EARLY CHILDHOOD Skipper was born in a small.port town in Wales. A few generations before his magical side of the family had decided to get away from the turmoil that had been the late 20th century. Being able to talk to snakes was very much a thing you didn't want others to know about. When Skip was born his family primarily made money fishing so he grew up around water. He could swim just as soon as he could walk. The had a garden where garden snakes liked to go in. Skip thought it was pretty normal his talking to snakes. He understood but didn't like that it was considered something bad. Snakes were nice! Otherwise, his magic was pretty subtle. Mending clothes when he ripped them in play. As his parents never say it they wondered if he was a squib. When he received his Hogwarts letter they knew for certain he wasn't!
