The capital city and kingdom of Forestdale. It is ruled by the Randir royal family, King Rishmont and Queen Alaina with their only daughter, Brietta. The Randir family have ruled for centuries and have used arranged marriages for the entirety of this. The Elves live in harmony with the dwarves and fairies, not secluding the races within to certain areas. It is a rich land, having a vast amount of trees for timber export and gems and gold for trading. They have a society that is built on different levels; royalty, nobility, soldiers, middle-class (farmers, tradesmen, medics), and peasants. Peasants are a minority, with most falling into the middle-class section. The land is fertile and abundant in food that is exported to other countries. Athaeben is protected by a dense forest and mountains that cut it off from Castellan, water on the other sides. The Elves maintain a Pescetarian diet (vegetarian with seafood as the only meat), the Fairies maintain a Vegan diet, and the Dwarves a balanced diet heavier in game meats.
