The bad thing about figuring out what one wanted to be when they grew up was.. they needed to practice. And in Thea's case she wanted to take after her dad. Which meant she was well and truly on her way to becoming a bandit. Practicing her trade craft, sadly, meant she had to break a few rules! That also meant getting caught and having to run from the authorities.. Like now.
Theanduri had escaped to the outer edge of the city and was running through the loose sands like her life depended on it. The last thing she wanted was for her dad to have to come bail her out of jail. Or her mother. That was an even scarier thought. With her stolen goods in her hand she grinned as she ran away from her pursuers at full speed. She didn't hear their shouts behind her anymore and so she curiously looked back. How far had they fallen behind? Had they given up?
While she was busy looking behind her she didn't pay attention to what was in front of her. Before she could look forward again her small, curvy frame collided with someone else. With her full speed running it was likely they both were going down into the hot sand.
"Oof!" Flailing limbs and all she went to the ground with a thud.
