The opening pyro goes off for the beginning of the first episode of CWF WAR in 2020 and in the new decade, most importantly the 10th year of CWF, as the venue CWF was at was packed with fans who couldn't wait for a great show. The commentators describe what happened at Vengeance, the last big event of CWF and what has happened on the CWF Network recently with Randy Orton on a roll, Sting earning a world title of his choosing, and whenever he likes, after winning the New Years battle royal, and Edge defeating Samoa Joe to become the new TV Champion, only for a real shocker in ABYSS who absolutely dismantled both men, and we are hoping to get an explanation of any kind.
OFFICIAL MATCH CARD
Edge TV Title Celebration and Promo: After capturing the Television Championship, The Rated R Superstar, Edge has alot to celebrate, and alot to condemn from what happened AFTER the match where Abyss unleashed a vicious assault on former champion Samoa Joe and new champion Edge, and Edge speaks out about it all!

Triple Threat for Vacant CWF WHC - Randy Orton vs. Shawn Michaels vs. ????: After Ryback suffered an injury, an injury bad enough that he could not defend his world title, he had to relinquish it, but was promised by CWF executive Mick Foley that when Ryback was cleared to compete, he will be first in line and get a one on one match for the World Heavyweight Championship. Until then, a new champion will be crowned as Randy Orton, Shawn Michaels and a mystery third man will fight in a Triple threat match, whoever gains the first pinfall will become the NEW World Champion of CWF!

After the commentators were done talking and the arena was quiet, the lights go dark and start flashing as the icon, STINGs theme starts playing and he gets a loud cheer from the audience as Sting walks out wearing his wrestling gear under a purple trench coat and of course has his signature face paint on. He shouts WOO to the audience and gets it yelled back to him as he looks around before walking down the ramp. He walks up the steps and enters the ring, walking around with a microphone in hand. The Stinger is not known for saying much but he had plenty to say tonight as the lights start to turn normal. Sting paces around after his theme fades out, and gets a YOU STILL GOT IT chant from the audience. After they quiet down, Sting speaks. "Thank you..... wow.... I never thought this would happen. That CWF would make it 10 years, and that I would still be throwing my old body out here and wrestling to this day, ahhhh! I love it!!" They cheer loudly for the Icon. "Over the years, I've wrestled here in CWF, and other places such as TNWE, TNWF and WAR, but nothing compares to CWF, the company I never left, the company I have put my blood sweat and tears in! In 2018 I almost retired, and I am glad I didn't because I showed I still had more in the tank, with beating Edge at wrestlemania and winning the World title a 4th time, and speaking about the world title, that brings me to the New Years Battle Royal, one of the most long and punishing matches I have ever been in. I won the match, somehow, earning one last shot at a world title in my career, but heres the thing. I'm allowed to choose which ever title I prefer to have a match for. And whenever I choose. I could call out Seth Rollins right now, for his CWF Championship, or I could join that Triple threat match for the vacant World Heavyweight Championship tonight, but why do that? I'm gonna invoke my title shot whenever the Stinger pleases, and if anyone has learned anything about me in these 10 years of CWF, you've learned NOTHING! Because one thing that's for sure about Sting, is nothing's for sure!" The audience cheers for Stings signature remark. "Let me just make one thing clear. When I refer to this title shot as my last, it's because it is my last title shot, because even though I decided not to retire in 2018, I've come to the conclusion that I am able to retire on my own terms as well, so just as a fair warning to all of you great great fans who have always had my back and cheered me all of these years, I'm not gonna be around forever. My career is shortening up. 2020 is most likely my last year as a competitor. But trust me, before that happens, you great fans will get to see the Stinger in this ring wrestle many more times and get that World Title JUST one more time before he says its over... on HIS TERMS!" Sting drops the microphone and let's out a WOO, getting cheered by the audience who knows their time of witnessing Sting is shortening up but they are happy to see he will be around for the rest of this year and that he will have one more shot at gold.

The audience was still cheering on Sting, adoring probably the biggest legend in the history of the sport (well one of them). He had had gave kids and adults all over the world, precious memories and excitement they'll never forget. 2020 figured to serve as Sting's final tour since he didn't have much to prove to anybody, he had pretty much accomplished it all. As the fans carried on with the ovation, it would all be suddenly interrupted... " IF YOU SMEELLL what The Rock is cookin" was all that was heard on the PA system before the audience would absolutely blow the top of the arena with deafening cheers. The Rock's electrifying theme would continue on a bit longer before the megastar would finally make his awaited arrival, making the pop even bigger then it had been. It had been 9 long years since the most electrifying man in sports entertainment had made an appearance in CWF. He would pace around on the stage, beaming at the crowd and soaking up the love the audience was showing him. After, he would make his way down the ramp, towards the ring with a microphone in hand, his usual casual wear—sunglasses, Under Armour sweats and his signature sneakers. The Rock eventually made his way into the ring by going through the ropes. It was clear he had something to say, but what could it be? Why now out of all these years? What did Sting have anything to do with it? All these questions would be answered as The Rock's theme died down on the speakers and he waited for the audience to calm down enough for him to speak although he loved their enthusiasm for him being back. The Rock would tap on his microphone, he had received from CWF personnel, a few times playfully, mouthing the words " Does this thing work?" to Sting before beginning to speak, " Fin—Nah that's not it." he would lower the mic, glancing over the crowd who was chanting Rocky, Rocky, Rocky! before raising to his lips again to talk. " Finally! The Rock has come—" he shook his head 'no' and put the mic down once more. This time, he got in a stance and titled his head to the ceiling before shouting in the mic " Finally! FINALLY! The Rock has come back to CWF!" he would stop for a second letting the audience cheer before continuing on, " I'm back after nine, yes, nine years away from this place I use to call home. It's so nice, nicer than a nice plump bum, to see all these beautiful people here tonight. I couldn't be more happier being back. Just look at all the boys and girls and then...we have Sting." He would turn his attention to the fellow legend proceeding on. " Sting age has defintely not been kind to you, my friend. You look ill brotha like you need a meal or maybe you need to invest in The Rock's fitness plan." The Rock would smile and the audience would laugh. " Lighten up and smile, take a joke old man. The Rock ain't come back to mock you or your tiny bird chest." He would lightly tap Sting's chest while he said it. " See I came back to first congratulate you on all the success. The Rock ain't no hater and you deserve it Stinger. You see after all these years, I'm not coming back for money, titles or any of the above but The Rock couldn't help but notice, while he watched you kick a** this New Years, after all these years, all these historic battles both I and you have been through and all the big things we've accomplished, YET you have never beaten The Rock. In fact, all these years you would think we would have crossed paths plenty of times but it just never came into fruition." The Rock paused briefly as the audience began getting noisy again having an idea of where he was headed. " I use to ask myself why? Why hasn't the most electrifying man in sports entertainment and baby muscle, Sting done battle this very ring...Why, why, why? Then a few months ago it came to me while I was in the middle of a film sesh for The Rock's latest movie, Hobbs & Shaw, which by the way brought in a box office of 760 million dollars to date thanks again to the millions and millions of Rock's fans (motioning towards the audience) but The Rock was sitting on set and it came to me...all these years you've avoided me because you knew The Rock..." He would stop for a second, grin and continue his sentence." You knew The Rock, was going to whoop your candy a**!" the crowd would begin getting on their feet, chanting, encouraging the hostile words. " Hold on dawg. I hope you didn't think I'd let you walk out of this company without having to face the jabroni beatin', pie eatin', trail blazin', eyebrow raisin', the best in the present, future and past, if y'all don't like me you can kiss the people's a**—Dwayne The Rock lalala Johnson." The Rock would bring the microphone down to his side, waiting on Sting's response after talking his stuff...

Sting was amazed that The Rock of all people was the one to come out. A man Sting has never crossed paths with as The Rock was mostly in the TNW companies and Sting was loyal to CWF. Sting eyes down the Rock the whole time he made his entrance, not interrupting him or anything. He also listened, word for word, to everything The Rock had to say, and once the Rock finished, there was a brief pause as Sting looked around at the audience in the packed arena, looking back at the Rock, before finally speaking. "Wow.. Rock you really surprised me! You've surprised everyone, just listen to this place!" The audience cheers loudly for the Rock, and Sting pauses briefly before talking again. "Listen, I've got alot of respect for you Rock, your resume speaks for itself. But theres one thing we need to address, and I believe that you are just a tad in over your head my friend..... " Sting pauses for a minute, after saying those words will obviously sound concerning/not too pleasing to the Rock, before speaking again. "You and me have indeed, never, crossed paths. But theres just a itty bitty thing you're kinda jumping right over Rock, and that simply is that you're standing in the ring with the VERY best that this wrestling world has seen, I have won numerous world championships wherever the Stinger goes, I've beaten some of the very best in this business in The Undertaker, Edge, Triple H, CM Punk, Kurt Angle, Chris Jericho, the list goes on and on! For years I have held the fort down and stayed loyal to this brand that I love so much. C...W...F...." The audience gives a light cheer, even though most of them at least for tonight have turned into fans of the Rock as they are so excited to see him. "That being said, theres a mutual feeling between us that says that we never faced before, and that's gotta change! But let me tell you something, after you stepped away from that other company you were in, and went to Hollywood, The Stinger has been right here, winning world championships and cementing his legacy as the best to step in this ring, so Rock, all I have left to say is, if you're taking ME of all people just the slightest bit of lightly, then you are in big trouble. " The audience had a big reaction from what Sting had to say, as he sounded pretty bold accusing THE ROCK of being in over his head, and Sting waits for the Great Ones response.

The Rock listened on, nodding his head every so often to show that he was attentive and listening to the CWF legend. He was right, The Rock had spent most his career in TNW and unfortunately the alternate paths led them on different paths throughout their career. Once Sting finished his statement, the audience would ooo like middle school kids, waiting to see a fight as well as a mixture of boo's and cheers in response to Sting's claim. The Rock would laugh, not taking Sting's "over your head" comments, seriously before raising the microphone to respond. "You got some balls, jabroni. You may have had a storied career and done some great things but I got some news for you. You have never faced an opponent of the likes of The Rock. I've been gone for this long and graciously accepted back in open arms for a reason, b. The Rock IS the greatest superstar to ever grace the sport, not your clown dressing a**. But if you want to go one on one with the Great one, then you asked for slim jim." The audience was into it, chanting both of their names as tensions rose. The Rock would lower his microphone for a second before saying lastly, "If you feeling so jumpy, why don't you put up your precious guaranteed title fight and bring it on, chump!" The Rock would step in closer to Sting, which made them now face-to-face as the CWF universe erupted seeing the two iconic stars standing toe to toe. Everybody sat buzzing waiting for Sting's answer to The Rock's proposal.

Sting listens to the Rock, before proceeding to respond. "You think you can come in here outta no where and challenge me for my world title shot? Well actually I dont know if you can or not, Im not the man in charge, Triple H (jk Triple h is a ghost) Mick Foley! But your buddy Mick Foley knows what's best for this company so I'm sure he will be willing to make that match happen... but am I? Well...... I ABSOLUTELY AM! I'll put my world title shot on the line because my whole career I've always put everything on the line, that's what got me here. So it looks like our paths will indeed cross, whenever that is, I'll be there!" The audience cheers knowing they will get a match between the Icon and the Great One, and STING offers his hand out, offering a hand shake to the Rock.

The Rock heard the Vigilante out, starring him down before he was proposed a handshake at the end. The Rock looked at Sting's outstretched hand a moment before raising the microphone to his lips and took off his glasses prior to saying two simple words..."You're on!" and accepting the handshake. The two men sat glarring at one another, building up the hype of this super-match that will soon, hopefully, take place.

Sting eventually let go, and nods his head at The Rock and gets out of the ring heading to the back and letting the Rock have his moment in his return to the squared circle.

The Rock would watch as Sting left the ring, shortly after his electrifying theme song would hit the PA system as fans once again stood up on their feet, clapping not only happy to see The Rock back in CWF, but the squared circle in general. It had been years since he left Hollywood, but he had to come back to his first love and to remind the wrestling world who truly was the best to ever do it. The Rock would rotate his head, looking at the entire audience prior to climbing the top turnbuckle and preforming his signature taunt and holding it for a while for pictures to capture the moment and fans captivating at the fact they have witnessed this. The Rock got off by using the top apron and eventually start making his way to the back with his theme still rolling, he would turn around once glancing at the PPV sign dangling from the ceiling, before proceeding to his locker room, ready to get back in action. The TV would cut for a commercial break as the segment came to an end.
