We had been expanding the functionality of the quest system, which might had introduced some bugs. We will look into it and have it fixed very soon. Your quest status should not be affected.

We can add a feature to give a notification when selling items at marketplace or trading items. It will be added to the feature request list.

That is a tricky one because the move function handles both item position and item location at the same time. We will need to do a lot of work in order to decouple those two aspects of item moving. We will add that to the to-do list but this might not get done in a timely manner. Sorry.

Why is an artist who blatantly plagiarized from another avatar site and traced items still employed here? They admitted to the wrongdoing and should not be allowed to continue making items, especially if those items are either being sold or used as user ticket items. A regular member would be banned for that kind of art theft, the rules should apply to staff also.

Please do not spread and perpetuate false and harmful rumors. The artist has been spoken to about the similarity in designs and the situation has been handled internally. Rest assured that it won’t happen again.
There is nothing false about it and it is no rumour. The artist admitted to it in the thread. The items were LINE BY LINE identical, not just in concept. There were others posted that were either common anime trope designs or very similar but not line by line as well. Those I'm willing to give a pass on. However these were items designed and drawn by another artist and the Gaia artist traced them. They were then sold for Gaia's profit. There is no false statement here. The thread in question That you yourself posted in. The matter clearly has not been solved as the artist is still employed by GaiaOnline. Staff are not above the rules and tracing art for sale is a bannable offense. Thus it should be a fireable one as well.
Tracing art is a serious and, in this case, false accusation. Using reference is not the same thing as tracing. This was handled months ago and we will not be responding to comments or questions on the matter anymore - as it has reached a level that is borderline harassment.

It is possible! But it would probably require a lot of time and manual work to do. I'll see if we can think of a good way to implement this!

Wondering if you guys have figured out a way for us to use some type of GC card again? I heard a rumor you wanted to keep it strictly "direct pay" for giftcards and the likes and that's very worrisome...
Without giftcards people just can't buy anything lately from the CS and those hoarding them are buying all the items and selling them at insane rates.
Also those of us who were in collabs (I realize not recognized by gaia) now can't back out or get our GC back because there's no way to gift GC currently..Personally, I'm really upset by this since I was trying to back out of a couple collabs and now I'm stuck because they have my GC and there's no way to get it back to me. I know I'm not the only one.
Please think of a way that the users who don't pay as much anymore can still benefit from GC features and items. Right now a lot of people are upset and unable to do much.

Unfortunately it's almost always impossible to make an item work with a cutter retroactively. In some rare cases we can alter layering, but more often than not we would have to edit and recut the sprites for the item + and it's recolors. Sadly it's just not feasible.

Earlier today, I went to check out Narwheel and the wheel was over half empty — there were many slots that did not show an item on it. I thought it was just a loading problem, so I used 250GC to spin the wheel. It landed on a blank slot, the wheel said something to the effect of "nice spin!" and ... I received nothing. At first I was upset, but then I thought "maybe because it has so many nice items, it’s supposed to be high risk high reward?"
Just logged back on a bit ago and checked Narwheel again — now all the slots are filled. What happened? Was I supposed to win at least something with my 250GC spin? I wish I had taken screenshots, but unfortunately I didn’t think to do that at the time.

I just checked and you have not been charged for a Narwheel spin since 07/29 22:08:04 at which time you received a Blush of Youth.

There should be no blank slots in Narwheel as all slots should grant an item. If you can let us know the date which this happen we can check and find out if it's a graphical error and if you did receive an item or not.

My Gaia friend ensomare has been having a wobbly profile problem ! . Her profile can either not be entered by herself or I , or it does work but it's Very slow . On the very rare occasion it has loaded normaly ?
She gets a 504 Error come up

Assuming your friend's profile is (this one), I don't have any trouble accessing it. There could be issues with multiple videos being loaded but that needs more debugging. Please open up the "developer console" on your browser, hit the "network" tab and let us know what errors you see, any files not found errors or any URL that takes a long time to load.
504 errors usually means one provider cannot access the destination. That could be caused by routing issues, firewall issues where some sites are blocked, or if the Gaia load balancer or firewall has problems. Knowing which particular file or URL encounter this problem is helpful also.

With smaller inventory that's easy to do, though many members have large inventories exceeding 50 thousand items, which makes sorting a lot tougher with our current system. I will look into releasing the market price sorting tool soon, for those with smaller inventory size.

I may be the only person left who cares, but I genuinely would love to know if the layer glitch on Beary Obsessive will ever be resolved? Nothing layers under the overalls, and I have so many cute outfits I'd like to use with that pose. I've made a report of it merely days after the item was initially released, and a repost in hopes it didn't get buried under other minor glitches.
It is one of my most beloved items, so much so, I paid for it with IRL money and got 6 copies. I know that things are backed up because you guys are understaffed, but I think resolving glitches is an integral part of the community who invests in the items, to at the bare minimum have the very items we paid for in working condition.

Whenever we get a survey asking us about how we feel on a matter, I just see it as you guys are already gonna do it regardless. I understand why Gaia would benefit financially from directly selling tickets through PayPal and credit cards but I’m gonna say that you will lose a lot of customers because people will no longer be able to do collaborations. If you look at the list of items on user RIG days you can see the velocity of how many users cannot sustain it on their own.
I just wanted to say that if this is to happen, which if Gaia is taking the time to ask it means it’s already in the works, I hope that Gaia really focus on the backed up queues before making this direct buying thing the new ticket process.

I'd like to add onto this topic by asking too why do only some people get the surveys?? I know random selection is a thing but..I have submitted a lot of tickets and still am submitting and I didn't directly get this survey. I think that's very upsetting and a bit unfair. You should want everyone's opinion right?
Also I agree that setlling tickets directly, unless a lot of changes are made to prices and que times, would drive a looot of people off. I think this is a bad idea and the fact Gaia is moving to mostly direct cash sales is very worrying.
The survey was sent to those who purchased and/or submitted specific ticket types during a certain timeframe. There will be more surveys to come!

We tried implementing a box system but it turned out to be too slow to work right. We will find another way to way to quickly manage items.
