We understand your frustration and thank you for your patience, please bear with us, we are doing the best we can to process the requests. In order to be able to provide you access to your account, both when losing access to an email or to turn off Authentication, when you submit a request to our Help Center to regain access to your account we need to ask you a couple questions to verify the ownership.
Please submit the ticket to our Help Center with the answers to the following questions and we will try to help you regain access to the lost account/remove Authentication:
1) What is the birth date (Day, Month and Year) entered during registration of the account?
2) Which was the e-mail used to register the account with?
3) What was the original name of the account (The name you created the account with)?
4) Where were you living (city/state) when you registered the account?
5) Where (city/state) were you in when you last accessed the account and when was that (Month, Day, Year - Best guess if you don't remember exactly)?
6) Once verified, what would you like to be set for the email on the account?
Please note, this email can NOT be one that is currently being used for another Gaia account!" (New email not needed for Authentication removal requests)
If you have already filed a ticket you can send an inbox to Jak Bauer and he can check to see what the status is. He can’t guarantee being able to solve your issue, but can provide you info on the status at the very least.

We can potentially add the ignore list function to marketplace stores. We will also look into any functions that can help curb any efforts of individuals manipulating prices.

We're starting with Towns 3 and Fishing, then we will move on to other games. I don't think we can get to the majority of them as we have over 13 games and features that are in flash, but we will try to cover all the major ones.

Question directed at Jak Bauer or any other Gaia Saff member that can answer my question!
Since the rules to the Anime/Manga/Comics forum have been updated after so long (Thank you, again!), will other forums be getting their outdated rules updated as well so more activity can occur in those forums?
I remember reading in Site Feedback in threads that the Paws forum and the LIfestyle discussion forums rules and guildelines could us an update along with a sticky or two removed in outdated stickies in the Computer and Technology forum. All of these issues I have heard from other users could be taken a look at in the near future. emotion_kirakira

You pay to request something, around $30 a pop in Gaia Cash, and the only way to vote is through MORE Gaia Cash, ~$1.50 to upvote, and 3-4 for a downvote! And then people need to pay for MORE Gaia Cash, just to "crowdfund" any ideas that get through voting. 36,000 Gaia Cash just to add an "edit" button on the workshop? That's so sleazy! That's around $150 JUST for crowdfunding! You could hit $400 on one idea alone, and that's not cool. People have been requesting, for free, ideas to make Gaia better, but in order to be heard, now we have to PAY to be heard? And even worse, be DENIED because people didn't upvote, or god forbid, spent the actual cash to downvote an idea? That's taking advantage of your users, for things you could, and SHOULD, have done for free.

I'm sorry that you're not happy with how the Workshop operate. Currently we have the core Gaia team who works on maintenance, upkeep, holiday event, as well as new features whenever possible. We do wish to do more, but resources are limited.
We do have the option of doing more, with an external team of contractors, but that would require resources outside of what we have today. The idea was to see if anyone would be behind getting more than what we're currently doing right now. At its core, the math are very different than the price of a virtual item, as the economics comes down to how much does it cost to have a contractor work for X number of hours. I can understand how it seems like too much, and there's no arguing against how you would feel.
In the perfect world, we would have all necessary coding done in time and for free, but unfortunately our time is a finite resource, no matter how late I stay up to get work done. Anything that can potentially tip the scale all comes down to resources in funding.

Slots is a bit higher in priority than some of the other games, though we'll probably gather more feedback as we come close to releasing Towns 3 and Fishing 2.

A big change for us starting this year is that we're starting to work with a new contracting team to potentially add more features and fixes to the site through the Workshop. Otherwise we're hard at work to make a great Valentine's event as well as finish wrapping up the storytelling feature.

In the future, would you consider reduced prices to submit/vote in the Workshop as an Angel Subscriber benefit? Although I don't agree with the prices, I understand why they're put in place (the shop would just be Site Feedback 2 if it was free, after all). However, as a subscriber, I'm a little frustrated that I have to pay extra for my input to be acknowledged when I'm already pouring money into this site on a regular basis.

Uh oh, that bug is still being worked on. I spent a couple hours last time but couldn't find the root cause just yet. The zomg achievement system piggy back the Gaia achievement system and the debugging got pretty complicated. I'll give it another shot as soon as I can. Sorry for the wait.

I understand where you're coming from when it comes to discounting GC, but having it constantly discounted is bringing in more harm than good. For example, GC asking prices around the site look rather intimidating to those who aren't regular spenders because the number goes up to make up for the discount, and the true value is actually half of that. And now you're making all these changes/updates like Marketplace plat-to-GC ratio, GC-sinks, and direct ticket sales to avoid the "hoarding GC / excess GC" crowd.
Wouldn't it give you less headaches if GC discount/sales were limited to special occasions like the holidays, or maybe weekends-only type of deal?

Given the time the first thing I would do would be to integrate the CSS on our responsive header, and a lot of our pages can then adjust in size properly. Boy, we have a lot of our plate. sweatdrop

The world map had been one of my favorite aspects of the site since day one. It's a lot slower than navigating the pulldown menu but still love exploring the maps, and being able to add little events in different maps had been a lot of fun.

I just have one question this week. Several weeks back I asked about forum assistant applications and I received a response from Jak saying that the first round of applications had already happened and that the second round was set to begin in a few weeks. My question is, for the first round, were responses already sent out? I remember in the initial announcement about it, it said that applications would be reviewed as they were received (or something along those lines) and I applied shortly after the announcement was made. I just want to make sure that I didn't miss an email from you guys. I've been checking my inbox and spam regularly but haven't seen anything. Sorry to bother you guys with this question again, but I'm just curious!
