The Dwarven Kingdom, ruled by the Leaders, Dinor and Balora. The city of Bilburn was given to them when they aided the Elves in battle centuries ago. Few travelers make it to Bilburn because there isn't much there to see. It is a city where stockpiles of armor, weapons, and food are kept and closely guarded.
