My name is Suzy and I'm..............250-cough-pounds-cough-

Here's me.



Anyways...... I'm tired of the way I am. Seriously. I'll eat pizza and McDonalds and the WORST greasiest fattiest ugly food you can imagine. All the junk food and garbage I put into myself makes me feel horrible... I really want to change my ways. I'm getting over a cold, and when I went to the doc a few days ago and realized how fat I was when I had to get on the scale, I just felt...BAD. Unhealthy.

So anyway, For the past few days I have been trying to eat a LOT less but not like, starve myself or anything. For breakfast I have an over-easy egg and 1 piece of toast (no butter/salt/pepper ect) and for lunch I have this chicken-salad-pitabread thingy from school... When I get home I have an apple, and a VERY little amount of whatever I decide to make, usually something with chicken/fish/vegetables ect... and I drink a LOT of water.

I write everything I eat down in this little notebook I have... It forces me to look closer at what I eat each day and how it all adds up. It's helpful to me, makes me pay more attention to what I'm putting into myself. eek

And everyday I've been walking 1 mile... Doesn't seem like a lot, but before, after coming home from school, I would just go to my room and play video games... I mean, at least I'm walking! And my plan is to go 1 mile for 1 week, 2 miles for 2 weeks, and then 3 miles a day for... A long time... xp

I just felt like sharing for some reason... Wondered if any of you people were thinking about going on some kind of a walking/diet thing...

To be honest, I really don't know how WHAT in the world to feed myself! What's healthy? What should I eat for breakfast? Lunch? Dinner? I want to eat right, I just don't really know much about it........ sweatdrop If you guys have ANY suggestions as to what specific foods I should eat and at what times, that would help a lot... And if any of you wanna talk to me on AIM or YAHOO! My sn's are down below. biggrin

dang girl yu have more will power then i do. Though like i have said before i onlyeat dinner and i should eat more (i dont want to gain more weight thoug) But honestly you dont even look like you weigh that. But its great you are doing that. Loseing weight because you want to its awesome ^^ I think you will slim down, usualy when you first start it is easy to loose weight. Keep us update you are losing before you know it you will be at the weight your happy with^^

Though like i have said before i onlyeat dinner and i should eat more (i dont want to gain more weight thoug) But honestly you dont even look like you weigh that. But its great you are doing that. Loseing weight because you want to its awesome ^^ I think you will slim down, usualy when you first start it is easy to loose weight. Keep us update you are losing before you know it you will be at the weight your happy with^^


I guess I could update every now and then... I'm definitely going to stick to it, because I am just so sick and tired of my body... I don't like it, and I want to change it. Even if it's just little baby steps at a time... I just have to.... sweatdrop

well baby steps are the way to go. Can't do much at one time, dont want to get sick ^^ And i know how you feel as far as not likeing your body i dont like mne either. Though if i loose to 190 i think it would be much better. lol and id be happy if i could fit into my size 16's without having to jump up and down trying to button it ^^" lol but i am more then positive you will make it a little at a time.

It's just kinda hard cuz the walks are long and boring, I'm not used to em. I need to get a walkman or something... Cuz I know no one else will walk with me, not that I want them to. Heh... Yeah. biggrin

lol yeah get a walkman or something it will make the walks seem short and funner. Id walk a little bit but i am afraid id get killed ^^" my town isnt so safe. knowing me i wouldnt stick to it i dont have the will power even if i do hate my body. My mother is going to take me to a doc. to see if they can help me and her (even though she is so skinny) lol but if i do loose the weight someday ill take a before and after picture ^^

Thats great girl, McDonalds is the Devil, you should aviod it as such. Now as for your wieght, don't let some silly numbers on a scale determine your self worth. You don't need to cut back on everything, just try to make better choices everyday. Sounds like you're doin just great with that though!

I weigh about the same as you and I have been for almost 9 years. stare I need to make the same comitment you are making. I need it for my selfesteem and for my health. hmmm...I suppose I will hold back a little.

It is okay if you wish to lose weight (personally I think you are incredibly beautiful). Obviously, pizza and McDonalds are out, but it actually does not take much to lose weight in my mind. I was able to lose 10 pounds in less than a week. Here is what I did: simply cut out lunch and eat more greens (i.e. a salad) during dinner. For breakfast, try some fruit, either an apple or a banana, and avoid fish and pork at all costs during dinner. Steak is okay, and pasta is fine too. Cheese is not really neccessary as long as you drink milk or calcium-enriched orange juice.

But, that is what I would do. I do not know if that works for you or not.
