        BACKGROUND
        • Born in the city of Vale, child of a mechanic and a food shop keeper.
        • Because her father was a Kangaroo faunus and her mother a Fox faunus, it took a while to figure out what type faunus she was until later on.
        • Nur always loved shiny items, she would often wander off in order to collect them just like her mother had the tendency to do the same with metal scraps.
        • She grew up admiring the hunters and huntresses that would risk their lives to keep the rest of the population safe.
        • The discrimination against of faunus never truly affected her, for her parents always carried themselves with pride and that was all she saw.
        • When becoming old enough, Nur suggested studying to become a huntress. Something that was received with good graces.
        • After acquiring a weapon with the help of her father and following the right connections with her mother, Nur managed to enroll in order to start her own journey.

        ▬ Due to being mostly a close and mid range attack weapon, it is rendered useless in long range combat. Also due to the small space in her staff, instead of 8 it carries 6 slots. Without aura it will be a pretty weak weapon.

        *NAME ▬ Jang
        *AURA COLOR ▬ Terracota
        *DESCRIPTION
        ▬ Jang is an active semblance that gives the user the ability to corrode inorganic matter not protected by aura hence making it easier to break/go through.
        *LEVEL 0 ▬ User can corrode down inorganic materials hence making them easier to break through. The thicker and bigger the material is, the longer it takes for the semblance to corrode through it.
        *LEVEL 1▬ It becomes easier for user to corrode through materials, becoming instant on weaker forms like ground/sand/lesser concretes.
        *LEVEL 2▬ Semblance can now time the corrosion of weaker materials [if user touched a surface, she can activate the corrosion process in the following post]
        *LEVEL 3 ▬ Corrosion of thicker materials takes less effort. User can time the corrosion for a longer interval [can activate 2 posts later instead of 1 like in the previous stage]. For every low corrosion (brick, wood and other non-resisting materials) there is a mandatory 1 post cool down. For stronger materials (reinforced matter, or heavy metal) it will vary from 4-5 posts.
        *DRAWBACKS ▬ User must have some form of contact with the surface it is affecting, whether it is via weapon or physical touch with any of their limbs. The sensation of burn injuries will occur if overused [depending on the level]. Level of further drawbacks listed based on the level of the semblance.
        *LEVEL 0 ▬ Must remain contact with the material that is wished to be corroded, if the process is broken the consistency will revert to its original state [automatic 1 post wait time]. 2 whole posts in contact before its fully corroded for heavy materials, 1 post for lesser matter (ex. wood, weakened concrete etc.). If corroding more than 1 material without a 2 post cooldown, then the burn injuries start
        *LEVEL 1▬ Due to the process of corroding being quicker, user now cannot exceed affecting more than 2 materials without a 3 post cooldown, otherwise they can inflict up to a 2nd degree burn on themselves.
        *LEVEL 2▬ If user does not activate the corrosion within the post limit, they would need to make contact with the surface once more to start the process. User now cannot exceed affecting more than 3 materials without a 4 post cooldown, otherwise they can inflict up to a 2nd degree burn on themselves.
        *LEVEL 3 ▬ Over exertion of the semblance will cause severe burn injuries. If corrosion does not occur within the post span given, user will need to engage in contact once more to reactivate that surface. User now cannot exceed affecting more than 4 materials without a 5 post cooldown, otherwise they can inflict up to a 3rd degree burn on themselves.

        *LEVEL 1▬ It becomes easier for user to consume through materials, becoming instant on weaker forms like ground/sand/lesser concretes. Semblance can now inflict up to a 1st degree burn on organic life. Range has increased to 12.5ft radius.

• And how did Nur figure out what type of faunus she was?
• Is the jewel on her forehead removable and is it a cultural accessory or is it just fashionable?
• Term for her fear: Cleithrophobia, the fear of being trapped.

- So is Nur's Primary Talent defense or speed? Because her description says she can close the gap quickly.
- Primary Weapon:
- This is more to gauge or understand how weak it is but, how does it transform between weapons?
- How it works must follow this rule, located in General Profile Rules under Weapon Rules:

- Semblance:
- Well, I would first have to say, that as it stands, you should mention in your semblance that it can only effect "inorganic materials" not protected by aura.
- I have concerns with it possibly effecting Organic matter such as people when in the description says it only effects "inorganic matter". Please explain how this works and why the change?
- It seems a bit confusing that you give it a range of radius when one of the drawbacks is that you or your weapon must be touching. Could you please explain or change it to be the range in which your staff can reach?
- As for how long it takes into effect, please change time into number of posts to make it clearer.
- Please clarify its effects, b/c neither disintegration and burning are in the general description you only mention rusting of inorganic matter. So, you might want to replace disintegrate with rust?
- Lvl 0's drawback, how long does it take to effect?
- And how many posts would you say would it take to cool-down before she could use this semblance again? As it's currently worded, it makes it sound like she can use it as many times as she likes without burning her aura.


*Reminder*

► She is allowed to have those faunus physical features (big ears, hind legs, tail) so long as it doesn't give her an advantage over a person (i.e, better hearing, speed, etc) unless its part of the faunus ability. So where hers is fast reflexes, her ears don't give better hearing, tail not better balance, hind legs not faster than average faunus.

I am picturing a very hindu-esque shop so spices, fruits and maybe some finger foods like Rotti.
• And how did Nur figure out what type of faunus she was?
I am thinking most likely a doctor or someone that knew what a jerboa looked like. A hilarious realization for the young parents

Cultural accessory, you will never catch her without it. Thinking of maybe making it a dermal piercing but not sure if thats too big of a piercing

When i wrote closing gaps quickly, i was referring to holes in the defense line. Whether it was parrying or shielding, I just went ahead and reworded it. Hopefully its better now.

The dagger is 10 inches and is drawn out similar to the assassins creed hidden knife, and the staff form is 60 inches/5ft. since the average staff ranges from 4ft-9ft and anything abouve 5ft might make the weapon too thin in my opinion. - Well, I would first have to say, that as it stands, you should mention in your semblance that it can only effect "inorganic materials" not protected by aura.
- I have concerns with it possibly effecting Organic matter such as people when in the description says it only effects "inorganic matter". Please explain how this works and why the change?
- It seems a bit confusing that you give it a range of radius when one of the drawbacks is that you or your weapon must be touching. Could you please explain or change it to be the range in which your staff can reach?
- As for how long it takes into effect, please change time into number of posts to make it clearer.
- Please clarify its effects, b/c neither disintegration and burning are in the general description you only mention rusting of inorganic matter. So, you might want to replace disintegrate with rust?
- Lvl 0's drawback, how long does it take to effect?
- And how many posts would you say would it take to cool-down before she could use this semblance again? As it's currently worded, it makes it sound like she can use it as many times as she likes without burning her aura.

- It now states it will affect inorganic matter without protected aura
-The change from inorganic to organic was making reference to some of the early signs of a rust infection in a cut. It has been updated to being able to affect organic life in the later stages.
- Completely agree, its now the range of the staff can reach, so based on the previous changes it would be 5ft range.
- Done and done! 10 seconds = 1 post/same post and 30 seconds = has to wait 1-2 posts to activate terrain. Like a landmine almost if it makes sense?
- As previously discussed, it turns out the word i was looking for was corrosion. So it has been fixed!

► She is allowed to have those faunus physical features (big ears, hind legs, tail) so long as it doesn't give her an advantage over a person (i.e, better hearing, speed, etc) unless its part of the faunus ability. So where hers is fast reflexes, her ears don't give better hearing, tail not better balance, hind legs not faster than average faunus.

Well aware of it, if anything it is a disadvantage since she gets hurt by loud noises rather than gaining extra hearing.

- My suggestion would be that the bracelet be a detachable pommel for your primary weapon where you are able to place a dust crystal.
- Either that or: To get to fit the rule, you might change the bracelet to a Bracer.
- Possible Drawback to previously stated option: to getting to staff form, you must first go from Bracer --> Dagger form, then from Dagger form --> Staff form

• Personally, I would suggest if she loses contact might want to make it 1 post before she can continue. Cool-down might wanna be 4-5 posts.
- Also, please remove words like rusting and disintegration, and put corrosion instead since that's what's in the general description.
- I am curious: how much (activation-wise) is considered "over-using"?
- If you had it worded like: "She can try to corrode one or a few objects multiple times, but any attempt past 2 objects without cool-down will inflict burns on herself" then should be fine without mandatory one.

        • She grew up admiring the hunters and huntresses that would risk their lives to keep the rest of the population safe.
        • The discrimination against of faunus never truly affected her, for her parents always carried themselves with pride and that was all she saw.
        • When becoming old enough, Nur suggested studying to become a huntress. Something that was received with good graces.
        • After acquiring a weapon with the help of her father and following the right connections with her mother, Nur managed to enroll in order to start her own journey.

        *LEVEL 1▬ It becomes easier for user to corrode through materials, becoming instant on weaker forms like ground/sand/lesser concretes.
        *LEVEL 2▬ Semblance can now time the corrosion of weaker materials [if user touched a surface, she can activate the corrosion process in the following post]
        *LEVEL 3 ▬ Corrosion of thicker materials takes less effort. User can time the corrosion for a longer interval [can activate 2 posts later instead of 1 like in the previous stage]. For every low corrosion (brick, wood and other non-resisting materials) there is a mandatory 1 post cool down. For stronger materials (reinforced matter, or heavy metal) it will vary from 4-5 posts.
        *DRAWBACKS ▬ User must have some form of contact with the surface it is affecting, whether it is via weapon or physical touch with any of their limbs. The sensation of burn injuries will occur if overused [depending on the level]. Level of further drawbacks listed based on the level of the semblance.
        *LEVEL 0 ▬ Must remain contact with the material that is wished to be corroded, if the process is broken the consistency will revert to its original state [automatic 1 post wait time]. 2 whole posts in contact before its fully corroded for heavy materials, 1 post for lesser matter (ex. wood, weakened concrete etc.). If corroding more than 1 material without a 2 post cooldown, then the burn injuries start
        *LEVEL 1▬ Due to the process of corroding being quicker, user now cannot exceed affecting more than 2 materials without a 3 post cooldown, otherwise they can inflict up to a 2nd degree burn on themselves.
        *LEVEL 2▬ If user does not activate the corrosion within the post limit, they would need to make contact with the surface once more to start the process. User now cannot exceed affecting more than 3 materials without a 4 post cooldown, otherwise they can inflict up to a 2nd degree burn on themselves.
        *LEVEL 3 ▬ Over exertion of the semblance will cause severe burn injuries. If corrosion does not occur within the post span given, user will need to engage in contact once more to reactivate that surface. User now cannot exceed affecting more than 4 materials without a 5 post cooldown, otherwise they can inflict up to a 3rd degree burn on themselves.
