I didn't come up with the name, but I always thought "SD" means super deformed, another term for "Chibi"

The cache items aren't stackable because all consumable items are treated as individual items in the database. We could make a feature to allow stacking of individual items, but that will require a lot of backend work. Mainly because each of those items have their unique serial address and require more space in the system to store the trade info.

We do have a few users working their way through the training process at the moment, and we'll be reviewing the next batch of pending applications over the next 2 months

There should be a little pull down selection on the top right panel on the purchasing page (https://www.gaiaonline.com/gaiapledge/). Outside of that, it'll take some time for us to integrate that with the marketplace.

Would you consider splitting ban appeals for making a joke about being under 13 into its own category? It seems like this specific ban reasoning would be the simplest to reconcile, only needing to show ID proving you're old enough to use Gaia. Having this queue included with other bans appeals that take much more time and care makes waiting for this take much longer than necessary (a year+?).
(Note that as a regular user I'm not 100% familiar with this stuff so it's probably as simple as I put it, but it's worth asking about)

An offense against Gaia's Terms of Service is an offense. There are many who might think that the particular offense they do is not that serious but this isn't true.
And we are not sure why rewarding people who commit an offense that is very well known and so easily avoided by giving them a path to get back on the site faster than others would be a good thing.

Would you guys consider adding a feature that automatically cancels someones angel sub if their account gets banned? As far as I'm aware (seeing a couple threads / complaints about this) when someone is banned, their angel sub persists and they get charged again when it renews for the month. Do tell me if I'm wrong, but if this is the case it seems unfair that the person can't get into their account to cancel the sub themself onsite. I know that you can go into your Paypal settings to cancel it but that shouldn't be necessary. This doesn't have to be for all bans, maybe only those longer than 1 or 2 weeks.

If that does happen to someone it's a bug (which unfortunately happens). If someone is banned they merely need to submit a Billing ticket and we can check to make sure the subscription has been removed or do so at that moment if it has not.

I ask this last ATS and didn't get a reply, might have been bury by other questions. My question is:
Is there a possibility in the Project Team looking into modifying or drop the price of Project Tie-Dye down? Often times during these direct sales, we see all the other ticket just fly off and become sold out, but each time Tie-Dye never sell out, or even at sometimes, copies never are bought.
So I was wondering if it's possible to overlook and review the performance of its sale and maybe see it become a lower price?
For $300, I can buy BL, AL, or even a TTT (even cheaper priced) where I can decide the item I want, the scheme, and placement with mocks. However Tie-dye, we don't get quite the freedom, since it's little more strict guidelines.
And I (and others expressing the same feeling) aren't looking into it dropping down at extremely low price, but maybe in the price range of $250 or so.

I'm sorry but we have no intention of lowering the price on this ticket. it may not be selling out as consistently as the other tickets but there are other factors compared to the license tickets that we can't look past.
A few being:
- Tie Dyes are a full item compared to a hair/accessory/face mods.
- Even without the mock process, it doesnt mean doing the full recolor is less work.
-Some items are much more complex overall than most hairs or eyes.

Thanks for fixing the plat grants, Lanzer. However there doesn't seem to be any nerf currently. Is this intentional? As people are farming to make more than 1mil plat in matter for 5-6hrs or so.

I'll look into it. Initially we didn't have gold grant as it's something that can be easily abused. If implemented we'll need to do some security checks as well as a reasonable cooldown.

You guys put this in to the forums bright ******** red a number of years ago, the justification was some nonsense about removing topics from the forum view. Users DO NOT, and SHOULD NOT know that they have been blocked by other users.
[proceeds to describe a simple way that someone who wanted to circumvent the blocking could see the blocked topics and identify the accounts that started them]

Can we just remove this hideous eyesore that nobody likes or needs?

Just because you find no value in a feature doesn't mean that others do not.
And, it probably isn't best if you didn't describe in public that you are aware of, and can circumvent being blocked. Doing so is a bannable offence and you don't want to risk losing your account

I know that there are people with items missing from expired listings (I happen to be one of them), and those listings tend to linger and become ghost listings. Can we get a fix to free these items from the great beyond? It's incredibly frustrating to see there are listings of items we want when we go in search of them only for them to be ghost listings.

It's a weird bug where the system was supposed to dynamically change the slots over time, but some slots didn't end up getting filled. We'll need to diagnose this issue. Sorry.

Places where we used to get 107 plat are now at 1 plat, most places are only granting 1 plat now.
Can this be readjusted?

The Runway has "participation prizes" for lack of a better term, that people can earn by hitting certain amounts of votes on their entries. These prizes still exist but no one can actually reach them because they require what is now an astronomical and virtually unreachable amount of votes. Can the vote threshold for these prizes be lowered to reflect actual voting amounts so people are able to get them again?
