She wasn't lost, she'd actually purposefully gone in to the cave to investigate the light in more detail.
What had initially been a happy accident on an evening stroll had turned in to something much more interesting. In the beginning she had taken refuge during a particularly bad shower, she'd spent the majority of the evening playing on her phone...and then it had unceremoniously died. It had been then that she had discovered that she wasn't 'alone' - no sooner had she been plunged into dreary darkness than a faint glow had come from inside the cave.
Curiosity had piqued at that stage but she had known better than to explore without a means to get help and as such she had returned home that evening.
Thus it was tonight, the very next evening, that she had chosen to come back and now armed with a fully charged phone and dressed in more appropriate powered attire. It hadn't taken her long to meander through several of the tunnels, hanging left away from the lake as she moved deeper and finally came across the entities that possessed the light in question.
"Now what are you?" she murmured softly as she lowered herself to inspect a caterpillar. Between these peculiar mites and the fireflies that were keen to electrocute her, she was beginning to suspect that there were one or two things amiss with the last few weeks...even if she couldn't put her finger on what it was just yet.
Alas, while alone for now, this didn't necessarily mean that circumstances couldn't change... particularly for a senshi who still didn't understand the importance of being aware of her surroundings!
