Yeah, happened earlier. A maniac set the studio ablaze. This was the birthplace of anime like K-on: a place that inspired and still inspires many.
But, the true tragedy is that people died because of this, people who worked there. My heart goes out to their families. I hope Gaia does some tribute or works to give the gofundme some exposure.
Sentai Filmworks in Texas started a GoFundMe to help them and all the families of those injured and lost recover. It's already gained over a million to help.

I'm happy that SentaiFilmworks and so many more are stepping in to help, but at the same time... I know that the people lost today can never be replaced.
