Magic is imbedded into most of the current creatures in this world, some eventually changed to demihumans as the world changed them for a new life.
Any form of magic is allowed in this world as it is unpredictable but some magic is impossinle to attain unless they are Special
1. Immortality: only a select few have attained this ability which can be different, The Idea of Immortality is based on being unkillable in at least one aspect. Some have been known to be able to be completely immune to non-magical damage, while some are Immune to magic entirely. The first immortal is both Ageless and cant be killed in a normal means. The ability of immortality is limited and must be attained(must ask captain)
2. Instakilling magic: it doesnt matter how POWERFUL you are, the magic in this world works in ways that allow ones magic to prevent them from being able to have an ultimate magic to kill.
3. Instaheal: Magic takes time for effects to be produced when it is a assisting type of magic thus healing isn't instantaneous
4. World altering magic: one cant just change the ways of the world, it takes too much magic for this to happen and thus the best effect on the world is illusions.
5. Time magic: Time is unaffected by Magic

While every creature has been imbued with magic, it allows them to use magic, but Magic is not as easy as one believes. When you are Born your body has already determined what magic you have. This magic is what your characters are good at and can train to become experts in. But It is possible to learn other magic basics, such as if you are a fire mage, it is possible to learn other elements. With that being said, Magic that is not based around their own inherit magic are much weaker than the magic they were born with. Keep this in mind when you are Training to learn new magic. This means it is possible to be able to learn many forms of magic, but they will take a long time to improve otherwise.

All creatures that use magic have a limit top the amount of magic they can use. Mages and such pull magic from their bodies to cast spells and to activate passive magical abilities. Which makes Passive abilities much harder and more costly to maintain and keep active. Naturally Magic does return to ones body through rest and well Time, as all living creatures can gather magic, unlike undead which have to have Magic placed inside of them, Undead are constantly using magic as their ability to be alive again takes magic from their body thus they need a lot of magic constantly to stay alive.
The Stronger the magic spell the MORE magic it costs to cast making it harder to use over and over and lowers magic faster
Many mages often train their spells and their bodies to both lessen the amount of magic they need to use it as well as increasing their magical limit which can all be trained through Years of practice.
