XXXXX ✦⋰⋰Kogetsu is a calmer young man, who's demeanor betrays his less than tense lifestyle. While he is one for his Kenjutsu and shinobi life, he tries not to stress himself over the things in life he can't control. Slow to anger, and slow to envy. His face holds a less than dynamic expression usually, though he is vibrant with emotion, unlike his voice. In his line of work, being too loud about how he feels is a quick way to lose something. So with a cap on most of his louder expressions, he is happy to help his allies and friends, and enjoy times with them as well.

XXXX Biography ⁝⁝
XXXXX ✦⋰⋰Kogetsu, a swords man by trade, or atleast that's what he thinks. His eyes as empty as the ocean's surface, and his gaze as vast. His body was trained from a young age by a man who aspired to greatness in his home village. His purpose was clear from the start of his life, in his eyes. A Legendary swordsman. Kogetsu and his brother Gangetsu would train under the tutelage of someone who vied for the weapon known as the kubikiribōchō. The man was indeed skilled, teaching them how to swing, hold a sword, and take care of one. Kogetsu's mind was set as a child to follow this man to the ends of the earth. With a shark toothed smile, he would battle against odds to grow in power along side his only family and keep a calmness about him while he did so.
It was on a day, not so distant in his mind that he was able to see the world's true colors. The man who raised the two and trained them daily found his chance at the blade. It was a foggy day on a bridge yet to be finished. The two would see excitement on one another's face as their master was soon to achieve their dream. He stood and waited with them for all of an hour before the men appeared on the built side of the structure. Kogetsu and Gangetsu would see that the conversation was going well as the men had already agreed on what was going to happen. Kogetsu and his brother's heads turn to each other's for a moment before the might of a blade would hit both of their torso's. Gangetsu in half and Kogetsu off of the bridge. Kogetsu fell into the depth of the ocean and without knowing life of death faded.
His gaze saw darkness until, light was shone. He would see the face of a man in a white hat. His weak arms would twitch, and the only thing on his body that would allow him to know he was alive was the clothing pasted to his chest and the tachi which poked his side. The man calmly spoke to him. His words kinder than his master's anyday. He was walked to the gates of a place he'd never heard of. His eyes were unable to get a lock on what the area was. Though, without even knowing, he was brought to his new home. The Konoha. This is where he would be trained, and brought up. And this is where he would prepare himself for his vengeance.

XXXXX ✦⋰⋰ Hydrification Technique-This jutsu, a hallmark of the Hōzuki clan, allows the user to liquefy any part of their body at will, from the hair on their head to the muscles in their arms. When the user is struck by a physical attack, the impacted area becomes liquid, causing the attack to pass through them and leave them unharmed. The user then solidifies back into their original form.
In addition to defense, Hōzuki can convert their body into liquid for any number of purposes, such as infiltrating buildings or sneaking up on targets. They can pump water into their muscles to increase their strength, shoot water from their fingers as an attack, or use their bodies to douse targets. Despite the versatility of their liquid states, it renders Hōzuki very vulnerable to Lightning Release. If an attack overwhelms a user and they pass out, their unconscious body will take on a jelly-like state. If a Hōzuki is captured and placed inside a sealed container, they will be unable to move or escape.
