drowning the smoke away.
Different properties can be added to smoke.

Description: By playing specific melodies, the user can control three Doki [Angry Demons], each melody causing them to perform different actions, such as attacking and defending. One wields a giant metal club, the second has claw-like weapons tied to each arm, while the third fights unarmed, instead using its heavily bandaged body to strike. All three are incredibly strong and fast. The user can send away the Doki if necessary, by making a half ram seal and saying "dispel".
- Controlling the Doki while in motion is extremely difficult; the user sacrifices their own movement for the Doki's and vice-versa.

 Serpentine Based Jutsu's
Argued to be part of the Medical Jutsu, Vipers Fang is a simple jutsu used by practitioners of Serpent jutsu's. Their nails will be coated in a toxic venom which will drip from their nails any color they desire.
When toxin enters the system of another, it'll begin to degrade their general physicality. Every post they'll lose an additional stat point from either Speed, Strength, Reflex and Endurance.
Toxin can be added to weapons.
Medical Jutsu: Poison Removal nullifies toxin and stats recover after one post.Anaconda Maw [Anakondamō]Considered the lesser form of Many Snake Hands, this jutsu summons an Anaconda from the sleeve of the user. With open maws, it'll latch onto any target and immediately ensnare them into a powerful, bone crushing bind.
Requires Summoning: Snakes Soft Body Modification [Sofuto bodi no shūsei] Originally developed for spying activities, this technique can be done after some surgery and actual body modification. The user dislocates their joints then controls their softened body with chakra, allowing them to stretch and twist any part of their body at any angle, elongating and even coiling around their opponent. This can also be used to make the user's body more malleable and snakelike.
Training for this technique does not involve actual training but undergoing the procedures necessary to use technique.

A powerful enough and large enough chakra wave can stop the network and destroy the snakes.

This take a post of setting up before it can be initiated. the user disguises six hundred thousand explosive tags as the surrounding scenery, be it earth or water, with enough sophistication that even the Sharingan cannot see through it. When the target is in position, the user causes the scenery to split in half, resulting in the rapid creation of a huge abyss beneath the target. Due to the sudden lack of any available foothold, the target inevitably descends ever deeper into the depths of the chasm. As the target falls, the user guides the explosive tags to stick to their body and detonate.
