She knows that it was possible for her to not be alive today, which is why she tries to make each hour count. So when a pleasant, or sometimes unpleasant occurence happens, she appreciates it. By no means is she an blind optimist. Sure, Victoria can be seen in a good mood but she doesn't rub that in people's faces. The Otaku can hum a merry little tune to herself but that is put on pause when meeting others. Though the girl does greet people with a soft expression. The Otaku wonders what kind of interaction will come out of meeting the current and next person. Life is full of gifts and she wants to savor each one.
Sometimes her head can be in the clouds because she is thinking back on something fondly or is trying to solve a problem. It kinds of makes her act and look like a air head as people try to talk to her. She means no ill will and will apologize for her rudeness. Victoria doesn't usually harbor bad thoughts about people since she can peer into people's history due to her peculiarity. She understands that there is a reason why people are the way they are. That insight has helped her understand people better than most. Though the woman doesn't dare to abuse it! By no means would she ever dare to sell that information to someone, at least not willingly.
Not quite the intorvert but neither an extrovert. Victoria has found herself to lie inbetween or have a mix of both personalities. She is friendly but not outgoing with a stranger, meaning she can't just pop right next to an unknown and chat them up. You'd have to be the one to approach her unless Victoria sees something in your profile that entices her to approach you. She doesn't stay shut in her home all day. Victoria prefers calling over texts anytime of the day (unless someone texts back that they can't take a call). Otaku strongly believes that if you can say it over a text then you can say it over a call. Though she understands if someone else is comfortable with just texting. xxxxxxPECULIARITYx﹗x xxxxxxxxx█ Status Reading [Living Only] To provide some explanation to this power, here goes my attempt. The user is able to peer into the information of anyone they look at. Meaning they can their name, health, likes, dislikes, etc. (pretty much what is written on their profile with the exception of their history at first glance). Should Victoria physically touch the living organism then she can peer deeper into someone's status. She could see their history, the things they don't want others to know, and other matters.
Here are some examples: Victoria can see what the name the person is born with, their alias, nicknames (along with who called them those alias if she has met them). She is able to see their age, their peculiarity's name and function, likes, dislikes. Victoria can see their health status, energy levels, and such (kind of like how you might see in a video game).
If she gets closer, she could potentially see how much money is in their banking account too.
The information she sees is not affected by what is legally written down. Meaning, if someone has legally changed their name to something else (or illegally), it would fall under the "Nickname" tab.

Some Notes ✘ Please keep in mind that Victoria is your run of the mill individual. Meaning, that she doesn't have a photographic memory where she can instantly remember all the information she reads/sees on someone's profile. There are certain aspects that will catch her attention compared to others. Although she can jot down the information in a book, she cannot just close her eyes and relive the memory. Should Otaku want to revisit the memory again then she will need to do it while the particular person is in her sights. ✘ Just like with any typical individual, time is required to read all the information. It isn't as if the info is glued onto her retina the moment she lays eyes on it. If someone goes outside her field of vision while attempting to read it, that information doesn't linger for her to read at her leisure. That box of information either lingers above people's head (at a certain distance) or is right next to them (when the individual is communicating with Victoria). ✘ Her vision can be hindered with all the pop-up windows that come with peering into their information. It doesn't apply much in the few levels as it does later on. ✘ Information is updated when a change occurs in the individual so that it stays up to date. So, something can change slightly when Victoria chooses to look at the information again. If the person is familiar/acquainted with her, a little "Update" sign will appear. If it is someone who is a stranger, such a thing won't pop up. ✘ In-depth information goes through a rather strict leveling system. Exceptions will be pointed out and explained. ✘ Her own information is only visible when she can see her reflection. The more hindered her vision is, the more difficult the information becomes to read. Should her sight ever be blocked to some degree (ex: a bag over her head), Victoria will be unable to see the information. ✘ Information can only be gleaned at the present. This means a picture/drawing of someone won't cut it. As long as they are in her field of vision, even with a camera lens, she can see their profile.
◙ Level 1
xxxxx↳ Always on. This information is floating above each person's head. Their birth name will be able to be seen. Yes, birth name. This name is not changed even if someone goes to a government office to have the title transformed in some manner. If the person goes through a different name, an arrow (underneath their birth name) will show what their preferred name is. xxxxx↳ If they have some type of status effect or buffs/debuffs (inflicted by an outside force or person) a mini picture would be in front of their name and/or their name will be highlighted a certain color. For instance, perhaps mini bubbles represented poison and the color would reveal what type. If there was more than one they would cycle through at a readable pace. xxxxx↳ It is possible to see a countdown next to their name if they are about to die/explode/lose it/etc. The death part is only triggered by some outside power that would make rapid decline happen or when someone is close to a natural one (maybe within the 24-hour mark). xxxxx↳ Their alias and group (that they are officially a part of) would be seen as well. It would also say if they are retired or active. These can be blank, however. There are different reasons for this and will not be explained in the profile. A person or society might not know where they fit whether it is a hero, villain, civilian or something else. If they were an exile/villain, for instance, and now are a humble civilian then it wouldn’t show their past affiliation if they are hiding it and putting it behind them. Just because some information is missing doesn’t necessarily bring up red flags. At times, there might even be conflicting views. If the majority of society sees someone as a villain while the person sees themselves as a hero she would probably see "hero" and "villain" alternating at a readable pace. xxxxx↳ Hidden information can be unlocked via touch. This only deals with the people who are actively being secretive--not the unsure, confused or ones who switched sides. The latter being revealed in the backstory level.
◙ Level 2
xxxxx↳ To access this, she merely has to be able to see the person and “click” on their name. This information can always be displayed after the first click if she wants it to be. xxxxx↳ Their target's health and power/energy bars are displayed. The current max is also displayed. This means she can tell which person is generally harder to kill or how much power they have within them. It also shows their overall level (untapped, novice, average, advanced, master)--which often deals more with experience, control, and ability. Untapped is someone who hasn’t bothered to try to cultivate their power and/or is just a simple civilian. If someone has no powers this information will be blank and there would be no power bar.
◙ Level 3: The Basics
xxxxx↳ This one is unlocked by having conversed for any length of time and/or exchanging names. It needs to be clicked on to be viewed each time she wants to look. xxxxx↳ The level shows the basic information (age/height/sex/etc) and their current equipment (what they are wearing, phone, pepper spray, gun, etc). The type of everyday job would be in this group--not their secret shady one. Nicknames, not a hidden alias, are also visible. xxxxx↳ Through touch, she can see the hidden alias and shady occupations/groups. This can only happen if she already has level 3 unlocked and displayed when she touches the person. Be warned, it only takes a single touch (not necessarily skin-to-skin but touching the clothes on their back) for the information to stay. So if she sees that person again, the information will be present unless something has affected their personal information.
◙ Level 4: Traits
xxxxx↳ It’s unlocked by either befriending the person (whether they already told you or not), making out or interacting with them multiple times. xxxxx↳ Shows the six traits (strength, dexterity, intellect, stamina, charisma, wisdom) and general personality (likes and dislikes are also included). xxxxx↳ To learn personality traits which are hidden, whether the character is aware or not, she would need to touch them while this level is opened to see. Once more, that information is there to be seen again should Victoria see them again (whether or not she touches them).
◙ Level 5: Skills
xxxxx↳ Unlock it by becoming close friends (whether they already told you or not) or having sex. She can also get the information via touch if the criteria above have been met and she has level 4 currently open. xxxxx↳ This one deals with skills. It only includes ones the target is at least average in. Next, to each one, it will display whether they are average, advanced or a master. xxxxx↳ The skills could be fairly normal (singing) or more combat-related (swordplay). It’d be specific about what kind as well. For example, it would list Tai Chi instead of martial arts.
◙ Level 6: Peculiarity
xxxxx↳ This one can also be unlocked by becoming close friends (whether they already told you or not). Otherwise, she’d have to do the whole touch thing. After level five was unlocked and while opened. xxxxx↳ She can find out the details to the power by either touching again with level 6 open or just holding on long enough to read the information.
◙ Level 7: Backstory
xxxxx↳ When touching again with level 6 open, the first thing unlocked will be anything which was still being blocked earlier on--which isn’t personal history based. xxxxx↳ The character’s life, as they know it, will be available to read last. Any updates to this one can only be found out if she touches the person again with the backstory tab opened. She can read what she read in the past with a click, however.
◙ Level 8: Weaknesses
xxxxx↳ Touching with level 7 open will unlock it. xxxxx↳ These are detrimental ones or even fears. They could be related to the person or their power.
