Tina was quickly becoming a favorite patrol partner when Wolframite wanted to go into the seeder areas of Destiny City. After her introduction in starseed extraction, she seemed energetic to go out on similar exploits and clean up the city not only of senshi, but of the various human trash that decided they were perfectly candidates for karma and vigilante justice. Enthused by her energy and willingness to hone her skills, they would pick nights and head out to the old stopping grounds he and Castor used to patrol.
The red light district had plenty of terrible people that Wolframite never shed a tear in seeing removed from the universal equation. Sacrifices to the war effort he was happy to donate, and he even let Tina do most of the starseed removal so she could get better at it.
That particular day they found 2 guys who did give them a lot of issues trying to get them to go down. They were cocky considering their size and apparent ages, to which another "doggy costume" was made in his direction. But after a teleportation was done to get behind them to beam one guy while Tina took out the other, they went to start draining.
"What a bunch of chumps. They didn't even pull out their gun." He said, reaching in the back pocket of one guy and tossing the gun out to the side. "Good thing they think they could snap our necks so easily. Morons." He splayed out his hand and started to get energy slowly.

Tinaksite nodded, almost a little unhappy that things were already over so quickly. “Why would they be afraid when I am a simple helpless female? If it were you…you are a wolf. You are intimidating. We work well together.”
Draining energy was growing easier every time that she did it, but…it wasn’t very thrilling.
When she had a sizable amount, she sighed and put it away, seeming thoughtful before sliding her hand into the unconscious male’s chest, drawing out his starseed and gazing at it with an almost bored expression. “I do like these, you know. They are fun to get, and even more fun when they fight first. I have fought with a senshi because I took one. It was amusing.”
She felt her mouth watering just slightly and put the crystal on her tongue, sighing softly and crunching down on it, relaxing.
“Do not worry. I do have extras.”

"You would be surprised how much people want to rationalize what they see. They will come up with anything for what I am. It's easier to believe than there being actual monsters out in the world, and once they think of some explanation, they feel relieved and things are right with the world again. Suits me just fine most of the time. Means I can get in a good slash in before they think of what to do." He said as he waved his hand to dismiss it, taking the energy orb and pocketing it. It was a large one and one he was happy to get. Taking the starseed, he walked over to the third guy who was the one they took out together. Moving over, he started to drain his energy too.
"Check their pockets and rob em. I'll pawn the stuff off like last time." He said, concentrating on the energy draining before glancing up and narrowing his eyes.
"What did I tell you last time. Don't eat then when it's not an emergency." He grumbled at her. Maybe she just didn't get how valuable starseeds were and while he was glad she had no hang ups on taking or eating them, she was too relaxed. "You are going to ******** up your own starseed when you eat too much. Too much drives up your corruption. Too much corruption makes a youma." He said as he continued to drain. "So stop it." He warned.
Moving on, he smiled at her sentiment. "I do wish they lasted longer. I really love digging into a fight. That pure aggression and desperation to live. When they go tooth and nail to destroy you before you destroy them. When it becomes visceral....heated...bloody..." The look he had was akin to what she might have when staring at that starseed just moments ago.

Tina laughed, shaking her head. “People are stupid.” And that was obviously one of the reasons why they were there. They could fix stupid. End stupid.
She began going through the male’s pockets, pulling out a wallet and a small amount of jewelry. “Oh. Looks like we have a thief here. Good for us. Better for our bank accounts.”
Tinaksite wanted to ignore his advice about the starseed. It wasn’t his business, and she didn’t understand what he meant about too much corruption. It didn’t make sense so she let it roll right off of her mind. “I told you, I have more. For emergencies. I was not wasting it.” Besides…it made her feel nice. She really liked the rush. It made her stronger…and wasn’t that the whole point of all of this?
Her eyes slid to him and she suddenly grinned. “We should find people to attack, Wolf. You sound like you need fun.”

Finished with the energy, he rolled the man over and reached in, pulling out the starseed and holding it a moment. "These guys are going to be a pain to hide away. Leave one. You take one. I take another. Drop them off into the river." He said, reaching around to pick the wallets and jewelry of the two men and placing it in his space pocket. That was the trouble with taking on too many people, You couldn't just leave them there. Having that many people die without any real cause that could be easily explained was hard. Sure, he could probably slash at them and make it seem like a wild animal, but at this point there was nothing to feel about it aside from making it all a chore.
"Most people aren't that much for fighting hand to hand. Maybe someone with a knife but so many have guns." He sighed and rose up. "Though...I really could use one. I miss it. A good fight. I used to go against so many of the enemy that were so much stronger than me. Real powerful types. Ones who would look me dead in the eye and want me to suffer. To die. And smile about it." He sighed with a air of romantic nostalgia. "I miss those days."
He nudged one of the bodies. "There might be a few more people around to pick on. Maybe we can find someone who uses a knife. Those people are fun. They get personal." He said as he glanced at her. "You're general must be happy you are working so hard. Hope they don't suspect much with us going about like this."

Drop them into the river…it was such a simple thing to do, though Tinaksite was more than a little amused that the thought didn’t bother her as much as she thought it would. It was a natural part of this. Cleaning up their mess. Wolframite had trained her well.
“Can you not find a senshi who will fight? Break some arms. Get some blood…harvest the starseed while they’re bleeding out? That would satisfy everything for you, no?”
Tina wasn’t really up for fighting anyone who was actively…stronger than her…but she wouldn’t say no to watching Wolframite go to town on someone. It would be…stress relieving, she supposed. Interesting at the very least.
She hesitated at his comment about her General and shrugged. “I don’t think he is around anymore. Pirate has not been around for a long time.” Tinaksite shrugged. “…I hope he would be proud though.”

He played with the two orbs of energy in his claws,attention elsewhere. "Most senshi don't know how to fight. They lax conviction and purpose. They were a uniform but most don't know what it represents. They have no faith in a war they find themselves fighting for and will chicken out at any sign of real danger. They will claw and scratch to live but their movements are untrained and desperate. It gets old. I've killed a lot of senshi. Went further than just killing them. I have done monsterous things to a human body."
He thought of the dark moon court and the sour taste of bile stung the back of his throat.
But their Princess. Oh how he ached for real danger and passion in a fight. In beliefs and cause.
"I wanna fight a good one. Like the good old days. I wanna fight a royal."
He put the orbs away and reached down to heave one of the bodies. They could leave the third one here.
"Maybe when I become a general, you can be under me instead." He said with a smile. "Then my pride might mean something to someone."
He pointed his chin for her to take her body so they could dump it.

Tina nodded, not quite sure just what a royal meant but she hoisted the body up, draping it over her shoulders in a fireman’s lift. “I want you to fight someone strong. I want you to enjoy yourself one day. I will get stronger and you and I can fight for practice.”
She seemed thoughtful with the idea of being under him when he became a general, but finally just shook her head. “What if I am a General by then too? I want to be strong. On my own. I do not want to be…under anyone. I want to simply be myself.”
Hesitating a moment, she gave a smile. “…Though if I had to be under a General. It would be you. I do like you, Wolf.”
But Tinaksite had made it this far on her own…obviously she wasn’t doing everything wrong…just…maybe most things.
"Let us dump."

"I'm glad to hear you are working to become a general. I'd say I'm surprised but you shown more drove than half of the recruits that I've seen these days if not more. I guess it's wishful thinking on my part to have someone under me that would be this easy to train. Though considering my track record, it might be a while before I'm a general. I might have to start saluting you one of these days as my superior." He adjusted the body on his shoulder for a better grip and started to jump up to the roofs where it would be easier for them to head to the river without interruption from any authorities.
"I like you too, Tina." He confessed.
"I'll take you up on that offer to spar. I get bored fighting youma in the right sometime and it can get a bit too dangerous because of their numbers. Some aren't all that smart either." He admitted as he leapt from one roof to another.
"Do you have any goals when you become a general? Something you wanna do?" He asked.

Tina snorted and shook her head. “You understand more than I do. I would not be this focused if not for you. You and Laven.” She continued moving, happy to be up on the rooftops. It was fun to be up here. Fun to feel the wind in your hair.
Smiling at the idea of a spar, Tinaksite laughed softly. “I am not someone who will deserve your salute. When I started, I thought it was a costume party. Pirate did not explain well. You explain much better, Wolf. You will help everyone be good. Be strong. You are patient and answer questions. You understand things. You will help me be strong. If I become a general, it will be because of you helping me.”
As to his final question, Tinaksite didn’t really have an answer. She didn’t have any goals that were easy to put into words. “…Protect Laven. Protect you.”

"Well, you spend 10 years and have no life as a result, you kinda do you best telling people what you learned through it all hoping it might save them from making mistakes like you did one day. I don't have much else to talk about, but I can at least talk about what I know a little bit about. Though most of my stuff I talk about it out of date and isn't a thing anymore. I'm more of a relic these days, so maybe I need people like you and Laven to keep me up to date and keeping things in perspective." He jumped over to the next roof and down to another. It was nice to sprint and feel the cool spring air above the city lights and passing cars.
He paused a moment to point to one of the small waterways that came off from the main river of Destiny.
"You know, I don't hear that a lot. About wanted to give me protection. Though, I'm glad you are looking out for Laven." He watched her a moment as he started to pick up his pace again towards where he pointed.
"She's - pretty important to you, huh?"

Tinaksite frowned slightly, nodding at the river. “…Out of date or not, it makes sense. You know what you are talking about. You are a great teacher. And why should I not work to protect you. We are a team. Partners are we not?”
Of course she wanted to keep him safe. Perhaps it had only been because of Laven but now it was because she cared for him too.
She paused and tilted her head at his question about the other half youma and she nodded. “Of course. She is my best friend.” Tina paused, thinking for a moment. “…One of my best friends. You have become one as well, Wolf. If I did not have the two of you. I would have nothing. So yes, she is one of the two most important people in the world to me. I would do anything for her…”
The captain turned her attention to the water. “…For both of you. I do not want to be left behind. I will make myself needed.”

"Yeah." He said, tail slightly picking up in it's sway. "We're partners. You're part of my pack now." He said, smiling at that phrasing, and feeling that it was nice to have someone else around to be around and there. Tina was dedicated and enthusiastic about the Negaverse, and she cared deeply for Laven which was a bonus in having another set of eyes and claws to protect her. In turn, he wanted to keep her alive as well in hopes of building a rounded pack for himself.
"You sound a lot like her. Laven. You two want to prove yourself and want to be needed. To not be left alone. It's nice that you two have one another."
"Actually, I'm just that way too. I'm selfish with those I hold dear - so if you ever get into any trouble, know I'll kill whoever it is that harms you. Alright? I consider you a friend too. You hunt with me. That's important to me. I think you're already needed."

Tinaksite swallowed hard, frowning just a little, trying to sort out his words. She understood them, but she wasn’t quite sure how to process it. She felt warm and cared about. She felt as though she truly were wanted.
“I was…very jealous of you, Wolf. I thought you were going to take Laven away from me…I thought…I would not be needed since she had you…” The Captain swallowed again, looking away, and then pitched the body she held into the water below, not wanting both of their kills to end up in the same spot.
“…I am proud to be a part of your pack. Thank you for needing me. I…”
Shaking her head, Tinaksite shrugged. “…Please don’t take her away…She gives me indigestion. Like…like my…” She shook her head again. “…It is uncomfortable but I just care for her so much…my chest…” She shrugged again and rubbed at her chest a little. “…I wish I was…happy you two were…intimate…but I am still jealous. Even though I like you.”

"I - have felt that way before. With people in my life. It can be awful. As much as I can say I'd be okay alone, the more I'm with those who become close in my life, the more I want to selfishly keep them to myself. It's why I'm protective of Laven. So - I guess we're the same. But I know Laven needs more than just me. And well, i guess I need more too sometimes. I just - am really awful at it. I'm glad you didn't leave once you saw I was around but - to be frank - I kinda got that vibe from you when I first met you. That you weren't exactly happy I was around."
"I won't take her away from you. Not unless you try to take her from me. Then we'll have issues." He said as he walked with her down the way to find another dumping spot to dump. As he hopped a few more roofs, he paused after he thought a moment.
"So - you were heartbroken she was with me?" He asked.
