Personality - Ruehi tends to be a free spirit type. She enjoys days where she can lay back and watch the light dance and reflect on the surface of the waters. When she moves it is never in a hurry. She takes the moment and savors it as much as possible before it can be ruined by something.
Despite what others might see as a slow movement into action, Ru is very confident. She trusts herself and her abilities, whatever they may be in the situation, and had no reason to doubt that she could fail. Not to say that she hasn't or won't fail but she sees no reason to worry about it.
She has become slightly more curious about things as time has passed and often times will ask questions or even investigate on her own. Even if the adventure poses some dangers she is willing to continue for the sake of figuring out the truth/facts.
Ru has a pretty normal relationship with her parents, as she respects them and can often times be seen spending time with them. When it comes to her siblings, however, she has a healthy rivalry with her brother. They try to outdo the other when it comes to their collection of shells and oddities. Sometimes even flowers. Her younger sister annoys her most times but she knows it is just because her sister wants to be like her. Ruehi will endure the annoyance from her female sibling, keeping her agitation to herself, but will excuse herself when things become too much. Or when she fears her facial expressions will give her away.
That same behavior is how she deals with non-family members. She won't actively show that she is irritated with them and only when she feels she can no longer stay near them she will try to find a way to make an escape.
Description - Blueish grey skin with beautiful azure colored scales adorning her forehead, forearms, and calves. Her hair is sea-foam green and slowly fades to a darker shade at the ends and is kept up in a ponytail. Her eyes are a light grey. Body type is slim with few curves to suggest a gender.
Clothing - She wears a wrap top that is sewn together to keep it from falling away from her flat chest and a draped short skirt with a leafy bustle.
Accessories - She has a flower in her hair, a string of pearls on her upper arm and a matching anklet.

Ruehi is the eldest of three children born to Alahana and Eweneki. She was barely two years of age when her brother, Matiu, was born. Ru had been delighted to see the small baby and was instantly attached. As they grew they became close and developed a rivalry between them that was more friendly than anything. Their parents adored them and doted on their every want and need. It wasn't until they were past the toddler stage that their parents had started to miss having a little one around and Whina, their baby sister, was born soon after.
Now with three children their parents settled in happily to watch them grow and love them endlessly. Ruehi continued her rivalry with her brother and quickly became a role model for her young sister. Now she tries her best to make good choices for her siblings though she seems to be struggling with what it is she wishes to do with her life.
