Destiny City is passing out 'Wishmaker' Buttons; there are many local charities that have set up booths. If you have a passion for change, all you have to do is keep your eyes peeled and you're guaranteed to find someone raising money for a cause near to your heart. In return for donations, a character will receive a 'Wishmaker' button. There doesn't seem to be anything particularly magical about the button--but the moment it's attached to your shirt things suddenly take a turn for the best. You notice, for the rest of the day, everything seems to be going your way. You might not win the lottery, but maybe you got a call you were waiting for, an opportunity fell in your lap, or maybe things just seem to finally be lining up. The magic only lasts for one day, so you'd better make the best of it!

When she had heard of the wish maker buttons, Vivi wanted to be every part of that, it would go along way in helping her make connections, and showing her compassion to the world at large after all.SO with a bit of money, she set out, looking and shopping till she finally found a donation booth also offering the wishmaker buttons. After handing them the twenty she had set aside just for this, Vivi eagerly put the button on. Now, this didn't stop her from helping of course, she continued to help by donating a bit to the foodbank, helping a young homeless, nonverbal man find a shelter for the night, and read for an hour or so to underprivileged kids at the library, before finally calling it a day around three or so.

She felt alot better after helping so many people, and had even learned a bit about what had landed them there, which, in this cities case, was blamed almost entirely on the white dressed punks or the black dressed punks, and sometimes both. She said nothing in those moments, because she knew they were likely right. She was getting ready to go in when she recieved a call, it was from her dad. "Dad? What's wrong? I just got to the door." As she said that her parents and sister emerged, clearly dressed up to go out. "Oh Viv, good timing, we were about to go out for the afternoon, have a family day. Interested?" He asked, to which a shocked Vivi had exclaimed. "Yes!" She rarely got to spend time with her family anymore, and had really come to miss it.

Her luck didn't end there though, as , while the family was out, Viviane was stopped by an official from one of the news stations, recognizing her face from a blog article about her research into the white and black orders that had been around for years, and had wanted to know if shed be interested in doing an interview sometime soon. she managed to stammer through a yes, god yes she'd love to, before excitedly hugging her parents, and, not that she noticed it then, frowning in confusion sister. Could her day get better!?

Apparently it could, since they went to her favorite restaurant to celebrate, and she accidentally got two orders of her favorite mousse dessert, the second being on the house for the error.

And after still, she and Abby talked that night like they used too, Vivi allowing herself to be mixed up in Abby's overactive imagination, still failing to notice how some things hit too close to the current magic situation she'd find herself in occasionally, and afterwards, she was perfectly clear to patrol without a single inquiry to where she was going. The whole time, until she rubbed a hand against it, she had forgotten she was wearing the wishmaker button. She smiled, walking along the streets and occasionally drawing on a surface, watching the glowing words sparkle in the night. She really did have her own lucky day.
