Dudes and Dudettes, for this Spirit Week event thread, you need to either color one of the pictures listed below or write a Haiku about the NSTG themes of friendship, support, and community.

Everyone gets a participation prize for entering so please give either the coloring or writing contest your best shot! I'm waiting eagerly in anticipation to see your entries! biggrin

Dudes and Dudettes, for this Spirit Week writing contest, you need to write a Haiku about the NSTG themes of friendship, support, and community.

A short guide: What's a Haiku?
It's a three-line, beautifully descriptive form of poetry intended to be read in one breath. Most traditional haiku would have five syllables, or sounds, in the first line, seven in the second, and five in the last. So 5 - 7 - 5 syllables.

It's simple, right? Now post your Haiku in this thread. biggrin
