The Rumble Arena as it's so aptly named is located in Arashigakure's Thundering District. Often people in the stands will gamble on potential victors as is the tradition. Mud Wrestling, Bare knuckle brawl, even the ever popular Swimsuit Jello Spectacular along with other special events are all typically held here to test one's prowess. The Stands are protected via a multi-layered self-repairing Fuuin barrier thus allowing those in the arena to have at it no arms bared. The arena itself is also self-repairing and as sturdy as they come. Stage Hazards can occasionally appear via cleverly placed fuuin by the arena staff and owners. Those owners happen to refrain from using their real names and refer to themselves as White Lightning and Thundering Red. If one aims to be a Gladiator this is where one would start. Friendly bouts can be made and reserved on occassion. The 'Out of Bounds' areas can be replaced with flames, what seems like a bottomless void or filled with water to add extra intensity. The Rumble Arena Steel Cage match is one of the more popular events where a large spined metal cage is placed over the competitors. These cages all unique in that some will seal the abilities of the competitors inside following the same techniques used for producing the Core Compounds Prison cells. Is it legal? Who knows! Is it a good time? Usually for everyone but the ones getting beaten to hell and back!

Officer Kanzaki approached the Arena, it was most definitely not somewhere he often fancied but he was not opposed to the gladiator style combat systems. News had spread quickly to him that the Legendary Lightning Blades Kiba were potential rewards for this tournament. Naturally, Kojiro's affinity to lightning and his Hatake clan specialty drew him to such a fine pairing of elemental weapons. The man found himself staring down at a booth with two men standing at it's forefront, collecting entry tickets. As Kojiro reached the front of this line he would readily apply for the White Lightning Bracket. With such prestigious prizes, he was sure to have some mighty foe. Having thrown his hat into the tournament, Kojiro would leave the arena to continue with his current assignment, there would be plenty of time later to enjoy this fight.

In the deflecting stance, the user can deflect a technique of their body rank or lower once every three posts for no activation, still requiring the stamina/chakra cost paid. β’ Move as Water | Rank A | Training Description: The user has dealt with so many situations being outnumbered that their ability to move in tight and confined spaces is greatly increased. The userβs blade work is tighter, relying on their body and footwork to generate force. The userβs footwork is so fluid that they are able to turn on a dime, making a combination of strikes go into multiple directions without interrupting the combination. Techniques that target multiple opponents may now have additional reserves paid in order to strengthen the effectiveness of the individual attack to the next highest rank.These can be paid individually, not requiring chakra or stamina to be paid for every split technique. β’ Illusion Dancing | Rank E | Training After countless hours of practicing skills that utilize chakra pathways, the user is capable of leaving after images of themselves at the turning points of each pathway for an E rank amount of chakra during the execution of the technique. β’ May Wind, October Rain | Rank E | Training Focusing on their opponent's breathing, the user is able to detect abnormalities in their breathing patterns, indicating an offensive movement. Once every three posts, the user is able to defend against an offensive activation without utilizing an activation. This skill requires no chakra or activation. β’ Blessed Rain | Rank C | Training The user's informed of the incoming costs of what is to come, and as such, must practice their chakra control through controlled bursts from various parts of their body. Chakra cost for complex and spiritual bukijutsu techniques reduced by five. β’ Insight Rain | Rank B | Training The user will practice extending themselves into the atmosphere, in a sense. After much dedication, the user develops the ability to sense hostile intent within the topic they are in. Those of Sensory Class are able to detect the specific source and the extent of the hostility. β’ Heavy Punch | Rank E | Training The basis of the style, punch hard, punch first. The user is able to spend stamina in order to increase the strength of their punches for no activation. Personal Attributes β’ Chidori Specialist | Grants [3] custom techniques to be used as variants of Chidori, these custom jutsu are considered a Chidori Variant. The user may also apply clan Augment techniques to Chidori, Chidori Variant and Raikiri Jutsu. In addition, the user's chidori techniques bypass all armor entirely. Raikiri is considered a Chidori Variant technique. Only techniques with the name [Chidori] or [Raikiri] are effected by this PA. β’ Hatake Fury | Bloodline and Raiton techniques have their chakra cost reduced by five per rank of the technique and gain an additional 4 Ninjutsu slots for raiton techniques. Additionally, the Hatake can now use their Raiton based techniques with single handed seals. β’ Sonic Boom | Lightning based techniques used by the Hatake are granted a concussive blast in the form of a sonic boom upon impact. This concussive blast has a range of five feet per rank of the parent technique. Those within the area of the blast have a knock-back effect applied if their body rank is lower than the parent technique. In addition, deafness is applied upon impact for two posts. β’ Elected Official | Kojiro gains 1.5 ryo for missions and jobs completed.
Discipline & Cross Class Abilities β’ Ninjutsu Specialist [ Ninjutsu ] | The user's ninjutsu gains the ability to overwhelm ninjutsu of the same rank. The overwhelming trait only applies to a single element at D rank, increasing to two at B rank and three at S rank regardless of the number of elements the ninja has. Your ninjutsu are not mirrored per element, but you gain an additional 3 Ninjutsu per rank up. Also allows for one handed seals. {The Overwhelming Trait does not apply to anything above S} β’ Mystic Hero [ Bukijutsu ] | The user has become adept at blending their ninjutsu and bukijutsu. The user is able to cast ninjutsu from their weapon without the use of hand signs by simply pointing the tip or blade in the direction desired to launch the technique. This requires the same amount of time as the forming of hand signs to cast ninjutsu. They are also able to Korabo 1 ninjutsu and 1 bukijutsu at their body rank and below for a single activation every 3 posts. The user also gains an additional 3 ninjutsu slots each body rank. β’ Ninjutsu-Bukijutsu | Allows the user to gain +2 ninjutsu per rank. Allows one to convert granted Ninjutsu slots into Bukijutsu styles at a 10/1 ratio.

Jeha arrives at the arena, she just like before is enjoying her walk to it as well. This to her is the place where she shall test her experience as a shinobi and she can feel her warrior blood boil with excitement just by seeing the Arena. All the training she has done is for this tournament in a way, though its more broad term of dealing with any problems the village may ask to be taken care of. She gets up to the entrance of the arena with a couple of booths, each one a certain length and height with shinobi already stationed ready to accept any receivers. She heads towards the Red Thunder Bracket booth, and with some conversation along with hand writing on a application, she joined the Red Thunder Bracket. Jeha can feel herself smiling about it as she wonders about the kind of opponents she may face or if very possible, she gets up in one of the top three places in the tournament. Perhaps at that point, she might get recognized further by the Kage or even by other shinobi.

Hajime had led the Hoshigaki-Oni to the Arena, he had to admit she was hecking cute. But more important things were on his mind, like the Kiba blades and signing up for the coming tournament. The young man had a cigarette in the corner of his mouth as he turned and pointed. "This is where ya sign up for the bout! I hope you can fight, cause ya look strong. I hate to cut this off so short but I wanna catch a part of today's festivities at the festival! So I'll see ya, yeah?" He stared right into Jeha's eyes and smiles warmly, before turning and quick stepping it to the sign up sheet and filling out his information before, he took to the sky, ninja running across rooftops towards the Ten District!

Sure, it was a little late to the party, but Shion wouldnt miss the chance to put her name into the ring for a chance at kicking everyone's a**. This is a short post because she's just going to wait here till it starts.

He just seemed to slowly rise on up in a perfect standing position. When the board clerkswoman saw the man she fumbeled to attention and pretended to look busy. "A...Arashikage dono! E...everythings fine! Yup nothing going on here! D..Did you need something?" Toso would look at the roster, it was still rather small and lacking in big names. A rub of his chin before pointing to the document. "This is where I sign yes?" "Y..YOU'RE GOING TO COMPETE?" He'd look at the girl to inquire with an innocent tone cocking his head. "Is there something wrong with that bloop?" "NO!...NO! OF course not!" Toso would then sign the entry form. It seemed only natural to participate in an event you orchestrated now wasn't it? Several people in the waiting hall suddenly started to look like they were having doubts about their strength.

Looking like she did five years ago, Selina approached the rumble arena. The tournament for the kiba fangs was announced over the speakers, and she felt motivated to participate. It wasn't like she wanted the weapons, so much as she felt it was her duty to become involved with the events of the village. After all, she was an adviser to Toso, and she doubted that such a busy man would get involved with the event. It was for that reason that she decided to go in his place and sign her name. When Selina saw Kojiro's name she smiled at the possibility of fighting her dear friend. She was afraid of facing off against Shion, but she doubted that her luck would be that bad.
