We did test the bulletin board with the latest IOS and Android devices. Please let us know what happens when you try to scroll down. Does the page itself just scrolls and not the content? Or is it not responsive at all? Which browser were you using?

The "items in my inventory (or not)" filter should work fine for those who have less than 20,000 items. Figuring out how to make it work with larger inventory will be a challenge but definitely can be done. It's on our todo list.

We often test all pages through the recent mobile browsers such as Chrome and Safari on mobile devices. I'll collect more info on which browser this is happening on and fix the issues.

Will there ever be an option to choose how items layer ?
For a lot of items, especially newer hairs, it layers well but sometimes
adding on new items causes the layering to change constantly
and it's hard to get it in a specific way without randomly adding
and removing more items. I think this option would be wonderful
for people who love layering items for avatar-making !!

When it comes to hairs, they're actually not supposed to be equippable together! There used to be collision detection that would prevent items of the same type and layers to be worn together. It's something that broke during server migration and we haven't been able to fix (it's also commonly requested that we don't fix it).
Hairs are all on the same layer, so if you equip more than one they will all fight to display on top of each other. So equipping more items or saving will rebuild the avatar and it's random as far as which hair wins the fight to display on top.

I think that is also on the to-do list. We got a couple of bugs that need to be fixed, but there should be some MP updates right after. We'll see if that will make it to the next update.

So Im still in love with gaias artists and all the art that is created, while I can assume that something like an art book or calendar would be a bit time intensive to create, any chance that you guys would look into uploading gaia arts back up to redbubble or society 6?

When submitting a Project Ticket, should you be concerned or resend the email if the mailerbot never sends you the cheery confirmation saying your email has been received? I recently sent in an email, but unlike previous times, there was no confirmation of it having landed. I wanted to know if I should post in that email chain again.

Apologies on the recent issues with our email server. We had a few attempts on fixing it, but still not complete yet.

Just to add on to what Lanzer said, even when our emails were working all fine sometimes the reply bot would take a nap and not send out! 99% of emails do come through, so unless we hit the date of submission in the queue dates thread and you haven't gotten an answer you're almost certainly fine. 3nodding

We made changes to V2 profiles as it was what is required by Google moving forward, soon the V1 profile videos will not work anymore and we need to update it to what we have for V2 also. Unfortunately the new method doesn't support auto play with sound. Maybe we can just keep the old version running until it stop working. sweatdrop

Our newer features are using responsive headers and layout, and we do want to make older pages compliant for all types of browsers. Sorry but there are no ETA for a facelift as resources are tight, we have a couple of updates coming up that are more feature specific.

I mean one person went after me and aparantly had 100+ alt accounts and keeps making tons of new ones.
I just like to be able to block everyone that even looks at me funny..its just safety.
Same for unlimited friends, Some people may want to have over 500 friends.
Perhaps something to think on for the future <3

With flash ending this year, have you considered making the most of your time in remaking games by turning them into the holiday events this year?
For example, the Summer event could be on Fishing 2.0, with achievments for certain tasks during the event (and new achievements over all for the game), and prize grab bags that can be fished.

I know there are many email issues with the project tickets but I'm still missing an item from November 2018 and items that were subbed after mine have been released.
I had gotten the PM from Riko with mocks but I then checked my email and I had already gotten mocks and I replied to them and even got the automated message that it was being moved up. The mocks were received in July 2019, which was before the huge email issues I think.
Is it possible something happened with my item, hence why I got another set of mocks through PM?

Submission dates dictate your place in the queue, however releases can vary.

When we schedule recolors for release, we do so in chronological order of acceptance date. However, we are only able to schedule recolors that are complete at the time of scheduling. If your recolor was finished late for whatever reason, it may not have been available to be scheduled during that round. As soon as it is complete, it will go in the release queue (still in chronological order) to be scheduled.

Golden Catch isn't dropping all rollers again , meaning that not all the items are being granted .
It seemed to be better earlier on when the items were first changed , but I noticed over time , the same ones are granting over and over now , is there a similar bug that is here that the same as last time ? That wasn't looked into before me thinks .

Hmm, the system uses a scheduler to rotate items and there seems to be a problem. Will need to do some debugging. Sorry about that.

We're trying to finish the user submission aspect of the story telling game, which will involve image uploading, so while at it we will install an image uploader that should allow all Gaians to upload images for use in the forum also.
