✧✧【Riding on the Altaria’s back, Eveline was able to cross over the length of the Wild Area towards Motostoke City in far less time than it surely would’ve taken her to traverse on foot. From up high she noted a few other landmarks that she hadn’t noticed before, including the pair of rather large lakes separated by a stretch of land, a thick forest just to the west of where’d they’d previously been, a towering rocky spire towards the east, and a wooden bridge over the river separating this section from what was surely more Wild Area beyond. Jeez, well if nothing else there at least seemed to be no lack of potential places to explore around here… Maybe she’d get around to actually seeing what all the Wild Area had to offer once she was finished with hunting down these Wishing Stars.
Motostoke, on the other hand, was a huge industrial behemoth of a city that was even larger than it’d looked from a distance, from the pair of what looked like gigantic mechanical pumps constantly moving up and down to the myriad of smokestacks that steam seemed to continuously pour out of. A very steampunk-ish aesthetic she surmised, probably fitting since apparently a lot of the technology and machinery in Motostoke were steam-powered… The stadium wasn’t hard to pick out either, given how goddamn gigantic it was compared to any other building she could make out from her aerial view. Rather than landing inside of the city, however, Jaffa headed for a grass covered patch of land to the east connected to Motostoke by a large paved stone bridge.】✧✧

✧✧【There definitely seemed to be a lot of strong Pokemon around here… At least from what Eveline could tell so far as she saw a lot of Noctowl and Sudowoodos roaming around in the nearby grass, along with some Koffing and small pink hat-wearing Pokemon that would occasionally vanish and reappear in a different spot, obviously using some form of teleportation to get around more easily. She wondered if it might be worthwhile to try to fight one, though given how much stronger these Pokemon appeared compared to the ones in the Wild Area it’d probably be best to not risk it. Maybe after they’d earned a couple badges, though…

Hikaru began to move into frame when Arezu said she was taking a picture. Ever since the halloween festival, Arezu had been taking pictures more often, so Hikaru had gotten used to it. She could still remember being baffled by the concept, so she started to give directions telepathically. Didn't want to get caught with her mouth open, after all.
"It's-" she heard the sound of the photo being taken. Ah well. At least Lucario had followed her into frame. "-over already, actually. But it is like a frozen memory. The 'camera' is used to capture it, and then it can be viewed later.
Arezu looked down at her phone when a notification came for Gio's reply. She stared at it for a few seconds, snorted, and responded.

Arezu opened her map again. She'd noticed some odd spots marked out on it. One of them was back in that cave behind them. Sure enough, when she tapped on one, the map mentioned it was locations where those wishing stars had been showing up. They'd might as well follow the route while seeing if Niji wanted them to join any more of those battles.
"Hm?" Arezu glanced up to see Hikaru was motioning to borrow the phone. She handed it over, then turned to look out over the fields. The map had said that wall was part of Motostoke Town, and there were places to get to beyond that.
Meanwhile, Hikaru had taken the phone and carefully opened it up to the photo Arezu had just taken. She showed it to Lucario, being careful to not scratch it with her claws. She smiled when she saw Lucario in it, paw raised, clearly in the middle of asking her what he was supposed to be doing.

She was glad Lucario decided to come with them, but it did pose one problem- Arezu didn't have a pokeball to put him inside. She wasn't planning to walk everywhere, which meant they'd have to figure out a way for transportation. She'd been eyeing up the top of the Motostoke bridge and the outskirst beyond.
Arezu had three pokemon that worked well for fast transportation. Technically four, but she wasn't going to assume being able to ride places on Niji's back. She had Shiisa- the arcanine loved running. She had, in fact, ran all over the world with Arezu during the "Around the World" event. Tanjoubi the drifblim had been Arezu's primary mode of transportation for a long time- he could gather up his tassels to make a comfortable sphere to hold her and a couple pokemon, and he flew gently through the air. Kouvu she had only begun riding in the past couple months, since she needed somthing faster. The noivern was slowly beginning to scare her less, but she was still very, very glad that the saddle she'd bought for him had straps for her legs so she wouldn't fall off.
"So, thinking of traveling- you ever ridden an arcanine before?" She wasn't actually sure if Lucario could (or would want to) run alongside them at all. But she was pretty sure he and Hikaru could sit on Shiisa's back while Arezu rode above them on Kouvu.
