Megara was always born a wild child. Her parents sometimes would lose control over her. She was usually running around with the boys and causing a little havoc. Every now and then she would get bullied by the other girls. It was mainly for spending so much time with the boys. Taking attention from the boys the girls wanted to get close with. This would result in one of two things. One way was her nights spent crying herself to sleep. Second was getting in trouble with teachers or even the principal during school days. But her father would always reassure her and try convincing her to better her behavior. She would honestly try, but she just wanted to have fun.
As she got a little older, she realized that maybe everyone was right. She was a little too rowdy for her own good. Meg tamed down her behavior, but because of how she used to be, she was alone. All of the girls were still mad at her. All of the guys distanced themselves, deeming her as "boring". It upset her for a while. Instead of weeping, she focused her attention to academics. She found a love for music. After a bit of convincing, her parents enrolled her in a few different music classes. She partook in violin and singing lessons. Megara spent most of her time focusing on school and her music. Which didn't give her that much time to make. That was a sacrifice she was willing to make. No one really wanted to spend time with her for either a grudge or disinterest. It was a lonely life. But she had music to fill the void.
In her teenage years, she began making friends. It was girls outside of the click who grew up jealous. Why they still held that against her all these years? That was for them to continue and for her to ignore. But, as time went on, it turned out these friends weren't that good for her. Her academics went down and eventually her school expelled her. It was for multiple reasons: Absence; Bullying and bringing weapons onto school grounds. Even during all of this, she still had one thing she would never gamble away. That was her music, it was one thing that stayed true to her. It was there for her through thick and thin. Though on the other end of this, her parents were super disappointed in her. To the point where she was old enough, they disowned her. She used her music and her voice to earn money on the streets. Which happened in between living with friend to friend. Eventually, she got enough attention where she was offered a gig. Granted she had no idea how that went down, but she was game. She was introduced to the other band members they recruited. Thankfully, they all got along pretty well.
They hung out for a while. Taking the time to get to know one another. Seemed they all came from similar backgrounds. When it came to show time, it was as if they had known each other for years. The energy from the group just made everything work seamlessly. Though one band member in particular, she got along with more than the others. It was the drummer who went by the name of Ace. But his real name was Aiden. The two hit it off pretty well. Eventually the two began dating and it was a really happy time for her. Between each other and their shows, everything seemed perfect. During their down time, Aiden introduced her to the ways of black magic. This greatly peeked her interest but he gave himself limitations. Behind his back, she would look into darker magic. Practicing it when no one was around and getting much better at it. Their band got popular enough to go on tours. The group was also given VIP for parties. But, Aiden's jealousy got to be too much. Megara got a lot of attention from fan boys. He broke up with her but remained to work with her for the band's sake. It hurt her greatly, but she would keep that behind closed doors. Though one party in particular would be her last. Someone had slipped something into her drink. Her vision began to blur as she stumbled to a nearby alley way. Bursting through the door, she collapsed.
Everything went black then she opened her eyes. The area around her was something like she'd seen in story books. Megara had ended up in the Underworld. Before her stood a tall, brooding man. He introduced himself as Hades, Lord of the Underworld. It was when he introduced himself that she came to the realization that she had died. Instead of keeping her there, he gave her a proposition. In exchange to give her her life back, she would give him daily sacrifices. With a bit of hesitation, she eventually agreed. To mark their partnership, a circle was embedded under her skin on her right wrist. A constant reminder of her job. Her eyes quickly opened as she found herself laying on her back. Meg's band members surrounded her with worried expressions. Now she lures fans as victims. Using her knowledge of black magic, she uses it to sacrifice those victims to Hades. It was the only way for her to remain alive.
