        BACKGROUND ▬ Fermi's family has always been in Vale, as weapon smiths and tailors. Her parents have always pushed for education towards the young Fermi and she took it to heart. While other children may be playing outside, dreaming of becoming hunters and huntresses, Fermi would be in her room, reading books and helping her father create weapons for hunters. Her parents would quickly see the gift of their child and have her apprentice all around the kingdom, as a dust researcher and weapon smith.

        While she was doing her continued apprenticeship at Vale, Their family's workshop where her father worked at was at the off skirts of the town and was attacked by Grimm, destroying the workshop and killing her father. Devastated over the loss of her father, Fermi would run out of their house into the wreckage of the workshop, with her negative feelings attracting another Grimm. She was saved by a Huntsman to patrol the area. Since then, she would learn combat a little bit, along with her already skilled ability in weapon modification, she would enroll to Beacon, hoping to prevent any more tragedies like hers.

        PRIMARY WEAPON
        ▬ Fishy business
        ▬ 3 guns that form into a spear. The guns are usually small enough to be sidearms.
        Melee Form ▬ [Shark] Forms after connecting her 3 guns, as they are 3 separate weapons, lots of supportive connectors form on it's sides, making it more of a blunt weapon than a piercing one.
        Ranged Form ▬ [Tuna, Salmon and Mackerel] A pistol, an SMG and a mini shot gun respectively. The core of Fermi's fighting style. Can form into a spear when combined with together.

        Ammo Type ▬ Physical Ammo on all (70 bullets on Tuna with 7 bullets per magazine, 180 on Salmon with 25 bullets per magazine and 50 on Mackerel with 6 bullets per magazine. Mackerel can also fire dust bullets.
        ▬ With the current specifications and modifications on Fermi's guns, the speed of it's projectiles are considerably slower than the average guns and thus lowers their power [all her guns are 33% less powerful than the average guns]. The spear form also has a bit of weight on it, lowering Fermi's maneuverability [additional -10% on her post count when in spear form]

This increases her Dust bullets' Aura penetrative power (including Grimm armor pierce) and makes the dust effects of her grenades happen simultaneously with the explosion, eg. A fire dust grenade will create fire after the explosion, but a semblance powered fire dust will behave more like a napalm. She's unable to pierce those whose level is higher that hers, including Grimm.

(Just as a disclaimer, the first half of my judging posts are RP and anything under the Judgement section is what matters in terms of what you need to work on for profile)

Greetings, it seems unfortunately for you I shall be your judge this evening. Whether that bodes good or ill all depends on your cooperation. I shall review the file I have on you to ensure you have filled it out adequately; that you are neither underselling yourself nor over estimating your ability. Once I am satisfied, you may proceed on with your life. Until then, you are left under my rules and whims. And subject to any number of questionings for an undetermined amount of time. For your sake, I do hope you were accurate and of right state of mind when you filled out this form. If not, we may be here for quite a while. So without further ado, let us begin this assessment and see what you, Fermi, are truly capable of...and who you truly are.

Let us start at the beginning, with your supposed weakness. While it is true, being caught unprepared can be devastating, just because you do not have a gadget for that particular situation does not make it a weakest skill. Everyone can be caught unprepared or off guard, and is stuck with whatever they have with them to adapt. So that alone is no weakness. However, if she is unable to adapt in those situations...if she sticks to a losing strategy just because of the unexpectedness, or freezes in those situations...then that may be so. Otherwise, you would need to find something else that would fit for a weakest skill.

Moving on to her weapon, it has many an amusing name to it. However, there are a few things I find...lacking, in its description. For one, while listed as only in two forms, it essentially has four weapon forms given the three gun forms and spear form when together. As such, it either needs to be less...or follow the rules in regards to weapons with so many forms in which it is significantly weaker/more frail than a normal weapon. The choice is up to you in how you desire to adapt to the rule, and I am interested to see what you choose to do. The next point I have in regard for the weapon is how long the spear is? The length of a spear can determine a lot in a fight and in how well you deal with distancing, so please list its length here. My final inquiry on the weapon is that the drawback does not entirely seem like one. While yes, a spear is best at medium range to keep others at bay and the other forms are ranged...a spear and shotgun can still effectively be used in close quarters. So I would suggest finding an alternate weakness.

Finally onto your semblance. The possibilities for it are interesting however...it is not very clue how much exactly it shall boost the effects. For this assessment...I would need more specifics at each level on how much she boosts her bullets and the effects of the dust itself. Number, examples, stuff like that shall do nicely. I have nothing to comment further on it till that is answered.

∰- Weakest skill: I do not believe not being prepared for every situation fits as a weakest skill. Primarily because anyone can be surprised/ caught unprepared for changing situation. If you can explain why it should be one I am open to discussing, otherwise you should place a different weakest skill here.

∰- Primary weapon: While close range combat may not be suited for all forms of the weapon, it does have a melee form which allows for her to be alright with it. Along with a shotgun. Perhaps it takes 1 post to switch forms, where she cant use it in that post? Just an idea.

Also, since it does technically have four forms (3 individual gun forms and then the spear combined, even if its only listed in two spots) it would be weaker than a weapon with only 3 forms. So a weakness of it is that it could be weaker/ frailer as a weapon.

Also, when combined, how long is the spear?

So it seems we meet again. I was so hoping this would be a one and done case, though I admit it is due to me missing a few things my first time around as well. No matter, we shall just just have to interact with one another for a while longer. Now I shall not comment on every single point I have mentioned, I shall give it all written to you at the end, but there are some of interest that I shall...expand upon, in a way. At least in my mindset and inquiry. Hopefully this shall be the last we need to go through this.

For my first point, I see you are a tinkerer. We only have one or two others at most such as yourself, and even fewer skilled in creating weapons. But, while you can make these custom gadgets, there should be a limit of how many you can gave at a given time. After all, too many can be cumbersome in more ways than one. So I believe it would be fair to limit it to three gadgets at most, made before you are on missions and such...As rarely shall you have the time, stability, or material to make more or any when out in the field. My next point would involve your ability to make weapons and armor. I know making weapons can be complex at times, especially in a society as advanced as ours. So much so that materials used to forge transforming weapons are are indeed. As such, even with your families resources and connection you perhaps have made, making a new (primary) weapon can be quite hard. If a person desired a new one, they would almost always have to sacrifice the old as parts to create a new one. Yourself included. Hmm...And in a related field I see you have been dabbling in tailoring. One thing I would say is that tailoring can be very different from armor crafting, unless the only armor you make is cloth armor? That would work under the same field at least, but other types of armor not so much.

Now onto your weapon...This first point, admittedly, is something I forgot to ask in my last assessment. I see how many bullets you carry for the guns, but how many does each gun hold before it needs to be reloaded? Magazine size is very important, as if you run out at the wrong time...it can be devastating. Even if you are fast at reloading. The next items I want to know more about are dolphin and mackerel. What exactly does a dust combustion chamber do to benefit you? If its meant to contain it combusting I just wonder why bother combusting it. And as for the modification tool...What can it modify, how does it modify, and so on so forth. Just details for understanding of its intended use and abilities is all.

My final point is in regards to your semblance. It is curious that it makes dust bullets lethal at a certain range...as any bullet is lethal, just depending if a person has their aura up or some way to lessen/prevent the damaging impact. So I failed to see how it makes it lethal by enhancing the bullets. Unless it is specifically meant to be used to pierce aura? If not, there should be some other effect listed. The potential to augment and empower dust is great, and very unique, so I am curious to see where it goes. Especially since we are in the midst of a dust shortage, so every use counts that much more.

∰- For the -X% roll post, what exactly does it mean? Like if she had 10 posts, and had -10% roll post, does that mean it counts as only 9 posts total? (this is also in regards to her weapon "[additional -10% on rolls when in spear form]" specifically.)

∰- A gadget for every situation: Need to list what gadgets Fermi has on her at the start of the thread and preferably put in the post layout (just so you know when RPing in future). And should only be three gadgets at most.

∰- For vernacular, it is also accent (american, japanese, etc). But not necessarily required to list regional accent, just thought I would let you know.

∰- You can make a primary weapon (weapon savant), but the character (yours or whoever it if for)can only have one primary weapon at a time. So if they make a new one, they need to lose the old one somehow.

∰- Tailor of clothes and armor would not be 1 skill (unless exclusively cloth armor).

∰- Inventory

∰- What can milkfish and dolphin be used for exactly, like explained out so I can understand how it'll be use/ what it is capable of?

∰- How many bullets can be held in each gun before they need to be reloaded?

∰- Semblance

∰- Semblance should not be lethal as effect (all weapons lethal, just aura acts as a shield), but something else. Also how does it speed up bullets

∰- Dust grenades cause small fire effect; wouldn't a fire dust grenade already cause fires?

∰- Bear in mind dust is limited quantity. At most, you have 8 dust bullets and 3 raw dust (Just as a reminder, I do know you can modify others dust).

∰-Conclusion

This is all I currently see the need to change/ be clarified for now. This does not mean it shall be the end of it, as more questions may arise as we progress and I may have missed something. I am willing to be flexible on some thing if given good reason to, and i'll be open for any discussion you have or if you need any help with this. ╫ H I S T O R Y ╫

        BACKGROUND ▬ Fermi's family has always been in Vale, as weapon smiths and tailors. Her parents have always pushed for education towards the young Fermi and she took it to heart. While other children may be playing outside, dreaming of becoming hunters and huntresses, Fermi would be in her room, reading books and helping her father create weapons for hunters. Her parents would quickly see the gift of their child and have her apprentice all around the kingdom, as a dust researcher and weapon smith.

        While she was doing her continued apprenticeship at Vale, Their family's workshop where her father worked at was at the off skirts of the town and was attacked by Grimm, destroying the workshop and killing her father. Devastated over the loss of her father, Fermi would run out of their house into the wreckage of the workshop, with her negative feelings attracting another Grimm. She was saved by a Huntsman to patrol the area. Since then, she would learn combat a little bit, along with her already skilled ability in weapon modification, she would enroll to Beacon, hoping to prevent any more tragedies like hers.

        ▬ Fishy business
        ▬ 3 guns that form into a spear. The guns are usually small enough to be sidearms.
        Melee Form ▬ [Shark] Forms after connecting her 3 guns, as they are 3 separate weapons, lots of supportive connectors form on it's sides, making it more of a blunt weapon than a piercing one.
        Ranged Form ▬ [Tuna, Salmon and Mackerel] A pistol, an SMG and a mini shot gun respectively. The core of Fermi's fighting style. Can form into a spear when combined with together.
        Other Form(s) ▬ (Additional Forms)
        Ammo Type ▬ Physical Ammo on all (70 bullets on Tuna with 7 bullets per magazine, 180 on Salmon with 25 bullets per magazine and 50 on Mackerel with 6 bullets per magazine. Mackerel can also fire dust bullets.
        ▬ With the current specifications and modifications on Fermi's guns, the speed of it's projectiles are considerably slower than the average guns and thus lowers their power [all her guns are 33% less powerful than the average guns]. The spear form also has a bit of weight on it, lowering Fermi's maneuverability [additional -10% on her post count when in spear form]

        DESCRIPTION ▬ Uses her Aura to improve effects of dust. Can improve speed of her dust bullets and speeds up activation of her grenades. This increases her Dust bullets' Aura penetrative power (including Grimm armor pierce) and makes the dust effects of her grenades happen simultaneously with the explosion, eg. A fire dust grenade will create fire after the explosion, but a semblance powered fire dust will behave more like a napalm. She's unable to pierce those whose level is higher that hers, including Grimm.

        *LEVEL 0 ▬ Tiny improvement on Dust effects. 7 Uses per day. [Makes her dust bullets penetrative on aura at 20 meters, speeds up activation of dust on her grenades.]
        *LEVEL 1▬ Small improvement on Dust effects. 8 Uses per day. [Makes her dust bullets lethal penetrative on aura at 40 meters, Dust effects last longer]
        *LEVEL 2▬ An improvement on Dust effects. 9 Uses per day. [Causes her dust bullets to be penetrative on aura at 60 meters, the speed also increases. Dust effects can combine with diminishing power]
        *LEVEL 3 ▬ A noticeable improvement on Dust effects. 10 uses per day. [Causes her dust bullets to be penetrative on aura at 80 meters, speed is comparable to rifles. Dust effects can now combine without diminishing power]
        *DRAWBACKS ▬ No Dust No Effects.
