There had been an issue where some users were using an exploit to grant the conventioneer achievement, along with some other achievements at the beginning of the summer event. Those achievements had been removed, and since achievements overwrite each other, there is no way to tell if someone is using the link to get it the first time or not. We do have a log of all users who had redeemed past convention pin codes, but that would take quite a while to parse through and any recovery will take some time to perform as it's not highest of priority at the moment.

I know there was some work done on Outfits a week or so back . Something went wrong , and yet again Lanzer you had a second go . Sadly it seems that Outfits are even more Broken than before . But I can see the new Replace feature you added .
I found myself unable to rename an outfit after Replacing and Older outfit with a newer one , or even to add/update virtual items to an existing .

We're still actively taking in feedback for the outfit changes, will have any remaining bugs ironed out this week. I think almost all of the mentioned problems had been fixed as of yesterday evening. Sorry for the wait.

The bug with the go to shop button should be fixed pretty easily, before the end of the week for sure.

We should had removed the charge orbs a long time ago. sweatdrop I will look into removing it form the login rewards also.

Expiration Time clocks seems to have been designed as a "distance from date" instead of a countdown.
aka the August (2019/08/31) timers are counting UP since that date

We were promised (a reply in ATS) an increase to egg drop rate in Miasmal Lake in Lake Kindred during the event once phase 3? of the event was released. Alot of us LK trainers feel we never got the increase for the event. Can we get an increase for all of em tonight for at least a week? (it'd be nice to see an increase to eyes too *wink*).

Looks like we didn't tweak it well enough. We will have another update this week where Miasmal Viperex will be added, and the drop rate will be adjusted up when we release the update.

Also curious if you'll ever bring back Cross-stitch. Tickets are great, but I'd love to see more community run contests again. They were so fun and a great accessible way to get custom stuff.

I know that the direct purchase page says that they will be released through outlets that already exist but that could mean RIGs being that outlet. I know a lot of users have bought and saved GC using actual money and don’t wanna feel like that spending was all a waste.

Yes (!?) In the past few weeks tickets have been available in Cloud 9, La Victoire and Direct — moving forward, it should be the same

What time do the tickets go into the shops? Every time I have been online I haven't seen a single ticket... Just curious for future reference.
Be on the lookout for tickets during big sales (Celestial Festival/Summer Sale, BFS, etc.), otherwise, tickets aren't guaranteed other times of the year.

Can we continue to see Kindred egg bundles brought to the CS Shop? (not Cloud 9 though since not everyone has access to it, please...) There was one bundle that was released this summer & all I can remember was it had watermelon slices on the pic. It had 5? eggs in the bundle. I missed out on it & wished it was brought back... These bundles give us a chance to catch all the kin we're missing from our collection. If you brought something like this, I'm sure people would be more inclined to snag more GC and spend it. wink

Of course! Bundles can always be brought back or just new ones can be made—we try and have each bundle have its own theme so kindred are bound to come back again.

We'd love to have more pop casts, but we currently don't have the staff to host more. Once we have more resources that will be one the things we bring back.

We definitely would like to do it, but we have a lot more time constraints + new responsibilities, so we probably won't have a popcast-esque style stream for a while. I think the closest thing we can currently offer is more of the music streaming we do + us chatting on the side. We still get to talk to you all and answer questions, but in that format, it's more at both your + our leisure.

During the Summer Sale, there was an announcement teasing the three 'styles' items. There's a Site Feedback thread about it. In short, neither the advertisement nor the sales schedule gave a clear indicator that these items were direct sell and many people purchased GC in preparation to only need RL currency to purchase. I have no complaints about direct sell, just the fact that there was nothing to clarify with the teaser, which left my pockets empty when the items did appear for such a short time frame.
I've yet to see anything addressed about this (please point in the right direction if I've missed it), and that is rather disappointing. I get it was a holiday weekend and you canceled last week's AtS, but nothing by now?

Moving forward we can clarify the method of the release within a teaser. If the team forgets, just let them know and they can fix any future announcements!

If this continues, could we possibly have an alchemy recipe that would enable us to exchange extra Miasmal Chiclexes* for Eye of Viperex or maybe a new Chiclex recolor?
*I have no idea what the plural of Chiclex is. Chiclexes? Chiclexi? Chicli? Is it just Chiclex in the same way that the plural of moose is moose?

Next week are you going to take the wing sticker out of the daily treat? Plenty of other users would actually straight up prefer the 500g on day 7 rather than the RIG or anything else, but I know there are some people who would be pissed to not get a RIG. rolleyes Every RIG I've tried has given me a 1p item, obviously the 500p is a better reward.

The stickers will be rotated out next week, just wanted to give a one last week for people playing catch up on the new area / seeing what was leftover from the event.
The mystery grab bag is a mystery for sure, inside are a mix of iems that were asked to not be taken out of rotation, all the way to newer things from 2017. Some of the CIs inside still contain some OG 03's and other random stuff, but of course if it's not your thing, its no biggie.

Is it my Imagination or did someone say some time back that there was a Possibility that Gaia would be able to Image Host .
You would never believe the misaree that it is just have pictures 3rd party hosted these days . I looked at my Profile earlier today to find the Images on my profile not only watermarked but now completely blurred and unseeable .
I found Imgur more than useable but the mount of Trolls , negative commenters and down voters make the site really annoying . Not that -5 really bothers me . But it seems if it's not a Pretty Flower or a picture of a cat they ai'nt interested .
I'm probably barking up the wrong tree but .
Also thanks for sorting out the Outfits finally . Did those Error Codes come in useful ?

Yes we're working on image hosting as we speak. The feature itself is easy to use, but there needs to be A LOT of moderation tools related to this, which takes a lot of time and effort. We do need to finish building out the Halloween event first but it's definitely coming.

There was recently a “fix” pushed for flash games to help with the connectivity issues. I am still getting the “can’t connect to servers” error, and have made several threads and PMs asking about this issue.
What is being done to help fix this, or has the cause of this problem even been found yet?
