The essence

Odin’s presence is like the sun - it’s uplifting and full of light, but stay in it too long, and it becomes bright enough to burn. He is very much a creature of the light, drawn to the outdoors and to people like a moth to flame. There’s much to be grateful for in life, and Odin makes a point to remember the positives and help lift others up. Few are the moments in which Odin is not laughing or making someone else laugh, and he endeavors to live his life in the happiest way he can. But while some might bask in his glow and natural affinity for making new friends, others may find themselves overwhelmed by the sheer force of his desire to please. With his outward focus and natural ease with others, Odin often finds himself unintentionally drawing the spotlight onto himself, even when he’s attempting to do just the opposite.


It's All Fun And Games Until...


What's your trouble?

Volatility has been a lifelong struggle for Odin. When he’s himself, he’s an absolute joy to be around. But his temper is a storm, both fickle and unlike anything most people have seen. Odin is neither quick nor slow to anger, and therein lies the problem. It’s difficult to predict what exactly will set him off, and it makes spending time with him feel a little like Russian Roulette.

He has trouble controlling it, and it scares people sometimes. Although his rage has never been aimed at people, he can and will become destructive by virtue of his size - hurling heavy objects, tearing things out of walls, and simply punching his way through solid barriers. It’s gotten him kicked out of more than one upstanding establishment, and remains a tremendous source of shame.

Most importantly, it makes it hard for his long-term friends and even family to stick around. For now, Odin compensates for lost friends by making new ones - something he’s fabulously equipped to do - but eventually, he’ll run out of new friends to make and something’s got to give.

Odin takes a page out of the Rock’s code of work ethics - always be the hardest worker in the room. For all that he looks like a Norse god, Odin remains humble about his achievements, knowing that they were born of sweat and pain. Some might call him hard-headed. Others would say he’s blessed with a preternatural ability to put his head down and get things done when it’s needed. He grounds himself through hard work and believes that everyone has the potential to reach the same heights. There’s nothing Odin loves more than helping others up.
