Attacks: Sailor Scout Attack: Synchro Pulse. Small AOE buff effect for teammates. Heightens balance and awareness through soothing sounds outside the auditory range, allowing for greater agility in maneuvers and ease of teamwork. 25 second duration, 2 uses.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Harmonic Equilibrium. Medium AOE. Allows a sense of perfect balance and heightened speed for allies through mostly inaudible sonic waves, making difficult physical feats come much more easily. Foes are disoriented by discordant sounds, with a chance for brief auditory hallucinations. 15 second duration, 2 uses.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Null Harmonics. Single target. Synchronizes Fantasia's power signature to that of her opponent's, or to the resonant frequency of their weapon. The effect cancels magic with a perfect opposing force, or vibrates a weapon to the point of being unmanageable and heated from friction. 20 second duration. 2 uses.
