Here's me.

Anyways...... I'm tired of the way I am. Seriously. I'll eat pizza and McDonalds and the WORST greasiest fattiest ugly food you can imagine. All the junk food and garbage I put into myself makes me feel horrible... I really want to change my ways. I'm getting over a cold, and when I went to the doc a few days ago and realized how fat I was when I had to get on the scale, I just felt...BAD. Unhealthy.
So anyway, For the past few days I have been trying to eat a LOT less but not like, starve myself or anything. For breakfast I have an over-easy egg and 1 piece of toast (no butter/salt/pepper ect) and for lunch I have this chicken-salad-pitabread thingy from school... When I get home I have an apple, and a VERY little amount of whatever I decide to make, usually something with chicken/fish/vegetables ect... and I drink a LOT of water.
I write everything I eat down in this little notebook I have... It forces me to look closer at what I eat each day and how it all adds up. It's helpful to me, makes me pay more attention to what I'm putting into myself. eek
And everyday I've been walking 1 mile... Doesn't seem like a lot, but before, after coming home from school, I would just go to my room and play video games... I mean, at least I'm walking! And my plan is to go 1 mile for 1 week, 2 miles for 2 weeks, and then 3 miles a day for... A long time... xp
I just felt like sharing for some reason... Wondered if any of you people were thinking about going on some kind of a walking/diet thing...
To be honest, I really don't know how WHAT in the world to feed myself! What's healthy? What should I eat for breakfast? Lunch? Dinner? I want to eat right, I just don't really know much about it........ sweatdrop If you guys have ANY suggestions as to what specific foods I should eat and at what times, that would help a lot... And if any of you wanna talk to me on AIM or YAHOO! My sn's are down below. biggrin
