- Kouji actually has a small bonsai tree he tends to. It was a promotion gift from Saya, as he had been wanting one since childhood but they are not native to Itomori and hard to come by.

Personality:
- Kouji was always a quiet child. Being the "baby" of the family, his siblings were aggressively protective of him. Kouji is still quiet, but nurtured by his siblings, he grew to speak up when he needed to and demands respect where it is earned. He wants to keep Itomori peaceful as Saya has done for the past two decades.
Bio:
- Kouji is the youngest son of the current Morimoto generation. He was born 3 years before Saya took the throne from their mother. Doted upon by his older siblings, he was never alone in his childhood despite losing his mother at such a young age. He learned many things from his siblings. How to appreciate the beauty of nature, a love for historical books, how the mistakes of the past can be used to better the future. Kouji wanted to help his sister Saya keep her peaceful rule of Itomori, even as others looked down on her for her necromancy.
Kouji was appointed to the position of Admiral at the age of 18, breaking the typical tradition of the position going to the eldest Morimoto male. At first, many thought it was a display of favouritism from the Queen, but Kouji soon proved himself to most how capable he was in his position. He still faces adversity from some who see him as a child still, but it is mostly dogs barking up a tree at a squirrel they don't realize is long gone from that tree.
Kouji's first battle encounter was at the age of 19, a year after his appointment to Admiral. A group of rebellious Beastmen rose up with the intent of overthrowing Queen Saya. Her Necromancy unnerved many, and the raised body of the former Lycan Alpha enraged a lot of those who respected the wolf pack. It had been a planned attack, and was the only time in recent history that Beastmen blood had been shed on their own land. Many of the rebels feel, but so did many of the castle's guards and soldiers. It is a scar in Itomori's history and is not remembered fondly.

Cold (much like many reptiles, Kouji can't maintain his body heat in cold environments, thus making him slow and weak)
Abilities:
- On Guard! Kouji is particularly skilled in the sword fighting style of fencing, as its primary form is self-defense yet still designed to kill when utilized in combat. While it is a fairly western style of fighting, Kouji was captivated by it when seeing some sportsmen use it for show.
- Regeneration As a Reptilian Beastman, Kouji is able to regrow severed limbs or cleanly heal deep, non-mortal wounds. His healing is not quickened, only his ability to regrow severed limbs. Cauterized wounds will also prove to be impossible to cleanly heal or regrow.
