On the border between Konan and Kutou, near the fork of the Shouryuu and Hijiri Rivers lies Seisen Village. Now a vast fishing village, Seisen is much larger than it was many years ago. Boasting a population of five hundred people, it is constantly getting more members due to the supply of water, which is higher than that around it.

Sun Li awoke from another night of sleeping outside, and he was thankful to still be in one piece and alive another day. The muscular man stood up and stretched, since his woodland home next to the Hijiri River wasn't the easiest on his back. He straightened out his tattered green clothes and began his morning Tai Chi exercises.
After his thirty-minute workout, the wanderer walked toward the river to wash up and get a drink. He unbound his long, black hair and stripped of his shirt before he noticed a man, who was dressed strangely, leaning against a tree. He frowned a bit, Sun Li wasn't very fond of strangers, and observed him for a few moments. He was glad he hadn't stripped completely down since his birthmark would have been exposed. Well... only if he attacked me... His bright green eyes ran over the strange man, but Sun Li didn't say anything... it just wasn't his way.

Kyo could feel the presence of another person. He slowly opens his eyes and stands up. He looks the strange man over carefully. He hasn't seen him before, but did not feel threatened by him. He flipped his hood backwards and let his long white hair flow in the wind. His eyes were dark red and blood shot. He hadn't slept well in a few days and didn't want to be bothered by a nobody.

Sun Li frowned at the man's appreance. This man... he is strange, not just his clothes, but his eyes and hair as well. He felt the hair stand up on the back of his neck. He pulled his shirt on, to his shoulders, but left it open. He tucked his hair tie in his pants pocket and started away. This is not my affair, if he wishes to glower at me, he can do so to my back.

Kyo decided to see what this man was made up of. He shot his left eye at him and a small jolt of lightning flys out of the cornor of his eye and at the man's back. Dodge it, I know you can. He doesn't move or draw a weapon, but waits to see what happens.

The tingling on Sun Li's neck got worse, and he knew there was danger. He turned and stepped closer to the river, just in time for the lightning bolt to fly harmlessly past. The warrior went into fighting stance, ready for the fight he figured was coming. What is up with this guy? He let out a breath and began to focus his Chi, hoping it would give him an edge if he did have to fight.

Kyo smirked when he took a stance. I really need a good fight. The weaklings from the town can't even give me a bead of sweat. Kyo throws his cloak over the branch of a tree and holds out his right hand and a monk's spade materializes in hand. "You ready to rock?"

"I don't know what a stone has to do with fighting, but you attacked me, and I will defend myself." He felt his mark warm up as his chi was building up. He hair was stirred by a faint breeze, and he sincerely hoped it wouldn't impede his prowess. He put a determined look on his face, and waited for the strange man to come to him.

Kyo turned and faced his opponent completly. He gave his weapon a small spin and stopped it when it was horizontally. The two blade slowly began to shake and eventually they flew off of the end of the shaft. The blades began to fly around and shot at the stranger's back and left leg.

Sun Li jumped to the side, rolling to his feet. He was poor, he had no weapons other then his fists. I'll just have to out dance him then. He ran for the man, with his chi charged up he was quite fast. "I have no sword," he said in a deep, menacing voice, "Stop with your magic tricks and fight me fairly." He came up close and pulled his arm back to punch.

Kyo smirked as the blades runed and flew at him once again. "Thats not my problem. I risk my life for money for food. I sleep in a barn most of the time. Oh and it's not magic I was born with this power so I am fighting fair." His voice is deep and raspy. He brings the shaft of the weapon up spinning to block the punch.

Sun Li cursed as his knuckles busted against the sword. I'm really in trouble, aren't I? He thought to himself. He jumped up, twisting in the air to land behind the white haired man, his stunt aided by his accumulated power. He kicked out, trying to knock the man from his feet.

Kyo slammed the shaft of the monk's spade down into the ground and used it to flip foward over the blades that were now flying at him. He lands behind the blades a watches as they shatter into many different shards. The shards are razor shard and begin to circle around him. "I hope you have fun trying to escape from this."

Sun Li frowned deepily, "You must be evil to just attack without provocation. I did nothing to you!" His body began to give of a faint red glow. He got cut by the first of the shards, a deep red line grew on his cheek. Then one on his arm, cutting deep, then on his hip. The cut on his hip wasn't too bad, so only a bright, red light could be seen though the hole. The glow around his body brightened, and a force blew out from his body, forcing the shards away.
