The barrens, Misty didn't think she would be finding her way back to this place again. Frowning deeply she looked out of the scorched land as her back itched. She had't recovered from her last encounter that long ago. Misty was not looking forward to another chance in that place. It had been one of the worst experiences Misty had gone through. And then there was the lizard that had insulted her while she had hid against the sun that one half a day. Shaking her head, Misty turned away from the barrens, thinking that she was just going to walk away. Something else stopped her as she looked back at the barrens. Head lowering in malcontent at the very thought of entering the barrens just to visit a tree. Ears flicking back her head snapped up and to one side she looked skywards and shouting, "FINE!", the 'f' elongated.
With a low rumble of what could only be muttering under her breath she stepped away from Homewood and out into the barrens for the journey. Her tail flicked slightly from side to side as she went, the heat already getting to her as she went. Misty wasn't ever in any hurry to get to this tree, seeings she had to enter one of the most rudest of areas. Finally making it to the plateau where the Grandfather Tree sat.
Standing at its roots, Misty gave a glare up at the white mass of ancient wood. "This is what everyone travels out to?" She didn't seem the most impressed with the tree as it just sat there. "Fine, if I plan to try and return home, I suppose I have to deal with the uncomfortable." She glanced away. "Alright, lay it on me," her tone not the most happy, but has given into the idea of accepting her fate.
