Since (I believe it was said that) the animated poses for astras won't be picked back up, will it finally be possible to submit tickets to recolor those items?

I believe that depends on which Astra item it is, in general it is not possible as the graphics are all stored as flash graphics and not all artists have the flash tools to access them. Ultimately it depends on the artist on whether it can be recolored or not.

There was an error last week where when completed Phase II and "claimed" our reward, nothing was added to our inventories. The item still hasn't appeared. Could this please be looked into?

I just heard about this issue, and will run a script to grant everyone the missing items for phase 2. Sorry about that. sweatdrop

Just curious if the kin catch achievements are actually active? I've been at 7 caught for several days now and still have never seen a chance to claim the 4 kin achievement. With another way to get kins now it would be nice if those could be claimed :>

The achievement check should happen every time Lake Kindred is started. I will check right after ATS to make sure it's working right

Yes, the new area will be here to stay. It makes the most sense for us to keep the new area after the event, and leave the event prizes and achievements as the event-only elements.

I just want to thank you guys for doing an LK event. It really does mean a lot to the player base to see some new kin and have some new rigs. That being said some of the rigs seem to have items from other rigs in the game, is it possible to get a switch up on these items? Or maybe have some new drops from the rigs that are from other areas, like hell portals and what not.

Kinda annoying seeing the number keep increasing, even though I'm maxed out.

We are currently fixing issues with Catwalk, but once it's ready we will add more info on the feature inside the app. Sorry the feature itself is not very intuitive at the moment.

Edit: Open Newspaper, was a contest prize.
Apple Shot was an exclusive item granted to users who won something / having to do with a ticket and some generator. (Also a prize)
I actually remember On the Road just being a cash shop item that was sold with event prizes. That I think can just be rereleased like normal.
bummer on apple shot, but I'd be stoke to get any of them.
If things were contest prizes, if there anyway to have another contest similar, so we can get more into circulation, or at least open them for recolors?
I can ask around, I think that's more of an art team question definitely.

I'm super excited to see our new Sycamorte Seed variant, Eye of a Viperex. I was wondering: is this just going to have kin from the event or is it also going to include other things, like user kin recolors (except for Capture) and RIG exclusives?

We set things up mainly with the miasmal kins and event prizes, and the new boss does drop a new RIG called "Eye of Viperex". Do be on the look out for the Miasmal version of Viperex also.

Would you guys consider making this a more perm feature on the site? I would suggest maybe rotating other tickets into direct sales and keeping some tickets in the shop ever now and again to help get rid of some of the access of GC that's in the economy.

From what I know, the sale of tickets are limited by how quickly we can manage the ticket queue, so the sale of tickets will just be temporary. I do hope that we can get to a point where we can have it in the shop.

The list for Nicolae's needs to be really fixed up before their shop gets updates again! We had an update earlier in the year, but.. it was questionable and definitely needs polishing.

Last week it took until FRIDAY to be able to collect prizes, and the items STILL arn't in our inventory?!
People's checkmark systems are still broken for certain kin, which mysteriously have dissapeared from phase 1 altogether so they cant get the checkmark anymore.
Thank you for bringing back my achievements and granting the coloring contest one, though some users are still affected ?

What is the situation with autoplay on profiles? There was clearly a fix, but the videos are muted automatically.

There had been a couple of changes on Chrome and Firefox, and autoplay is prohibited unless the video is set on mute. It's unfortunate that this is out of our control. I guess enough people complained to Google about autoplay that they changed the requirement.

Adding levels past 100 that can't be gained through skill ups would be a really cool feature to have. You could even add rewards once people hit certain marks. It would be cool to see how high people get in LK! Maybe even have an achievement for people who hit 250, 500 and 1,000!

I know I'm not the only one out there, but for someone with almost 200 outfits
whether it be cosplays, OC's, etc, It's a nuisance trying to update each and
every one them, when we have to delete, go all the way back and resave.
So maybe a simple "Update Outfit" feature?
