Redeemed Bumble tripped over himself as he ran through the dying grass. It was chilly out here! He hunched his ears down against his head to block them from the cold wind and tried to find something fun to do. He had finally grown into his big feet and thumped them happily against the hard soil. Words: 55 Total: 55 (sickness roll)

RedeemedFirefly perked her ears as she heard a rythmic thumping roll across the little clearing amongst the tall trees. What could that be? She was feeling pretty chilly but it was still a nice clear day so she had decided to take in some of the fresh air. She squinted her eyes as she approached the source of the noise. Some buck was stomping his feet. She looked around in alarm to see if there was danger nearby. "Hey! Should I be worried about something?" Words: 85 Total: 140 (sickness roll)

Bumble looked over at the voice and grinned. "Oh hi! Um... no? He looked around to see if there was something to be worried about. The doe cocked her head at him.
"Well you were thumping like crazy so I thought there was some sort of danger."
Bumble giggled and thumped a little bit more. "Oh no! I just like to thump is all. It makes a fun sound don't you think?"
Firefly shrugged her shoulders and looked at him curiously. "Well.. I haven't ever really thought about it before."
Bumble scooted a little closer and thumped a foot in her direction. "You should try! It's quite fun!"
Feeling adventurous, Firefly gave a little tap with her toe to see what all the fuss was about.

Leaf hopped along through the trees and stopped when he saw a couple rabbits in the distance. What.... were they doing? He flicked his little leaf hat to the side so he could get a better look but it was no use, they were too far away. It almost sounded like they were.. tapping? He hopped close enough to call out, "Um hi? What are you two... doing exactly?" Words: 69 Total: 335 (sickness roll)

Firefly and Bumble both turned to the newcomer, Bumble giggled at the leaf on his head. "We are thumping!!" He demonstrated by tapping out a little rythm with his back leg.
Firefly raised an eyebrow and added, "Well, he is thumping."
Leaf started to smile and come a bit closer but then a tickle started in the back of his throat and grew and grew until he couldn't hold it in anymore and a massive sneeze exploded out of him, causing his leaf hat to flip up and flutter in the air until landing back on his head lopsided.
Both the other rabbits took a step back from the sneeze and Firefly asked, "Hey.. are you okay?"
Leaf just kind of looked at her from his suddenly scratchy eyes. "Umb.. I dink tho? I... thuddenly thont feel tho good..." He had been fine just this morning... but now his head was suddenly throbbing and he felt all weak and his eyes felt like they were burning... what was going on? It was like that sneezed suddenly triggered something. "I think I need thoo lay thown....." And he just kind of flopped over right there on his side.
Firefly and Bumble kind of looked sideways at each other and then back at him. "Uh... do you need some... water or something?" Bumble asked.

((Popo and Red Mist are here to investigate - first two rolls for Popo next two for Red))
Popo attempted to drag herself over to the group of rabbits in the distance. She had been feeling just absolutely miserable all day and it just seemed to be getting worse. Her usually perky, bright ears hung limp and cold across her back. She glanced at the rabbit to her side. She had just met her this morning but she already liked her. Red Mist, as she had introduced herself, seemed to enjoy any andf all adventures, but she too seemed under the weather - not quite as bad as herself but definitely sick. So the two had joined forces, hoping that together they could make it somewhere sfae they could rest and hopefully get over whatever grossness this was.
Red looked at her new friend and grimaced. She looked AWFUL. Now Red didn;t feel too hot either, but at least she wasn't drooping and barely able to walk. This would defintiely make for a dumb story. She needed to get better so she could go find new adventures. She was in no state to adventure right now and she wanted to keep her friend going too. She was pretty worried about Popo. She'd seen her around before and the blacjk and white doe usually was a force to be reckoned with. Riught now she could barely hop. Red leaned againts her a little more, providing a stable force to help her along, and then they finally reached the group. Looks like another one just as bad off as Popo.
Popo collapsed next to the other black and white buck who looked about like she felt. She croaked up at the others nearby. "Is he sick?" Firefly and Bumble nodded and took a few steps back from all these gross rabbits.
Red lay down in a pained loaf next to the two flopped over rabbits breathing laborously. "You two might want to go on home. I'm pretty sure we are all contagious." At that point she let out a huge sneeze and the buck next to Popo had a coughing fit.
Firefly and Bumble didn;t need to be told twice. "Ugh... well I hope you all feel better!" Bumble called out as he and Firefly took off swiftly in the opposite direction of all these germs.

Popo wiped her nose with her paw and was disgusted to see how much green snot came away with it. "Ugh... this is awful what happened to us?"
Leaf could barely lift his head and was so confused as to why there were now to random does around him. "Uh? Hi? Who are you two?"
Red, being the most capable of the sick buns, decided to do introductions. "Hi, I'm Red Mist, you can just call me Red. This is Popo, I met her earlier this morning looking just like you. I don't know why we all got sick but you two seem way worse so just keep resting ok?"
Popo nodded blearily and snuggled in to the buck next to her. She didn't know him or anything but he was warm and soft and she just hurt all over. For his part, Leaf just grunted and mumbled out, "Oh ok, my name is Leaf..." before nodding off and laying his gross face over the soft fur suddenly nuzzled against him. This was the worst day EVER. Even his leaf was limp and dull looking, like it was feeling just as bad as he was.

Pinecone dragged herself out of her burrow warily. She felt so, so awful, but she couldn't take the stuffy air anymore. now that she was out though, she realized maybe it wasn't the burrow that was stuffy. Her head felt like a thousand tiny paws were pushing in on it from every direction, trying to crush her, and breathing was such a chore. Every snort out (for really, all she could do was snort) produced sad green goop. She saw the group of buns and approached them weakly, glad to see she wasn't alone. Normally, she wouldn't dare insert herself into a growing group like this, but she was desperate to find relief "What is this? How to I make it go away?" wc: 123

Leaf blearily opened his eyes and stared up into the bright sky. What was happening? He felt so out of sorts and everything was too bright and too loud. He twitched his leaf so that it fell more over his eyes and blocked some of the sun that seemed to be drilling its way straight through his eyeballs and into his aching head. "Ughhhhh..." he groaned and tried to roll over onto his other side. He started hacking and coughing up gross green goop and did his best to clear his airway so he could breathe. He was making so much noise he almost didn;t hear the new voice. "Wha...what?" He squinted up at the new rabbit and made a grimace that he hoped looked somewhat friendly. "Oh, hi.... I um, I don't know any of those answers. All I know is that I feel like I'm actually dying and it won't stop." He sneezed weekly and gestured around him with a limp paw. "It seems to be spreading though." He tried to scoot over and make some room on the soft patch of grass he was laying in but he couldn't really move very far, which honestly was probably a good thing because what was once I nice patch of grass was now literally covered in drool and snot so no one would actually want to lay there. "Do you... uh... have you seen any other rabbits? Does anyone know how to get rid of this??" Words: 247 Total: 317

Pinecone was a little startled that he'd try to make room for her. Or maybe he wasn't? That wasn't enough space, so maybe he was just uncomfortable, or trying to get away from her. Either way he was talking to her so maybe he just wanted a little space. Aching, she settled down with a respectable distance between them, soon to be filled by snot. "I feel terrible too," she whined. "My nose won't stop running and my head hurts and I feel too warm." Was that everything? She squinted, and determined that it wasn't, but she didn't want to complain too much. But everything was definitely bad. "I haven't seen anyone else, really. Is everyone like this? Maybe rabbit kind is going to die." Wouldn't that be a terrible way to go? Still, she wasn't alone, and she'd always thought she'd die alone. Maybe this was a better way to go, actually. RedeemedLeaf gazed up at the doe, with his vission going fuzzy at the edges making her look like she was weirdly burry and glowing. "Uhhh... I feel like I have been sick forever. What even is life without sickness?" He let out a pathetic cough and closed his runny eyes again. "I think I'm just... gonna go to sleep again. maybe I'll just stay asleep. I'll just never wake up until I feel better again." He patted the ground weakly with his paw. "You're welcome to lay down and sleep too. I don;t mind sharing the grass...." He trailed off and started mumbling incoherently before drool and snot began collecting under his head in a puddle as he loudly snored and sniffed in his sickly slumber. Unfortunately for Leaf, he also rolled over at this point in time, managing to smear the drool snot combo all across his face so that it stuck to his fur. He was a mess and normally this would greatly bother him, especially in front of a doe, but Leaf was too sickly dead to care about anything except breathing.
