Username: Pandora Talie

Personality: Winterfell is fiery and brave: eager for excitement and adventure. As he matures, he becomes prideful but always considers life an opportunity to learn, experiment, and grow strong. He is not shy, in the least, and gets right to the point when needing something from someone.

Any plots in mind?:

Manners - Being prideful doesn’t mean you are always right. I’d love for Winterfell to get into an squabble with his mother and she sets him straight.

Getting to Know You - Winterfell has a heart to heart with his dad.

First Kill - Winterfell has already taken credit for killing some prey but it was actually the work of his friend or ‘mother nature’. After getting run out of the pack as a yearling, he has to take down his first kill before it’s too late.

Lost friend - His best friend is tired of his attitude and runs off but gets in trouble. Winterfell has to help them get out of the situation and in the process he learns a lesson on friendship.

Love at first sight - As a mature wolf he encounters a strange she-wolf. She is completely unlike those he’s known before, and yet, oddly familiar.

Obtaining a familiar - One winter, while on the hunt, he catches a quirky white rabbit. Although clearly not rabid, it has no fear of him, and finding it quite novel, he decides not to eat it.

Pupper, oh my!

Name of Pup: Below Zero
Username: Nymphiea

Personality: Quieter and often mistaken as cold, he doesn't tend to talk much and spends most of his time alone. He loves his family, and dearly, but Below Zero is often lost in thought. It's not uncommon to find him staring out into the world beyond and snapping back to reality with a jolt when spoken to. Below Zero isn't the best at communicating, often only answering half of a question, although it isn't on purpose. As he gets older he'll begin to catch himself, but often insert the rest of the answer after the fact.

Below Zero is disabled as an adult, and it weighs heavily on him. He accepts who he is, but he always wanted to explore. His leg won't take him far without a rest and he's frustrated by his own limitations. It hides under the surface, festering in his silence. He doesn't talk about it much and often will deny any negative feelings associated with his leg. He probably would only open up to a close sibling or a future mate, should he ever get one.

He's a caring male, often reaching out to comfort those around him even if he does it awkwardly. That's just who he is -- awkward. While he's lost in his own thoughts or dreaming of a world beyond, he does notice pain in others and tries to help.

He will never leave the pack; he doesn't want to. He just wants to see what else there is and then return home. This may lead him on a brief adventure, or he may always be grounded. There's a suspicion he'll never be happy, though, if he doesn't get past his fears and actually explore the world.

Lastly, Below Zero is very superstitious. No one is sure where he got it from, and he always vaguely answers the question. Something happened during the time he was sent out of the pack during his first Spring, but unfortunately due to his own absent nature he hasn't fully explained what. All the pack knows is you better not step on a crack or anything similar!

Any plots in mind?:
- Injury: During the traditional chasing out of the yearlings, Below Zero ends up tumbling down a cliff side. While he survives, his leg in severely injured. Not wanting to fail the test and disappoint his family, he doesn't return home for medical help. His leg heals incorrectly, resulting in a permanent limp.
- Dream of Beyond: He wants to explore past the pack, although he doesn't know of a good excuse to tell the Alpha as to why. He just... wants to. He'll pine for awhile for the world outside and eventually ask his Alpha if he can journey to quell that feeling.
- Love Outside: He will be tempted a few times to never return home. A fling will result in children dumped on him by the time they no longer wean, and his heart will hurt during this time. While he'll always claim he knew she'd never stick around, it isn't true -- he was deceived by the strangers promise to love him and in his naivety he believed her immediately. The puppies were never a punishment in his eyes, though. He'll be an awkward father, sure, but he'll love them completely. After this period, or maybe during, he'll meet a sweeter female who genuinely loves him. He'll avoid her affections for awhile before finally trusting her.
- Return: He will return home with his mate and any child he had from his previous fling who wish to join his pack. Tired and worn, he'll be satisfied with his previous journey and learn his home was what he always needed in the first place.
- Children, again?!: Eventually he'll have a litter with his mate. I do hope to have his future kid display his adventurous side and get into their own trouble. His story won't end, but I'm leaving it open to develop past this point!

Name: Blizzard
Personality: Blizzard's personality is a big and loud as she is. She's very in-your-face and outspoken, probably to the disdain of her siblings as they will likely get the brunt of her babbling her opinions and views on the world in general. Very mature for her age but she isn't above play, especially with dad. He's so guarded and stoic all the time, she enjoys seeing him relax and smile and have fun. She thinks he needs more of that.

While she loves her mother with all her being, she'll most likely be a daddy's girl right down to her paw pads. If you're trying to find her, just look for Fell Field as she'll be somewhere close. She admires and looks up to him to the point that, in her mind, he's invincible. Because of this, she wants to follow in his paw prints and become a productive, model member of the pack.

She's wary of strangers but that doesn't stop her from being her big, silly self. She also sometimes forgets her size and strength, which results in a few bruises and scrapes and other pups or wolves getting a bump or two. She immediately feels bad for it and will do her best to apologize. Usually she does this by finding something she thinks the hurt part would like and gifting it to them. She has a knack for finding lost items, too. She says it because of how big her nose is, it's easier for her to sniff it out. She has yet to try scenting animals for the purpose of hunting. But she hopes her dad will take her hunting with him soon.

Name: Under Dark Winter Skies
Personality:

As a pup, Skies is precocious and determined. She always wants to take part in the hunt despite being too young to be of any help. Skies frequently attempts to follow her seniors, occasionally getting caught. Unfortunately, her dos and don’t of hunting that she tries to share with her captors fails to prove she is ready.

Skies turns after mom, being on the larger side for her age. She believes that by being bigger, she is older than she really is, leading to the misguided opinion that she has more privileges than her siblings.

As an adult, Skies will display strong leadership, be composed and practical, and have a firm sense of pack law. She is polite and courteous, especially when greeting strangers. Skies will learn that if you give them respect, most of the time, they will respect you in return.

Skies will grow up to be a hunter like her dad.

Name: Polar Vortex
Personality: Being born in the late winter, Polar Vortex (or 'V') finds herself with a strong connection to the cold. Although she is the runt of the litter (funny, as the weather phenomenon she's named after is quite large) and can get quite cold, for some reason she feels more at peace with the frost nipping at her heels. She is kind and sickly sweet... until she's not. Think those Sour Patch Kids commercials: she tends to have seemingly random outbursts of chaotic energy that often harm those around her, but *usually* not in any major way. This will absolutely get her into trouble as she grows and, by extension, is able to cause more mild-ish drama.

When old enough, she is happy to take on the varied duties of a Hornfels member. She is very content to scout and hunt - moreso the hunting, though - and loves to channel her excess energy into serving the pack.

Name: Polar Jet Stream (x)
Personality: A giant girl in size and girth, one would never expect Jet to go as fast as she does. She has energy for days and is endlessly optimistic on top of that: she's known to zip in with a spray of snow, say a short quip or praise, and then dash off to the next interesting thing. Her mind is constantly bouncing from idea to idea, a need to explore and be first inspired from her mother. This can make Jet seem ditzy, which would hurt her feelings if she were to find out.

She's intelligent, honest! She's got a great memory for names and faces, and her interpersonal skills are top notch. It's just that she's sometimes a pup locked in a much too large body, and more than once she'll fail on hunts just because of a lack of stealth or patience, or just being straight up clumsy with her giant paws. She wants it now!! How can a hare be that fast?! What do you mean she has to stalk??

Her strengths seem to lie more in handling other pack members, especially pups. Gods know she wants plenty of her own one day, and she'll make a great nanny to the rest in the meantime. Jet would claim that there would never be a more stalwart guardian of children than she, as she's unafraid to throw her bulk at predators while protecting. She'll also encourage exploration and curiosity as well as asking questions.

When not with pups, however, Polar Jet Stream will find herself the wolf equivalent of a storm chaser. Her stamina, strength, and will to persevere will led themselves to tracking weather phenomena and reporting back to the pack ahead of it so they can prepare. Plus, you don't have to worry about being sneaky or stealthy when it comes to the wind and skies! The thrill of communing and learning about nature's power will surely slake her thirst for adventure.

Name: Runoff (x )
Personality: With boundless energy and a playful spirit, Runoff is true to her name in the way she dashes about. With little to no spacial awareness, she tends to bump into many of her pack mates. She's always apologetic about it and will say a quick 'sorry!' in passing, but unless her parents get on her tail about it, you won't get her to sit still long enough for a better apology than that.

Why would she want to sit around talking anyway? She's got things to do! With her mother's inherited size, she's convinced she'll be able to take down any large prey beast she finds! With big dreams of impressing the Alpha, Runoff's only direction in life is to be the best hunter in the pack!
