 There had been a lot of her mind, but one things she knew she needed to do was talk to Graverobber. She had been avoiding doing so because she thought she could handle it herself. She assumed all would be well and maybe she could hide the impending issue that was going to quickly approach. They had adventured. Searching for those blue mushrooms and having no luck, but during that time something happened. Something they probably didn't expect and definitely something she was not banking on at all. She started to care deeply for him and started needing his company more then ever. They became rather close and parting after the adventure was over was the hardest thing she had ever had to do. She didn't know if she would ever see him again or if their time together was just something to be remembered.
That was until she began feeling something different. Something that let her know instinctively that things were about to change and that she was going to need his help. She couldn't handle this on her own and the least thing she wanted was to keep something like this from him. She wasn't weak and could do it by herself with no problem. That was never the issue. The issue was she wanted him in her life from here on out.
The problem was finding him. She didn't even know where to look and the more she traveled, the more exhausted she was getting. She sniffed the air for any signs of him and found none. Maybe she wasn't close enough to where he was? "Oh Grave where are you..." She said lightly as she rested by a small pond. She needed to take a moment to rest up. She didn't want to overdo it and lose something precious to her.

 Graverobber had been in a nasty mood for the past few weeks, irritation creeping up in his throat. The "medicine" wasn't working anymore, and he had upped his consumption. He had an inkling where his rare temper had come from, but there was nothing he could do about it. He had left her, and in doing so left the last spot he had seen her. He hadn't thought much of it at the time; plenty of wolves left him behind and he managed just fine. Living alone was neither new to him or particularly upsetting. And yet, he hadn't expected the strange and vast amount of regret to consume him shortly after.
He had visited the spot they met about three times, and none yielded results. What was it about her that had frustrated him so? How many guests had he seen off without a second thought? Yet, she was stuck in his head and his gut told him he had done something awful. He had lost something, and Graverobber turned to his numbing medicine in hopes of suffocating that nagging voice.
It hadn't worked. Oh, he felt physically numb alright, but that empty feeling he had once been able to fight off was all consuming. He was missing something, and Graverobber frankly wasn't equipped with the ability to understand what that might be. He had been alone for so long, it should have been the norm by now. Yet, as the medicine wore off and he felt control of his limbs return he still noted that hollow feeling. He was stuck, wasn't he?
And then he smelled it.
A familiar scent wafted through the forest. Graverobber kicked upright from his spot in his cave, ears pinning back. No, wrong, it couldn't be -- he had never told her where to find him. That, and she hadn't been heading in this direction back when they departed. Yet, he wasn't about to miss this chance. The lean and lanky wolf jolted onto his feet, padding towards the scent with a rare intent. He had, for once, somewhere to be.
He thought he heard something; a voice, perhaps? Maybe his name, even, although that was probably just the hope he felt bubbling in his chest. A foreign feeling, for sure. Still, he felt the need to respond, even if it was ridiculous.
"Hello? Is someone out there?"

She heard a voice. A voice she had been trying to push out of her mind, but no matter how much she tried there was no escaping how she felt for him. How much she needed him even now and there was nothing holding her back. She needed this more then ever. So she got up and walked towards the noise and felt a little too weak for this. She was tired, but she needed to see him. She needed to tell him this. The only problem was she didn't know how.
When he appeared before her, she stared for the longest time before walking over to him before resting herself on the ground near one of the big trees. She loved the forest. It was beautiful and peaceful to her. It was the perfect place to tell him this. "I didn't think I would be able to find you.." She said softly as she looked at the ground not sure of what to say at first. She had been thinking about this speech the entire time. Now she felt like her heart was in her throat and her mouth was dry. It was so easy to think about how come she couldn't just say it.
"How have you been..?" She asked as she slowly lifted her head up to meet his gaze. She missed him. They hadn't been apart for long, but she missed him so much. It was hard for her to be emotional. It was hard for her to really put herself out there. "Actually Grave...I went looking for you because there is something I really need to tell you.."
There was no stopping her now. She needed to tell him. She needed to do it now before she lost the courage to. "I..I..think I'm pregnant." She continued to look at him with worried eyes. She didn't want him to run away and didn't want him to freak out in a bad way. She needed his support because kids were the last thing she thought she would be having right now.
