Hex x Unravel

"Brother are you awake?" a raspy voice called out into the darkness, waiting patiently for a reply. Hex had important things to talk about today, so she needed him to pay attention and she needed him to be fully alert. His obligations to her meant more than his precious sleep. They were each other's family after all, the last of their original kin.

"Wake up." she demanded with slightly raised tone. "It's midday - how can you be so lazy?"

The Seer born male let out a grunt as his sister's annoying voice woke him from a rather peaceful dream. "What do you want?" he barked out at her, his tone unfriendly and unsatisfied.

"It's far too early for your bullshit sister."

"This isn't bullshit." Hex snapped as she walked closer to him, now standing completely inside of his den. It was dark and a little musty, typical of the male. "Get up-" she demanded once more.

"- this is the last time I will ask you nicely."

Reluctantly the dark wolf rose to his paws, yawning deeply as he glanced back at his sister. "What the hell do you want?" He snarled, flashing his teeth at her lightly.

"I've come to talk business." the female admitted as she sat herself down on her back haunches. "It's a family matter, so I need you to really listen."

"A family matter?" The dark wolf frowned as he sat in front of his sister. "What sort of family matter?"

"You know I gave you beautiful nieces and nephews-" she started with something light to ease him into a more difficult conversation. "Marvel and I would like to expand the bloodline."

"That's impossible." Unravel snickered at her words. "No matter how hard you wish to be a male you are not, you are my sister - not my brother."

"I'm completely aware of my own gender you degenerate. I do not want to be a male, I've never wanted that." she sighed, this conversation was going to be a lot more difficult than she first assumed.

"I cannot give my lover puppies, but you can. You carry the same blood as I. We want our children related by blood, we want to continue to grow our bloodline."

"What exactly are you asking me?" Unravel gave her a rather dirty look. "Do you want me to bed your mate? Have you completely lost your mind?"

"I'm not asking you to love her, you idiot, I'm asking you to do this for me. This thing I will never ask of you again." she was starting to become more uncomfortable with this conversation than she thought. "It would just be for one night-"

"Does she know you are sitting here trying to pimp her out to me?" he cocked a brow in question.

"Marvel is fully aware of the situation, I wouldn't be asking otherwise."

"She doesn't even like males." He noted, shaking his head back and forth.

"She doesn't have to like you to make a puppies with you, idiot." Hex scoffed in disgust.

"You two aren't going to settle down and fall in love."

Unravel sat in silence for a moment, as if to really think over this proposition.

"What do I get out of it?"

"You get laid, moron. And you get the gift of more nieces and nephews."

It was true this would result in more family for them, and the more family they had the stronger they were. Still, this arrangement felt very one-sided. "If I do this for you, you must do something for me in return."

"What would you like, dear brother?" the female gave him a nasty snarl, flashing all of her fangs at him.

"Relax, this has nothing to do with your dearly beloved." he would assure her before continuing. "I want a meeting with Raven. One on one."

"I cannot promise something I can not give."

"You will promise me it or you will have no children." He stood up in defiance.

"You will secure this meeting or you will never have puppies with Marvel. Do you understand me?"

"...." Hex set in silence for a moment and went over her options. It was risky, but she had to do it, it was for her love and for her future. "Alright I will secure a meeting."

"Perfect." he smirked. "Then it's a deal. You give me what I want and I will give you what you want, what else is family for?"

"You're very skeevy, you know?" Hex stood and head-butted her brother roughly. "Why do you want a meeting with Raven anyway?"

"That's for me to know and you to find out." the wolf laughed as he walked past his sister. "Let me know when you require my services, I'll be ready."

"You're disgusting." Hex sighed she rolled her eyes back. " Absolutely deplorable."

"It's for the good of the family, sister." he echoed her sentiment before walking away.

"Anything for family."
