College campuses and schools were wonderful. There weren't many streets, and there was plenty of open, well-maintained yards between spaced out buildings to give you a wide view of anything approchaing. The places were well-lit, even at night, and gave a sense of contained safety. That wasn't to say the Negaverse presence couldn't be here. Some could be students themselves, but for the Mauvian, it was safer than most areas in the city.
But that wasn't the reason why he was here. Crossing across the campus as a shortcut, he had sensed that tell-tailed tingle of a dormant senshi. A call that reached his core to act. Tail puffed, he turned and headed towards the feeling, searching for a student or maybe a civilian out for a stroll.

Izzy wasn't exactly strolling about the Meadowview campus this evening. No, it certainly came off more like stomping. It was only the first week of school since he transferred out of Hillsworth and he already found himself issued detention. And this time, it wasn't even his fault! How was he supposed to know that the teachers here didn't like bugs all over their desk! Hillsworth folks were used to it and found it amusing, but nooooo. The moment you step out of there, you're labeled as a 'delinquent'. It was absolute crap!
So now he trudged around, backpack full of silly string, and absolutely ready to completely cover that jerk teacher's car in it. Spraypaint would get him expelled, so... Best to keep things simple.
Halfway to the car in the parkinglot, Izzy spotted a cat. A really really fluffy cat. And very white. Strange for a stray. "Hey there... What are you doing here? All the kids are gone... No one is gonna feed you."

"I can feed myself." He purred, walking toward the student. What luck that destiny should provide him the luck to have the very person he wanted to see be the one wandering the campus at this moment. Oh the universe favored senshi at times or maybe it hated them enough to awaken them so young.
The white cat moved up to him with a little ppprrrttt of a greeting, smiling in a way unusual for a normal cat.
"You are not going crazy. I need to talk to you." He said, hoping that saying someone wasn't crazy wouldn't make them think they were really crazy. So far he never had much luck with that method.

"Good, cuz I ain't got nothing to feed you." Okay, alright, at first, Izzy admitted this was a little weird. Cats don't typically smile. And cats even less typically didn't talk. And it bugged the hell out of him, but what did he know? Crazy things always happened in Destiny City.
"Hey, I never said I was going crazy! Honestly, there's plenty of freaky things going on in this city, I ain't even surprised." But he lied, he was surprised at this cat before him. Not enough to show it on his face, but still surprised.
"What do you want then? Make it quick, I don't want to be caught sneaking around campus with some weird side show lookin' cat."

"Side-shoe loo- I do NOT look like a side-show. I happen to look elegant and sleek." His tail puffed in indignation at how he was treated.
"And I'm here to open the pathway to let you reconnect to your last and the powers linked through your last lives. If you would allow me, I will be happy to do that for you."

"You totally look like a freak. I mean, you talk, you're wearing glasses. What kinda cat wears glasses? How do you even have a prescription? Who fills it out for you? How do they make a size that fits your tiny-a** head? Totally a side show, but whatevs." Izzy squatted down to get a better look at the cat, tilting his head as he examined it.
Yeah... Totally something that would make the news if he caught it and showed it off. But that was way too much trouble than what it was worth.
"What? Reconnect me to what now? That sounds suspicious as hell, you know that right? Makes me think of the whole 'hey kids, wanna buy some drugs?' thing that the adults warn us about. Sorry dude, I'm not out here looking to go back to Hillsworth. Don't want no weed, no coke, no shrooms or nothing to connect me to whatever it is you want me to do."

"Well that's because I'm not a cat. I'm a Mauvian. I just look like a car most times. So it is very normal for my species to talk and dress this way." He informed him as he sat, trying to maintain his composure with this little whipper-snapper with a mouth on him.
"I make my glasses. I make many things." He said flatly.
"What I am best at making is senshi wake up to their powers, which you are. And I'm not selling drugs! I'm connecting your inner being to your heritage. Oh bother, this isn't working if you can't take me seriously. I'd change but then every agent in the area is going to come here."
"Will you just allow me to do this one thing. You can punt me across the yard after if you like though I warn you I will hit back." He got up and stood closer to him. "Or I could follow you around meowing over and over for the rest of the week."

"If you look like a cat, and walk like a cat, then you're a cat. You can deny it all you want, but if you're some weird new species, you're still a cat to my eyes unless you prove it otherwise." Izzy knew he was being mean now, but he really didn't care. This weirdo was keeping him from doing his mission.
"How do you make things with paws? Don't you need opposable thumbs to do that sorta thing? How do you make glasses? How do you do any of that stuff?" He'd have to admit, he was curious. If this little freak was telling the truth, it sounded like a bunch of bullshit still. How in the world was he supposed to believe a cat could do anything like this?
"Agent? Like talent agent? Dude, you really should look into that sorta thing if you're not just some weird illusion. Imagine how'd much money you could get for being a talking cat? But hey, I still bet you just have some weird microphone or something on you. ... You're not going to really just bug the hell out of me unless I give in, aren't you? Don't you have like, a billion other people in this city besides me to bug?"

He was getting annoyed.
"You should open up your world view. Plenty of people without fingers, hands, or even limbs have devices at their disposal that allow them to function in your society without issues. With enough creativity and ingenuity, you can make anything that can overcome these obstacles. Also, outsourcing to computers helps." He said, matter-o-factly.
"As for the rest, since you can't get over me looking like this."
He muttered something about stupidity and foolish risks. Then, in a glow of light, the small figure rose up to a sleek, tall height, and then dimmed to reveal a tall, lanky, cat-eared man in cdlesrial-themed clothes. A white, puffy tail swished in cat-like aggitation behind him.
"There. Now can we move on to the serious matter at hand. You are a senshi and I am here to help and guide you." He resinstated, moving up to him to look down. "If you could allow me to do my job now, that would be helpful."

"Yeah, duh, of course people can do that. PEEPOLE. Not cats. Cats are too busy licking themselves to do anything productive. Except you seem to be too busy harassing kids to even do that, yah weirdo." At this point, Izzy put his hands on his hips, glaring down at the cat and half expecting he really would punt the little b*****d.
And then all of a sudden, he wasn't such a small little b*****d anymore.
"Hold up... Hold up, hold up, wait, wait, so you're telling me you could have just came to me lookin' like this, all magical and crap, and you chose to come up to me looking like a cat? This is WAY more convincing than just some cat who could be wearing, I dunno, a hidden speaker or something!" He couldn't exactly deny that he was more than a little convinced that this was some magical bullshit now.
"I bet you just wanted me to keep talkin' and sounding like a jerk. That makes you the jerk for antagonizing me. And what the heck is a senshi?" He took a step back, arms crossing over his chest like he expected something bad to happen. "Job or not, you gotta admit this is kinda freaky as heck, man."

"Because I get tired being like this for very long and I'd rather look like this having fun someplace else when trying to convince a skeptical man how I'm a magical being here to help. ALSO, I give off what's know as a very powerful energy signature. I'm basically a giant beacon of magic alerting everyone with magical senses where I am right now which isn't smart." He informed him. "So it is safer and less taxing for me to look the other way. Okay?"
He took a deep breath and then desummoned his glasses so he could punch the bridge of his nose.
"Now, just stay there." Because he wasn't going to ask permission anymore.
He usually never did this before as a humanoid, bit being like this was the only thing convincing this ignorant man. With his hands together, he concentrated very hard, creases pinching his features as he tried to grasp into the magic dormant in the senshi and pull what was needed to make the wand.
It took a moment, but with a shimmer of light, there were two items in his upturn palms. A wand with a magical insignia on the top and a pair of golden-framed glasses with golden stars.
He held these out to him. "These belong to you. The wand will tap into your magic. The glasses - well I make those for fun."

"... Alright, fine. I guess that makes sense. If you're a big ol' beacon of what not, you probably won't want to be like that anymore." Izzy had no idea what he was looking at anymore, and it was all rather exhausting to think about.
... Really, he just wanted to go home now. Screw tagging the car.
But he listened and stayed still for once, watching as some weird little dohickey popped out of no where and... Glasses. Very obnoxious looking glasses.
"So what am I supposed to do with these?" he asked, taking the wand and giving it a hard look at it. Inscribed on it seemed to be the head of a bug. Cool. And the glasses, well... They were a thing.
"So you magically make glasses too. You know you could have said that and we could have avoided the whole 'no thumbs' thing. But whatever. So I got a magic wand. Am I Harry Potter now? Do I aim this thing and go pew pew to evil or good?" He gasped audibly in pretend shock. "Am I the bad guy? Cool."

"Because I don't always have thumbs. Humans think that thumbs somehow magically make you capable of anything. It's annoying." He said as he adjusted his glasses.
"It's a wand bit not like that. You will be the one with the magic. The wand helps you tap into it. All you have to do is raise it and say "Buzzi Magical Makeup!" Then you become Sailor Buzzi." He said.
"I have no idea what your magic is. It's different for everyone. You could shoot lasers from your eyes for all I know."

"Yeah, well, a random a** cat man coming up to you and saying some crap about power is kinda annoying too. Like you ain't got no respect at all for what some else is doing. Not everyone wants to do some mystical mumbo jumbo bullcrap life changing nonsense, you know. Have you ever stopped to consider my feelings?" No sense arguing with some alien. Obviously it didn't care, since he had the look that said 'kid, I'm just doing my job.'
"Alright, let's give this a shot. Buzzi Magical Makeup!" The instant he said that, something akin to a large buzzing sound started in his ear. He began to twitch, and pace a round quickly, before what seemed like a giant magical fly swatter smacked him down to the ground."OW!"
When he finally peeled himself off the ground, he was in some weird outfit, and felt.. Well, just plain weird.
"What kinda bullcrap is that?! Why the heck that thing hit me?! And what.. WHAT? FLIES? WHAT IS THIS CRAP DUDE!"

He stared back, expression stonic and cold. "I consider this often. You can break the wand. You can do it right here and now. That will be your choice. You will resume life as you are."
He stepped back, giving the man some space.
"I know this is asking a lot of you and these things change a person. It will detail your life and place a tremendous burden on you that demands sacrifices. You can bit participate. You can stop. You can crush the wand and take no part in it. That is always a choice you have at any point."
However, he at least tied and called out to his own power. The transformation was as unorthodox as they came. The guardian had never seen anything so violent for a senshi.
His hands rose up in both surrender and defense. "I have no say how it works. It's your power and the celestial body you hail from. Every senshi has a sphere of influence. It can be anything. Lullabies. Honey. Goats. You name it. It seems flies have something to do with yours."
