”Booyaka 619” by P.O.D hits the PA System as the crowd goes absolutely wild, jumping up to their feet, raising their signs, and beginning to cheer for The Ultimate Underdog, The Biggest Little Man, The Master of the 619, Rey Mysterio! Pyrotechnics shot up from the middle front of the stage right before Rey Mysterio would walk out from the backstage area and stop on the stage, looking around the crowd and the thousands of fans in attendance here tonight. Rey Mysterio then walked over to the right side of the stage and shot his hand up towards the crowd while at the same time, pyrotechnics would shoot up from the right side of the stage. He then walked over to the left side of the stage to show that side of the crowd love as well, spinning and pointing to them as the pyrotechnics shot up on the left side of the stage this time. Mysterio would then walk to the center of the stage and get on one knee. He’d touch the stage a few times before beginning to cross himself. He used his right hand, holding his thumb and first two fingers together, and folding the other two fingers down against the base of his thumb. Touching his forehead, his navel, his right shoulder, his left shoulder, and then saying a quick prayer as he kissed his hand, the process was complete. He’d then jump back up to his feet, pointing to the heavens, before aiming down towards the ring, signifying he was ready to compete tonight in the squared circle.
Announcer: And his opponent, making his way to the ring weighing in at 175 pounds from San Diego, California: Rey Mysterio!!
Now Rey Mysterio would leave the stage and begin his descent down the ramp. While walking, he would notice a fan leaning against the barricade wearing one of his custom masks and he would walk over and grab his head, bringing both their heads together, and showing the kid some love. The fans around him cheered louder and touched Rey while he was close to them. Rey then let go and continued his descent down the ramp, high fiving as many fans hands as he possibly could as he wished to show every fan some attention as they all paid good money to be here tonight and watch him compete in the ring.
Rey Mysterio would make it to the end of the ramp and turn to the left, continuing to high five a few fan's hands. He'd then walk up the steel steps and onto the apron before getting into the ring through the middle rope. He walked over to the far right corner and climbed the turnbuckle, crossing himself once more before taunting to the crowd as their cheers would grow. He'd then spot another fan in the audience wearing one of his custom masks and he'd point to him, acknowledging his existence and the fan would go crazy. Rey then got down from the turnbuckle and began doing stretches in his corner as his theme faded away.
