We have just renewed our annual Zendesk subscription and Zendesk should be back this week. Tomorrow we hope to announce an alternate way to submit Billing tickets to get them resolved until the Help Desk returns.

We will work on the paw search issue. Hopefully it’ll be fixed before Friday.

Would that be newest as in release date or newest in date when item is added to inventory? It will be easy to add a filter by release date, but a little more work for date of acquisition.

Museums
Recently, after the day of no cost last...week?, the big museum listing recently kinda busted?
All museums from before 03 31 19 are now showing as empty, but I believe they must still be somewhere in the system since avatars in favorites for all those museums are still active. And that also leads me to believe that something got switched unintentionally when the no cost was being fixed.
I'm just curious if we'll ever be able to see those museums again or not?

Whoops, we changed a few things on the database to widen the support for other Runways and that probably broke the museum. We will have it fixed later today.

What happened to thread promotions? On one of my threads, I used 100gc to promote it,
but recently it disappeared. It has happened to all threads that were promo'd as well.

Will you allow us to buy more Marketplace item slots for our stores? I open hundreds of RIG's each month and 50 spots just isn't cutting it. It would make a great goldsink as well, I'm not the only person with this problem. sweatdrop This might also help with the supply problem.

Sure we can look into an upgrade path. First I'll need to make sure that it won't break the UI screens.

Hi there,
Nope, all tickets that had been previously submitted and any responses are saved and as soon as it comes back online you will be able to access your tickets.

Would you be able to increase the game item stack limit in the trades/MP from 99,999 to something much higher? It makes it a pain to have to send 10 stacks of 99,999 for 1 million of a single game item. :c

We'll need to do some checking before upping the limit, both UI and backend database need to be configured to support higher limits and we can raise that to 1M.

Is there any update on fixing the games (slots, cards, etc) and Towns 1? No one can access them and no one can purchase anything from prize and joy.
If not, will prize and joy be converted into Gaia gold system like the other stores?

Please let me know what kind of issues you are seeing with games such as Slots and Cards. The server should be working properly. Do you have any trouble with Towns 2 or zOMG?
I'll look into Prize and Joy and make sure purchases are working properly.

Zendesk will be back very soon. We have a backup ticketing system ready in case this happens again. Sorry for the wait.

Can Flynn's Plunder please be used more like it used to? Bidding is a very fun and exciting feature on Gaia, and it is hardly used anymore. In addition, it may also help with the market value and sinking gold.

Uh-oh, I think the music for Barton Sewers and Ghostpocalypse doesn't play! There's a typo regarding the filenames for the soundfiles that is encoded in the mapconfig.xml, hence, why they don't load because the reference is wrong. bartonsewer.aem should be named as "bartonsewers.aem" (with an s) and ghostpocalypse_the_call.flv should be name as "ghostapocalypse_the_call.flv" (with an "a"). Silly little error, but oh, it needs fixing as much as well.
TRAIN-STATION COMEBACK (MOBS AND PLAYER LIMIT)
The idea of having random enemies inside from different areas is nice. Higher levels who played DMS should get DMS monsters like NF and BD. Will people enter the area as a crew later on?

Not every Area Scripts was released (Only for Barton Town, Village Greens and Bills Ranch) and I was wondering if every Area Scripts could be uploaded ? As well as for Rings and Player Stats and User Interface scripts?
It would be nice to make all of zOMG's code open-source and free for all now and release them for viewing for all Gaians to see? Thanks! It would be helpful for finding out and understanding zOMG more! whee

The 2 music files had just been fixed. Thanks to Valen for providing the backup!
I have not decided on whether it should be public or crew access for the train stage yet, will be asking more people for feedback.
The source code still need to be sorted but will be uploaded soon.

Right now most arm mods aren't compatible with elf or zombie skins, and none of the muscle mods feature Alruna shades or compatibility with body dyes. Archer can be used with Alruna a, but..any chance you can improve backwards compatibility here?

It's mainly because of legacy. System was created back in 2005 and migrating everything over takes a lot of time, and we have to balance between doing that or working on major features.

The current report system built into Gaia automatically provides information that we use to process the reports. Zendesk doesn't have that capability natively and it would be prohibitively time and money intensive currently to get it to replicate the same functions.

A user had asked on a previous AtS about the Gaia Anniversary Sashes. I had no idea that they were soulbound or given at February during anniversary. (No wonder there were never listings for the item!)
I'd like to know what I and other users can do to get one of those coveted sashes. I joined September of 2009 and always felt kind of left out during anniversary seeing so many people with the sashes; I want to be able to represent my year, and I'm sure others would, too! Not sure if the sashes are available for re release via Mecha Neko or Rococo or anything...

Marketplace has this issue with bidding where if you have two users bidding on the same item, one using platinum and the other using gold. Plat user bids 4K plat the gold user can bid just under that amount in gold and it still reads as 4K plat overriding the plat users bid. Can something be done about this?

Once I get the chance we will be moving to a Platinum only system, which should make this a non-issue moving forward.
