Chara was a simple man. And that was meant with more than just a desire for the simple things in life. No, the man was quite stupid, in his own right. Memories gone, incredible power in his hand, and no real drive or focus to do anything with it! There were no goals he had in mind, no particularly tragic backstory to unfold, or anything bland and outrageous he needed to cope with. Nope, he was Simply Chara, or Coconinoite, or Theo, there, bored, and more than a little irritated at the fact that he WAS So incredibly bored. That's not to say that his general queen didn't try to keep him entertained. Being part of the Special Ops branch gave him more than his fill of missions. People to hunt, people to kill, plans, operations, all were open to him, of course but... After work, what? He returned to his barracks room and just kinda stared at the ceiling. It was for that reason why Hessonite gifted him without actually calling it a gift, a sweet little kitten named Chip. Chip was... Unique. A cute, kinda gullible kitten, and one that seemed to have a vast lack of common sense. Of course a kitten shouldn't be dragged into battle, no matter HOW adorably prepared he was, with his little laser and random assortment of debatable useful tools! What kind of absolutely horrendous monster would do that to HIS Chip?! Luckily (and perhaps with no forethought on Chip's part), he had a name and a file, and it was as simple as getting to an open training ground, finding a collapsed column to sit on, daintly crossing his legs and resting his elbow against them (A weak attempt to look intimidating), and a snap of the fingers. Then before him was the Lieutenant, and Chara maliciously grinned. At least these Negaverse powers had some cool perks. "So you're Tetra... something something..."

Tetra always found being in the Negaverse itself to be somewhat... unsettling. Fascinating, but definitely off. That went for the organization itself, as well. The goals themselves seemed good enough...but some of the people... What ever the case, it helped pay the bills. The trouble, though, was leadership was a bit disjointed at times. It was a bit concerning how old “generals” tended to be...but there was nothing for it, really. He was here, and he’d deal with it. He was conducting some research in the HQ castle when he found out someone wanted to talk to him. ...Of course, he found out by suddenly appearing there, the papers in his hand still there and fluttering lightly. “Би ид шидийг үзэн яддаг,” he muttered as he looked around to figure out who had summoned him. An imp, apparently. He raised an eyebrow. “Tetrahedrite,” he supplied evenly. “What is it you need?” There was no accusation to his tone. Merely a calm acceptance that, yes, he probably needed to do as he was asked.

The file did touch up on Tetra's physique but he wasn't expecting all of this. Broad shoulders, tall as hell, and even that nice hot dad vibe coming from him. Chara certainly found this entertaining at the very least. "Tetra." That was perfectly good enough, and the Eternal could not be bothered to try any more. This wasn't a fun engagement they were aiming for, but a punishment. "I summoned you here because a little kitten told me you took him careening into battle. Is that so?" He didn't shift from where he sat, only leaning forward just a little bit. to get a better look at the man before him. "What would possess you to take such a vulnerable little thing into a potentially deadly situation, hmm?"

Lieutenant Tetrahedrite did not seem especially concerned about being addressed unhappily by what was effectively a General. His facial expression was almost instructional, in fact. Practiced from doing exactly that sort of thing, perhaps. Knowing the kitten in question, he was entirely certain there weren’t any complaints about the day. In fact, the little furball had probably been talking about it excitedly. He perhaps didn’t have any other emotion, other than petulant impatience. “It is,” he assented, with a small nod, once the little senshi’s piece was said. “With an Order senshi named Adorea,” He rocked his head to the side for a brief moment, in a sort of almost-shrug. “We were there because he asked me to take him around to place some sort of... id shidiin* trinkets around the city. And in the course of that, we ran into the senshi.” “There wasn’t much to do about it,” he went on. “I couldn’t very well leave him aside. There may have been more of them, ready to snatch him away. I am aware of how important it is to keep those cats around.” * ид шидийн

"Hm... I see." All in all, it made sense why Tetrahedrite did what he did. Even Chara with his stubbornness could see that keeping Chip close, rather than telling him to run away was a good idea, and likely the best course of action. But he didn't want to be reasonable. And he didn't want to simply forgive the Lieutenant. What fun would that be, giving up control so quickly? "You could have sent him up a tree, I highly doubt there would have been some sort of senshi out there that would hurt a kitten like him. No, I'm more concerned you'd bring something so small and, quite frankly, stupid into such a situation." He stood, taking his time to walk up properly too the man, then his frown deepened. How dare this man stand so highly above him? It took only a little bit of his strength to pull Tetra down by the front of his shirt to properly meet him eye-to-eye. While typically Officers were far stronger than Senshi in the Negaverse, there was still two ranks between them, plenty for Chara to show off just how much stronger he really was. "You could have stepped on him, or crushed his tiny bones to dust while romping around with some stupid senshi. Did that thought never cross your mind, hmm? Perhaps you are far more careless thank you think. While I was feeling generous, I think you should get on your knees and beg for forgiveness for having risked my little Kitten's life so recklessly. " He let go of Tetrahedrite's collar, and grinned more than a little maliciously. "Go on then, on your knees and beg me to forgive you, or else I'll show you just how horribly hurt Chip could have gotten by using you as an example."

This was a bit of a quandary, Tetra reflected. On the one hand, this kid was unquestionably stronger than him. The ease with which he was forced to bend down showed that. But on the other hand, he was not the little psycho’s underling, and he should not be encouraged to act this way. It was things like this that seemed to be the root of problems in this “organization.” Children running wild with unchecked power. “With respect,” he said evenly. “Chip was in a quite safe position, and there was no alternative. Furthermore,” he paused for just one moment, and his brow furrowed ever so slightly as he straightened himself back up. His gaze remained on the young man in front of him, “I am afraid I cannot do as you ask. You are not my superior, and to beg is unbecoming of an officer and a warrior.” He gave one curt shake of his head. “Do what you must, but I am aware of no such requirement in the Negaverse that I not defend myself if I am unjustly attacked.” His eyebrows went up ever so slightly, as if to say, “I have seen worse,” though his arms remained calmly at his sides.

Chara's eye visibly twitched at the audacity this man had to address him. It was irritating, and so highly disrespectful he could barely contain his rage! And yet, with respect he did. He could talk and talk and talk, but it seemed only action would reach through this Lieutenant's thickass skull and have him accept what he did was wrong. Softly, he muttered his attack name, letting the bubbling chocolate form in his hand, before grabbing the man's uniform once again and smearing it thickly as close to his neck without actually making contact with his skin. "I don't know who the <********> you think you are, but regardless of whether or not I'm your direct superior, the Negaverse doesn't work like whatever bullshit human-world military. If someone is stronger than you, you ******** listen" This time, he didn't let the man pull away from his grasp, and flicked more of the chocolate from his fingertips towards the man's face, leaving little speckled spots behind. "Unjust? There's no ******** justice here. I say you were wrong, and you were. Now apologize, before your face gets melted off!" Tolin Kalin Eternal Sailor Attack: Chara’s Taste of Chocolate
Once Chara calls out his attack, thick, fudgy energy chocolate begins to drip from his hands. To him, it feels like nothing, but to anyone else it touches, it feels searing hot and can leave severe burns once it makes contact with the skin at a player’s choice. The chocolate that drips from his hand is inedible, smells amazing, and can be flung or flicked from his hands, and it can linger on clothing and skin once it makes contact, much like his second attack.
He can use this twice per battle, and each time he uses it lasts 15 seconds, whether still oozing from hands or settled on another person’s skin. However, the target can try to wipe off the chocolate, and it’s burning effects lesson the more it’s spread out.

Now that. That hurt.Tetra winced as burning chocolate was splattered on his face, but managed to not cry out. He would not give the satisfaction. That said, he wasn't stupid. "It...it seems I may have been mistaken," he said carefully. He shifted ever so slightly in the boy's grasp--he was absurdly strong. And unstable. Not a great combination, and he didn't fancy his chances, but figured if the situation continued to degrade, he could probably effectively put a stop to it with a carefully placed strike to the groin. That outfit didn't seem very protecting. "I'm sorry I misjudged you," he went on. He thought, perhaps, his rather obvious foreign accent would be helpful in this sort of situation, as he spoke slowly to ensure he said the proper words. "And put such a valuable resource in danger."

"A resource? You're wrong once again, Tetrahedrite." Chara's grip did not lessen, and to emphasize the fact that he was not yet pleased with Tetra's response, a chocolate-coated finger was pressed to his cheek and held there. The sweet smell of chocolate rightly hid the smell of burning flesh. "Chip is a friend, and it is dickish of you to think of a kitten like that as anything else! Do you know how easy it is to snap something like him in half? Would you do that to a friend? Would you let some a*****e White Moon b*****d do that to some helpless, sweet little kitten?" He dragged his finger across the man's cheek, further down, leaving burns in its wake. Part of him wanted Tetra to lash out, to try to defend himself from this. It'd be absolutely entertaining to pull his starseed out after that and watch him flail about helplessly. "I've half a mind to go get Chip myself, so he can get a proper apology out of you too."

The fact that Tetra had, in fact, been told to take the cat around and do (mostly) what the little creature wanted was, while true, not something to say to this deranged child. Still. He thought about it. "Perhaps you should," he replied with some strain in his voice. He would not give this boy the satisfaction of a cry of pain. But this was going to leave a mark. "See what your... little friend really thinks about it." Truthfully, he didn't have high hopes of being helped by the little cat, but it would perhaps provide a distraction.

Yes... yes most impressive, watching this man struggle without so much as a whimper. His voice was a little telling, but he could still be entertained by it all. "Hmm... You're right. I think I will. Unfortunately, he's currently preoccupied at the moment," whether that was true or not, he couldn't say, "so I think we'll ask him about it later." Out of nothing short of kindness, Chara let the lieutenant go, and then so very kindly used the end of his sleeve to wipe off the remaining chocolate from his skin, though it was clearly useless to do so since a few seconds later it simply vanished. Oh well, it was the thought that counted anyway. "I think this may call for an actual outing for the three of us. Then you can show me how well you can protect my kitten, and then you can be trusted to handle him further. Who knows, perhaps I'll even apologize for thinking you so incompetent. How's that sound, hmm?"

Tetra ever so slightly flinched at the touch, but his expression remained stoic as he then backed up and stood back up, ever so slightly adjusting his uniform as he did. No point in looking a disheveled mess in any situation An outing did not sound promising...but there wasn't really much he could do to get out of that. "Very good, sir," he replied in his best frosty military voice. Not chipper in the least, but after that show with the chocolate, he decided he wasn't going to mess around with this. "I'm sure the Mauvian has some strange creation he's working on that needs to be brought out into the city again."

"You know you don't have to be so cold. You admitted you were wrong, took your punishment well, and I am satisfied. It's not as if I'm gonna kill you or anything. Can you imagine the paperwork?" Why did the Negaverse even need paperwork in the first place? Are they really gonna keep records of who was killing what? Why did it even matter? There were many things he didn't get, even more so since he just couldn't remember them but... Maybe this was a good opportunity to fix that. "Hmm... I'll think up a time that works and forward it to you. Then you'll know when and where to be without having to freak out about sudden summoning s**t. If you do well, I think I might even make you my own. Yes, I think I'd like that." Chara grinned, almost maliciously, but there was nothing really awful behind it. Sometimes his face only came off as nasty. "Oh, and bring a snack for Chip when we go out. Cookies work great."

“Perhaps not,” Tetra allowed. He didn’t bother to remark upon the completely unnecessary attack he had only just endured. This wasn’t really much of a ‘teaching moment.’ “Very well,” he replied. “I’m sure I can find... a cookie for the kitten.” It would have been funny, if it wasn’t so threatening. Especially the “make you my own” part. That did not bode well.

“Cookie, candy, chocolate, perhaps a bit of cake. He’s a precious little thing and should be treated as such, remember that.” Even now Chara was thinking about sweets himself, and gathering Chip in his arms and taking him to a bakery for a real heist. Perhaps later tonight. “Well, I am done, here, as are you, so go take care of your face, and then I’ll take you back to the city.”
