This is a special mission being designed for team STWR, assisted by Maria. Details of this mission will be added as the events unfold but will fall under three segments. Start, Middle, Finish. Those who wish to participate may ask for permission, while those of team STWR who wish to not part take may refuse to do so. Mission difficulty will adjust accordingly.
Please wait to post until I quote you in the next post with a starting prompt.
Shadow of a Doubt:
Team STWR has been instructed to meet at the edge of the Streets of Vale, just before the elevated location that Beacon stands upon. Whether they choose to arrive on their own volition to the meeting point or arrive together, is completely up to them. This mission is a variation of extra credit to make up for their recent failure in survival class and therefore isn't mandatory. Direct details of the assignment haven't been given but is safe to assume that it was intended to give them field experience. While team STWR was told that this mission was selected by the survival instructor herself, Rachel, the teacher has then deligated chaperoning of the mission upon an older student, Maria Sinclair. The agreed meeting time was Noon, however, it is now 12:20 Maria has yet to show.
Level One: Chasing Phantoms
An unknown assailant has kidnapped a student of Beacon Academy. It is up to you to hunt down the kidnapper and corner them. As the escort has instructed, use any means necessary. Just be wary of the public around you.
The phantom attempted to lose the students in a construction site, and was mostly successful at it! Attempting to deter them, she tried to crush Sasselia and Eira with a series of explosive dust rounds. Now though, the phantom's cover has been blown and she has been chased to a clearing where she can no longer hide. Get to her while you still can and put an end to all of this!
Level Two: Ally of Darkness
The Phantom appears to have a strong connection with a surprise group of Grimm that had appeared. What strikes you oddly is that during your prior engagement, there were no signs of a Grimm invasion. But! That doesn't matter now, as the swarm of insects is upon you and ready to rip you to pieces! Defeat the Grimm before they can spread to the rest of the city, and stop this phantom once in for all. She can't hide in the open.
She can't hide in the open.
Level Three: Phantom Nevermore
The Grimm had been disposed of thanks to Sasselia's cunning idea. In a last-ditch effort to end the conflict, Maria and Prism skewered the Phantom before it could unleash another assault on the beaten huntsmen. Unfortunately for them, she had one last trick up her sleeve. Through some unknown means that defy what the students have learned, the Phantom had become every hunter's worst nightmare. A Nevermore. Put an end to this once and for all, before you too are consumed by darkness.

§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§ SasseliaArgenia TEAM: STWR SEMBLANCE:not activated Profile: Profile Weapon: Gravityflux (Glaive/shotgun/double axes) gaia_angelleft Action: Walking and talking alongside new and familiar people alike gaia_angelright ------------ As usual to be a prompt and punctual person, Sasselia had been the first to arrive in the meeting spot. She was ten minutes early, which gave her enough time to have a small snack she had bought on the way. One delicious breakfast wrap, stuffed with cheese, bacon, egg, and green peppers. Yummy~... "Eleven fifty..." How peculiar the person to escort them on their mission had in no way arrived to the scene. This was just fine, as it gave everyone a chance to be better prepared in a mental state... Hopefully. Shouldn't it be normal for those who are of high profession to be earlier then the rest? Maybe she just arrived a lot more earlier then she should have? Oh well~.... Smiling softly under her breath, the bluenette had checked herself to be sure she had everything. The small knife of her father's sheathed inside her right boot for a last resource should things go bad... Her first aid kit of supplies... Her belt was also loaded to the brim with regular shotgun shells. The only things missing from her pouch were two rings that belonged to her fallen brothers. They somehow "disappeared" in someway she could not figure, as she would always hang onto them. There were only the odd times of leaving them in their dorm room, which was the last place she had seen them. The doll that was given to her had been gone as well around the same day. A troublesome predicament that had lead to at least fourteen panic attacks in that week alone. They were all still missing, and slowly the burn behind it all had began to digress in baby steps. No one to even step up and return them to her. It had been clear by the three missing items someone on campus had sticky fingers. The thought of it all recapping in the back of her head made her sigh. "FOCUS." She had to snap out of it already and focus on the task ahead.
One by one her team had arrived, and with the extra credit ahead of them, she could only wonder what was about to happen. Since their teacher had been unable to arrive to continue this, there was a passing of words describing somebody taking the shark faunus's place. A Maria Sinclair. Sasselia knew nothing about this woman coming to chaperone, much less know how exactly the woman merely looked in that fact. The only thing she knew about her was based on having assisted Rachel quite a few times. That was about it. Such mystery it left on impression. Checking the clock almost every five minutes, her team was all here and she was just finishing her wrap finally with a satisfied sigh. how she should have bought two! Of course, Sasselia was the kind of person to eat light before a mission of any kind, as fasting through days such as this would, in her opinion, make it easier to focus, without the problems of stomach pains due to eating too much be an occurrence. She was just that cautious. "Hm... Eleven twenty... Odd our escort is... Is not here yet. I surely hope she did not get into a predicament with navigation to our meeting place..." Ooc:
Eira reached the meeting spot a few minutes after Sasselia did. With their team leader the only one there before her and occupying her free time with a light snack. Eira checked the time on her scroll then looked around. She had started off the trip here with Koryn but had lost the other girl somewhere along the way. She doubted the little butterfly could be late since she could fly. Technically you would expect her to be the first one there since she can fly. Of course the more she thinks about the girl's nature the more the concern that she is completely lost in her own world window shopping or something grows. She probably saw something along the way and slipped away to go investigate it while Eira wasn't paying attention to her. She sighed softly and then went a little rigid as she remember her dad's warnings about sighs again. Though what was more worrying is how she almost felt like she was Koryn's mother with how much she worries about the girl. She relaxed and shook her head to clear her mind of those thoughts.
She moved over to where Sassy was munching away and found something to lean against. Her scroll said it was about five minutes until the appointed meeting time. It only took her a minute of watching Sassy to feel like chatting instead though. She was remembering Sassy's behavior for the last few days. The whole ordeal with the missing rings and doll. Just going of the look on their leader's face it seemed that her mind was lingering on it again. Eira had been trying to figure out something to fix it. But finding where the things disappeared to was not easy. She couldn't just search the whole dorm. Nor report and search a specific student's things without proof of some sort. Though she wasn't sure any more that it was just Sassy that had some things stolen. "So... You know the thief we were looking for. I think it was one of the male students. I noticed this weekend that some of my things were missing too while I was taking care of the laundry. Not sure about the others but some articles were definitely gone. And I don't even recall wearing them either." Eira hadn't paid much attention to the count of socks. The dryer eats those and they thus vanish all the time anyway. But the other things that were taken when their room was raided were a little harder to not notice.

It appeared that Maria wasn't the only one late to the designated meeting spot. Even as the students began to talk among themselves, there appeared to be no sign of their escort. Perhaps something came up? Maybe Maria got the date wrong, or something else was arising? Minutes continued to tick by, hitting half past twelve with no sight or sound of their mysterious escort. Instead, though, something would flicker out of the corner of the student's eyes. The shift of a shadow in such a particular fashion it couldn't have been natural, as if a figure had dived from one into another. A deep black veil that would static between the shadows before settling in the darkness behind a sign, falling listless as if a normal shadow. ... That was until the intense clang of the mechanical suit crashed against the ground. Just in front of the sign now stood a mechanized figure of a staggering height, red lights flashing in place of its eyes. From its touchdown came rapid and heavy footsteps, closing the space between the before wrapping its metallic digits around it. With a mighty heave, there would be the horrific sound of creaking metal as the sign began to bend and warp. Robotic fingers had grasped the edges of the sign, pulling it until it was ripped straight from the poles that bound it to the ground. The sign would then be cast aside like nothing, the warped metal sheet clattering. With the shadow's hiding place exposed to the light, the figure from before would instead be exposed as a woman adorned in armor of silver and ivory. Over her left shoulder was a young woman with white cat ears and a tail hanging listlessly. In her left hand, a scythe blacker than an abyss that radiated a dark aura. With a flick of this armor-clad woman's wrist, the flat end of the scythe would pass directly through the suit without so much of a mark. Then, however, on the return pull, the hooked edge of the scythe's blade would catch the mech's waist, pulling her to the side and away from the woman in white. Once more, the black aura would engulf both hers and the student's body atop her shoulders. Then, kicking off the ground, the phantom of black and white would bound away from the group and pass through a nearby wall. Clearly, whenever the black aura coated an object, it had become intangible.

XXXTwo weeks. It had been two weeks since the semblance fiasco that left the academy in disarray. A number of students claimed by comatose had woken from their slumber, but the only one that mattered still slept soundly. And while she slept, Maria wouldn't dare bat an eyelash at the fear of watching her dearest kitten slipping from her grasp. The nights grew restless watching over her sleeping companion, as the woman found herself becoming ever more alert. Each movement, every sound, all had thrown her into a defensive panic. It left her tired and irritable, jumping as much as a crippled woman like herself could. Honestly, if it hadn't been for Feralis coming by frequently to push her buttons with a snarky remark or two, the feeble woman might've let herself wither to dust. She had been skipping meals and ignoring Prism's warning about her health as well as his recommendations to ensure both of their safety. Then, of course, there was the reminder that Rachel had assigned her to babysit some team who had failed their survival course. Why was Maria of all people getting dragged into others business? "Lady Maria, its best to get prepared. You're keeping those poor students waiting. . . I've already made the arrangements with Miss Black, she'll be watching over Miss Kendall in our steed for this outing." Prism had taken preparation, talking to the nurses and doctor the night prior in order to try and ease his stressed master. Of course, that wasn't enough for Maria. But, what choice did she have? The Crows were bad enough, but disobeying Rachel was a dangerous road she didn't want to cross. So, though begrudgingly, she'd allow Prism to begin dressing her for the mission. Lighter clothes were generally the best option to keep from overheating within Prism. Though as the machine slipped a new shirt on to the delicate girl, Maria's iridescent hues would look upon Kenna in shock. Fear, even, a hooded figure suddenly stood between Kenna and herself, fingers latching onto the comatose girl. The phantom would then look over its shoulder towards Maria, showing a detailed mask of silver.
The woman was mortified, iridescent hues wide in disbelief as her still jaw hung agape. In the blink of an eye a phantom of black and white had appeared from nowhere. its slender fingers slithering around Kendall's frame. A phantom that wore a silver mask, minutely detailed down to the finest engravings. In the center of its collarbone was a glistening cyan gem. A sight that Maria had only seen in the worst of her nightmares following the night that Kendall told her everything. What she learned about Eteria, what had happened to her mother and cousin, and of these monsters called the White Crows. The very thing Maria had spent day and night watching for, waiting for them to strike. This masked woman was a Crow. And what was Maria going to do as its blacklit arms wrapped around the slumbering lioness? Watch in fear and disbelief? Had she truly gotten hold feed when the spectral black and white mass had emerged from the mattress, snatching her before her eyes? .. No, that was unacceptable. Instead, the feeble girl would grit her teeth, clutching on desperately to the breath in her lungs."Prism! Combat.. Mode!" There was no time to fumble around with buttons on a control console. As the woman choked on her word, her personalized machine would whirl to life as the blue LED indicators flashed red. "Combat Mode Engaged. Mission, protect Miss Kendall." For the first time that anyone at Beacon would see, the chest of the machine would separate into fragmented panels and stretched open. Cybernetic fingertips would lift Maria from her chair, scooping the still woman into its chest as her arms and legs slipped into place. Once her head had nestled into the new command console, the machine's chest would shut and seal.
Without missing a beat the machine would lunge forward, attempting to snatch Kenna away from the phantom. Unfortunately for the mechanical duo, the phantom had spread its aura onto the lioness, seeping her in a deep black aura that had caused her to slip right through their fingertips. "Kenna! Give her back!" A digitized version of Maria's voice would scream, the machine somersaulting over the bed in pursuit of the phantom. The Phantom remained only for a moment, the hollowed eyes of the mask staring at the mechanized duo. She would then shift Kenna, tossing her over her shoulder before black aura would static once more. The phantom woman would kick back off the ground, floating into the air before fazing through the window. It was as if she had a version of her own semblance, one that held the freedom of becoming a phantom without worrying of her body. Would these similarities stifle her? Never. Would a window stop her from proceeding? Absolutely not. As the woman slipped through the window, Prism's own body would lunch forward and barrel through it, shattering it to thousands of shards. "I won't let you take her, Eteria!" Words that held the same burning intensity as the sun itself, but fell on deaf ears. The phantom would continue to flee with the girl in hand, slipping through the shadows and through another wall. Maria would pursue it relentlessly, though, slamming its own metallic body through the wall in order to follow it.
The chase was relentless. Though Maria had yet to expend her aura to heighten Prism's capabilities, the machine was more than capable of pursuing the careless shadow that continued to fade in and out of walls and structures. So long as Maria could see that shimmering black aura, she would follow it to the ends of the earth. It was a chase that led her to the edge of Beacon itself before making a rapid descent down towards Vale, bypassing the normal means of travel via airship. It didn't take the phantom chasing duo more than few minutes to come crashing into the landing site, the very place she was meant to meet the students of their mission. Unfortunately, more pressing matters had come up. As Maria and Prism rapidly descending towards the streets of Vale, they kept their eyes locked on the disturbance of shadows beneath them. With a mighty crash, the large hunk of metal would land in a kneeling position on the concrete below. Beneath its point of impact, of course, a series of cracks had spread from the very weight and force. There was no time to waste. Kicking off from the landing point, the speedy but weighted steps would rush towards the last shadow the duo had seen act strangely. It was a sign next to two girls, a sign that would soon be ripped clean off its poles and cast aside like yesterday's garbage. "You don't get away with her that easily!" Maria's voice would shout, the fist of the machine reeling back in order to strike the crouching phantom. What Maria hadn't expected was the harmless end of the spectral scythe to pass right through her, letting the phantom arm herself before forcing the mech suit away from her. The mechanized woman would stumble, giving the phantom a second chance to fade through another structure with Kenna in her hands.
Maria had been thrown off, losing her footing as the machine stumbled to its knees. An inaudible shriek of digitized noise would sound from the machine before it struck the ground with its closed fist, leaving a series of cracks in the ground. "Lady Maria, you need to remain calm. We'll get her, and now we have help. Look where we are, and look who's here." The machine would hum in a different voice before the red lights for eyes would look towards Sasselia and Eira, a pair of students that were clearly dressed for a mission. ... They were at the edge of the streets, the landing zone that airships normally took students too and from Beacon. "You're team Strawberry, aren't you? Where are the rest of you?" A digitized female voice would sound, differing from the voice prior. The machine would then push itself up to its feet, the light indicators looking int he direction that the phantom had fled. For just a brief moment, the trio would see another shadow distort as the phantom passed through another wall, then fading through a large fenced off yard. "Come on, we don't have time! They're getting away!" Maria would shout, attempting to step forward but found herself locked in place by Prism itself, who spoke up. "We are Maria, Rachel's substitute. There has been a change in the mission, Strawberry, that armor-clad phantom has kidnapped a student from the infirmary. We know it has ill intentions and we can't afford to let it escape." As the machine spoke with a more reasonable tone its body would begin to tremble. Though Prism fought desperately to keep Maria under control, the woman within held more authority than the machine. It would begin moving, running. "We need to catch them at ANY cost, come ON!" Maria would shout, raising its reinforced metal arms to brace its upper body as she used their own mass to bust through the fence, giving her and the students a clearing to chase the phantom through a series of withered and partially constructed buildings.

Tessa yawned as she strolled through the street. Why they gotn called in today of all days, her cheat day, was a mystery that would not stop nagging at her and served as the foundation to a pile of constant little niggles that steadily grew throughout the morning. Still, steaming cup of coffee in hand, the great rhino faunus trudged along, rubbing sleep from her eyes and approached her team, sipping gingerly from her cup. "Morning" she groaned as she approached the team that bothered to show "Is the escort not here yet? Does that mean I can go back to-" she was cut off ny a sudden flurry of activity she didnt even fully process before someone with a robot voice was demanding where the rest of the team was before bursting through a fence. "Ugh. . . . dammit."

§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§ SasseliaArgenia TEAM: STWR SEMBLANCE:not activated Profile: Profile Weapon: Gravityflux (Glaive/shotgun/double axes) gaia_angelleft Action: talking--> Beginning mission gaia_angelright ------------ It was no surprise Eira was the next to arrive to the scene, as she too, was the other punctual person. The surprise of the matter was the missing Koryn, which was impossible not to worry where the butterfly could have fluttered away to. Normally they were the early birds to arrive to places even before she. How this turnaround had conquered she could not say or even know. Sass could only hope Koryn was alright at least. It was clear by the sighing Eira was worried as well, both they both knew she was going to be alright as long as she was careful. The worry at least would help slightly get her mind off of other priorities for the time being, though it was short lived, before it had back tracked to the previous subject in her head. This time on a more vocal scale. "Very strange... I can s-see this as a possibility. I.. I only wonder why they would go after our things only though. I haven't heard anything from other students on campus... Or rumors... Based on a situation related to our own predicament... It.. Makes me wonder if this was planned, or if there is s-someone truly sick out there..." The wonder of it all still marveled Sasselia a little. Considering both she and Eira had lost items from this, as far as she knew Koryn and Tessa had both been left untouched. There was no single word on their items for the most part, which only added some more confusion to the matter. Sass could have easily gone into more details of the thought, but hearing nearby footsteps made her turn her attention. "Ah. Good morning Tessa, You are still rather on time. Ah!..."
How silly she would forget!! With the time, and the tardiness of two of the party, she only just remembered she could have contacted the person in charge! Only recalling the information from Rachel not to long ago, a Maria Sinclair only just hitting her memory. Before she could get a single text into her scroll about it, the action had began quicker then realized. Having no idea of earlier events concerning Maria, all would have been shown before them in some kind of fuzzy detailing when she had arrived. There was expectation of a normal entrance, even a mere walk.... Er... Stroll? Towards the group. "Oh my goodness!!" To have the woman instead come in the matter she had, there was no time for questions when the machine began to speak as she, followed by the action before it. Sasselia had literally almost went into an attack mode before Maria's voice had spoken through to them from the machine. The complications between Maria and Prism arose more questions as detail had been spoken. How was she managing to have the pair speak as such? There would be time to wonder after. The fact one of the hospital patients had been taken had mental alarms go off. That was no way to treat a patient! This set off a more serious mood, and saving the mystery student was a complete must. "Please lead the way then, and let us save the student before anything happens. Let us move out ladies." Judging by the tone used, Maria had definitely known the person in danger. This made the mission for them on a more personal level for Maria, and as the underclassmen, they had a chance now to show what they could do. Making haste she begin to follow after Maria with her team in toll, the mission obviously begun. Ooc:
"WWWAAAAAIIIITTTT FORRR MEEEEEE!!!" yelled a recognisable voice from a distance. At great speeds approached the butterfly faunus, her large wings carrying her towards the group until she was with them finally. Spinning in the air she posed for her team, mainly looking to Sasselia, the leader of her team. "Good morning my small cotton doves! How are we?" she said, chuckling aloud. "I'm sorry I'm late, I accidently drank some of that mouthwash again and my stomach was sore!" she said, shrugging. "Whoever keeps leaving that exciting coloured mouthwash in the bathroom is going to get a boop on the nose!!" she yelled, totally ruining any serious mood that they would have been in.
Koryn's eyes shifted to the new individual with the group, she gasped as her eyes opened up widely. Hovering around the machine, she clenched her fists and threw them in the air as she twirled and did all sorts of pretty movements in the sky. "WOW - what type of faunus are you?!" she yelled as she then landed beside it, way beyond the boundaries of personal space. Koryn knocked gently on the machines metal cheek, it made a sharp clanging noise as one would expect. She let out a shriek in excitement and could barely contain herself, "You are super duper awesome!!" she said, looking back to the rest of the team.
The team were ready to move out, Koryn had just made it in time. She watched as the robot busted through the fence and, still hovering in the air, wiggled her legs around in such excitement. "I can't wait to get going!!" she yelled, as she followed with the rest of the team, remaining close-by, however straying off a little at times as she hummed a tune to herself and flew through the area.

Of course the fence wouldn't have been an obstacle for such troublesome students who were willing to bust through anything in pursuit of her. In passing another wall, the woman coated in black aura would turn on her back, noting the group of students following the mech's lead through the fence. 'I had my doubts, but it appears Reinheit wasn't mistaken. This kitten's guardian is relentless, and now she's acquired help... How troublesome." The task could have been so simple if this mech hadn't had help sitting on the sidelines. It seemed that she had made an error in her scouting. Drifting back and forth through the incomplete walls of the construction yard, she would drag her hand across a large set of interconnected scaffolding which would then shimmer in her black aura. It would shimmer, becoming intangible as the materials that rest atop would faze right through the scaffolding and bindings that held them firm. As the students began to past beneath, a series of planks, sacks of concrete, bricks and even a collection of steel beams would begin tumbling down on the students below. Coated once more in the black aura, the woman and student would use the distraction to fade through a wall towards the left. That wasn't the end, though, as in passing through the wall the woman would press a button on the handle of her scythe. The bladed head would shift and fold, revealing a barrel at the end which would begin firing a rapid series of bullets. With the sound of several gunshots fired, the students would see various black dots erupt from a wall further ahead, clearly intangible as everything else the woman touched. Passing through various falling materials, the aura would fade only to leave a series of actual bullets to rain down upon the students, alongside the already collapsing materials. The students would notice an alarming accuracy for such a blind fire. While the shots did have an initial spread, each student would have anywhere from three to seven bullets aimed in their direction over the next several moments as they attempted to navigate the construction zone.

Eira lifted her arms out to her sides. Extending them while at the same time shrugging her shoulders in response to Sassy. She couldn't say. It was all guess work really. "Yeah it is strange. It could be that we are just the first ones to be hit. But it isn't like we can be sure of that. Given what they stole I don't think many girls would be eager to start revealing that to a bunch of people. Well maybe Koryn would. I don't think I can rule out the possibility that she has no sense of humility like ours." Eira dropped her arms as she spoke. Their conversation ending as Sassy noticed the third team member approach and greeted her. Eira added her own welcoming good morning to the rhino faunus that was walking up to them with a cup in hand. Eira could vaguely smell the scent of coffee wafting through the air from the steam that rose from the cup. "Not yet. Seems you beat them here." Eira answered one of the other girl's questions by chiming in after Sasselia. Their conversation didn't get any farther than that as a lot happened in the next few seconds. Tessa's words cutting off as something crashed into the ground nearby. Once the dust cleared a mech was trying to get at a girl in armor. Eira blinked a few times in surprise as she tried to force her mind to process what she was seeing faster.
The girl in the armor used a scythe like weapon to repel the attacks of the mech. Then she ran off. Her body was cloaked in what almost looked like shadows before disappearing through a wall. Eira was about to ask how the hell she did that when the mech suddenly spoke to them. It turned out that the pilot of that suit was the person they had been waiting. Maria had asked where the last of them were at. As if on que and in her normal detachment from the mood of the room Koryn showed up then. Unsurprisingly fascinated with the robotic armor Maria was wearing. She gave a quick run down of the situation to the three of them and then canceled their planned mission to replace it with a rescue mission. They had their mission and their orders were to catch that girl at any cost to retrieve the kidnapped student. The mech smashed through the fence the target had phased through. Eira gave chase after her. "How did they take a student from the infirmary? The school has a staff there after all. Are they coming too?" Eira asked Maria for more details about what happened as they ran after the armor-clad figure.
The case lead them into a construction site. Eira could see their quarry up ahead. She was doing something but she couldn't tell for what reason she was doing it until the black aura began to spread out over what what she was touching. The sound that greeted them was hard to describe as objects began to fall to the ground. Eira activated her semblance. A bit of construction materials would not slow them down. Her blue eyes turned gold and glowed with energy as a glowing gold mark appeared on her chest and feather like tufts appeared on her head like they were decorative pieces attached to her headband. Eira lifted her right hand as a ring of gold energy formed ahead of it. The center of it beginning to charge a ball of energy before her palm. She aimed her palm up at the falling objects and willed Angelfall to fire. The ball suddenly swelled up with charge and then from it a beam of bright light fired. The laser like discharge slammed into the falling objects and exploded. Harmlessly small pieces of stone, wood, and metal were all that fell on the pursuing students. Any larger pieces to survive the shot were blown clear by the blast.
Eira wasn't done just yet either. Her gaze had been focused on the obstacle she had wanted to clear, but that only took it away from their quarry for a couple seconds. She was able to find the girl again as she took off to the left and went through another wall. This time she stopped running and Eira's left hand came up. She aimed her palm at the spot on the wall the girl had just passed through. The light appearing again and firing the shot off. The phased bullets that were targeting Eira had no cares at first but once that aura dropped to actually hit its target left the bullets trying to swim upstream through a laser like beam. They melted away quickly and did nothing to stop the attack from hitting the wall and blasting a hole through it that they could use to follow after the armor-clad girl. Maybe if they were lucky she had stopped on the other side and her focus would be all in attacking them with those bullets making a chance for the blast to knock her down as it takes out the wall.

We are going to give you a warning for god-modding - this is clearly an abuse of her semblance and far too much for your character to accomplish in one post. Please re-write the last two paragraphs of your post to be reasonable in what she is able to blast away.
As a heads up, your profile will also be re-opened. It has come to the crew's attention that your semblance is missing many key things, such as max range, cool down, or even a description of how big, powerful or how long these shots can be sustained. The number of source orbs doesn't really tell us anything since it doesn't even state what the source orbs do.

§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§ SasseliaArgenia TEAM: STWR SEMBLANCE:not activated Profile: Profile Weapon: Gravityflux (Glaive/shotgun/double axes) gaia_angelleft Action: pursuing gaia_angelright ------------ How envious Koryn's optimism could remain so vigilant and up to her usual par, even for a mission. She was much more awakened then Tessa, but it was understandable for how early it was coming. When the women had began setting out to pursue, Sass had to push forward as well with her team. Doing her best to keep behind Maria, pacing herself as the chase had taken them off the grounds. To the whereabouts it had been uncertain, the blue haired maiden keeping time of her steps in her head. Maria was swift, and staying well intact with her assistant helping this matter. Ahead of them, the mysterious figure had seemed to be at least ten steps ahead with no problems themselves, despite having Kenna and her weight holding them back. Their stamina was amazing! How they were able to pass through obstacles had been the biggest wonder, even as the pursuit had continued on. Through the streets, even more so the level of impression would increase. Swerving past those on the street, watching for vehicles, even streetlamps. A lot of it increasing to be challenging for the group. How difficult it was becoming to run without tire. Surely that could only last so long... With the five of them chasing the one, with a second.... How were they so far ahead, and just what were their plans?
The answer to that would remain unanswered, when the construction site came into view. Completed deserted, and an aura of suspense, Sass refused to let this environment get the best of her. The fence obstacle had been no problem to cross through at all, merely leading to the area of scaffolding and incoming danger. "Wh-where had th-they disappeared to!?" Being foolish enough to slow down, her out of breath demeanor had caught up, keeping herself alert as possible as she could. When she was unable to see her first, it lead to bewilderment. No way she could have disappeared!! Wishing to remain with the group, she had passed with them till the point construction falling from above. Eira had been the first to react, her move taking out the planks and some of the concrete. It caused her light feathers, the concrete, and the planks to be obstructive of view. At first, Sasselia couldn't see her friend. It wasn't until Eira had been hit by some of the concrete had Sass had jumped to her friends rescue. With quick reaction, she managed to tackle Eira out of the way from the steel beams, just avoiding them from making contact. "Eira!? Eira!!!"
Gently shaking her friend, Eira was out for the count, unresponsive. Her light feathers were gone, soon replaced with raining bullets. "Ack!!!!" A bullet struck the side of her ankle, making Sass hit by the bullet's burning bite. Before she could stop to be conflicted with nursing her ankle, she had to get them to safety. Making contact with the ground before contacting herself, with Eira in her arms, she activated her semblance, using her gravity to attempt to push them away from the area she touched. If successful, the force of it would send them in a low fly range into scaffolding, breaking through the structure into the dirt with a coughing fit. If unsuccessful, she would only get them just somewhat away from the range, with still possibility of being hit. Ooc:

XXXUnlike the other students Maria had thrown all caution to the wind. After all, unlike the others, she had at least an inkling of what this phantom was capable of. A ghost that could vanish from the naked eye the moment one of them wasn't attentive. Maria's iridescent hues remained focused on the wispy shadows, looking out for any trace of eerie aura each and every time the shadow had vanished. Others were certainly trying their best, but they were more caught up in how baffling it was that someone could vanish so easily and move with such agility despite carrying deadweight. That's when Prism saw it, an all-consuming black aura among the scaffolding that caused the construction materials to tremble before raining down upon them. "Semblance Analysis; willful tangibility on one's self and others. Lady Maria, she can become a phantom similar to you but without the possession. ... Supposedly. Brace yourself." Prism would announce its own analysis of the semblance before Maria took the mantle, causing metallic fingers to curl into a fist before striking up at one of the series of boards, shattering them to splinters with brute strength before evading left and right to avoid unnecessary exertion. One of the other students, Eira, had taken a very bold attempt in order to try and clear out the obstructions, but to no avail. As quickly as she attempted to clear the materials, a sole bag of concrete knocked her clean off her feet. Prism caused its own mechanics to lock up, pulling Maria back to try and aid them.
One thing led to another, it was clear that this phantom had no intention of wasting any time. From an onslaught of construction, debris would then come rain of hellfire in the shape of black bullets that erupted from a blank wall and pass through the debris. Attempting to knock other debris aside, another sack of concrete had struck the machine itself with enough force to lose its footing and rattle Maria around inside. Taking a knee, Maria would look up at a looming shadow as a large steel beam had come plummeting her way. Her reaction was just a shade too slow, but Prism took control of itself in order to brace the beam with two open palms. Metal hinges would creak and whine under the strain, but Prism's own mechanics were able to hold strong against the strain. Its metallic fingers would curl against the metal, a crushing grip that would leave small indents in the metal. It would use the leverage of the captured beam to force it to its feet, then itself and the beam as a shield from the onslaught of bullets upon Sassy and Eira. Unfortunately for them, the machine was just a shade too late to keep Sassy from getting struck in the ankle, it would still provide its own reinforced metal plates as a shield for them to get away. "Get to cover, we'll cover you!" Impulsive fingertips would weave gestures into the machine for Prism to translate. Maria would then take control of Prism herself, tossing the beam to the side before bracing her metal forearms in front of her as a shield. Various sparks and clangs would resonate as the bullets struck and ricochetted off her, leaving small dents and nicks. She'd keep up this defensive maneuver while sidestepping in the same direction as Sassy, letting her drag Eira to cover.
Once the duo was certain that Sassy and Eira had escaped the onslaught, it would be time to take the offensive. Maria knew where the bullets were coming from, following the trajectory of shadows. With her eyes on the price of a damaged but blank wall in the distance, she knew it was time to engage. Dropping one hand, Prism would reach at its side in order to draw a dull brown dust shard from its own storage before clipping it into its right wrist. In a flash, Maria's own aura would spark over the machine, coating it with a brilliant iridescent sheen before slamming her right fist into the ground. With the trigger of earth dust, a series of stone spires of growing size would erupt from the ground towards the building. What remained of debris would be obscured by the spires as the raised earth tore into scaffolding before colliding with the wall. Between the spires, they'd now see the armor-clad phantom with a rifle in hand and a feline student over her shoulder. Yet again, she hadn't seemed surprised. In fact, with her movements, it was as if she could see the spires coming her way, allowing her time to evade.
Whatever it was, she had been exposed. Now, they were coming for her. Though both she and Maria wore masks, one could see Maria's own burning fury resonate in her erratic iridescent aura.

These students were quick on the response, that was for certain. The Phantom had no doubt about their skill that got them into the hunting academy, but the hunters of the modern-day still did not compare to her own era. No, this was child's play. Nothing more. The mechanized warrior was ready to brute force her way through the debris while another had attempted a flashy display of lights to clear a path. Foolish, as if that would be enough. In one's own arrogance of their abilities, a simple bag of concrete had come to take her out for the count. It was pitiful, really, but what else could they do? This just meant they weren't serious about retrieving the kitten. The mission would complete, simple as that, then she could go back to what she did best. ... It was more impressive to watch the joint efforts that the students had pulled in order to save the arrogant one. A blue-haired student had taken a bullet to the ankle to take Eira off her feet, then utilized some movement ability to bolt to cover. It was a risky maneuver, but it seemed that even the reckless guardian would attempt to aid them and provide her own defenses in order to protect them. Admirable, but pointless. She had no time to lose. Standing to her feet with the kitten on her shoulders, she was ready to turn and give them the slip before something caught her attention. Another sight, one that she could see even despite having a wall between them. It was the mechanized warrior, she had dust in her hand. The earth began to tremble as earthen spires erupted in their direction, tearing through even the defensive wall in a cloud of smoke. If it hadn't been for her other sight, one narrow spire would have surely pierced right through her. Just in the nick of time, though, she sidestepped and slipped through the formation of spires, showing her mask towards the students outside.
Then, a silent sigh would escape masked lips. Such violent aura resonated from the mechanized student. Aura formed from malice and hatred, burning with the passion of a thousand suns. A passion that she would surely snuff in this very moment, for she'd have to make a choice. Stepping back into the shadowed remains of the building, she'd raise her scythe rifle once again. This time, from her belt, she'd draw a couple of rounds that glowed a dim orange. With a series of clicks, the shots would be prepped and loaded before raising the scope to her right eye. Eerie black aura would begin to engulf her, spreading through the room as a dark wisp. "Perish." She'd whisper in a cold, icy tone before firing. Unlike the other shots, this bullet fired out like an explosion of blazing brilliance. Though the bullet had been blackened by her aura, it left a trail of fire in the air behind it. Immediately after the first, a second would be fired. This wasn't aimed at anyone in particular, though. No, instead, it was aimed at the building that Sassy had taken siege next to. One towards the middle, one towards the top. The moment the bullets connected with the structure they'd explode in blazing glory, engulfing the structure in a series of explosions that were meant to tear it to the ground. Without waiting, the woman would change the sniper back into a scythe before slipping through the back opening of the building that Maria's stone spires had created. The shadow that hid among structures had now fled to the open, certain that the chase had ended.
