We can add a back button for the bottom of the mobile forums, definitely.

Thank you for providing the example. I see that the post number after the pound symbol did not get forwarded in the new window. We have pushed out a fix for this! It should be active shortly.

Looks like one bug fixed caused another issue to appear. We will work on this issue this week.

That does look like a database error. I hope we have the data backed up. Might take a while to find out what went wrong though.

I'm sorry but I don't think so, we released those items before paw base were made, it's unlikely that we'll go back and expand them as there were a lot more items that are in similar situations.

Question- Spinami often has a lot of empty slots, many times its more empty than full, can we get those empty slots replaced with something like inks or charms?
I would very much prefer it to be white ink. It feels like its mocking me when I land on an empty slot and it says- Fantastic catch

Whoops the empty slots is due to a bug. We'll have that fixed ASAP.

There have been an increasing lack of moderation in the "offsite advertisement" spam we've been getting for the past few weeks now. GCD, SF, Question & Assistance forums have offsite spam threads dating as far back as a week even. Is there really no one tasked to clear these up? Because it is getting on my nerves to just report, ignore, and have that many spam taking up the front page of forums I frequently visit.
Also, I have been checking to see if there's anyone online that have the ability to move/deal with said spam. 100% offline for the most part (mod assist do not deal with these threads). :/

Thank you for pointing this out. We're working on tools to let users help deal with these issues. The system should be able to quickly remove the offending threads and leave them for mods to review whether they are online or not.

Thank you for the recent update that allows us to unsubscribe from blocked threads! It's a nice addition. However, there are a few of us having issues. When we go to unsubscribe from a blocked thread... there's no checkbox. We're not sure if it is because those threads were deleted or if there's some other reason*. But the tldr is we can't remove them. (I can grab you a screenshot if you need it.)

Just wanted to bring to everyone's awareness that there is apparently an issue with zen desk. Several people in SQ&A have been stating they either can't make tickets or can't update tickets most talking about a message bout the account "expiring".
One such example is here where they say they get the following error message "Failed to create: user cannot be created/updated; this Zendesk account has expired".

#1 Is it safe to trade gold/platinum with friends/others yet? I ask because I like to help others out if they need some dough to buy or create something.
#2 I also am still missing charms from a trade I did a while ago, and I know that another friend is mising inks and bugs that was part of a trade they did.
#3 Can we unfreeze items from our aquariums? I also would like to know how can an item be frozen in someone aquarium that has no decorations/items, other than fish in them?

There had been a bug with game items such as inks and bugs. That bug should have been fixed, and trading gold had nothing to do with that bug, so that's okay either way.
The recovery tool might not have account for game items. I will work on an update to recover those items. Sorry for the wait.
Please provide me with an example of items that are currently frozen and I can look into it. Not sure how that was caused in the first place.

Sorry but for the time being, please use Towns 2 for chat. We were close to having a beta version of Towns 3 but it's not ready, and will take more time to develop once we get some more resources available.

There was just an old way of doing things (I think it had something to do with discounting) so duplicates were made for the process. It just be like that sometimes sweatdrop

It's not functioning like it should be. I want to say that it first broke around the server migration and I think I recall an attempt(s) to fix it since then. Unfortunately, the fix didn't work as it should have and searches aren't turning up older information, especially from accounts that have been inactive for some time. We're actually having better luck finding what we need through Google's search.

Sorry that's an ongoing bug that is till being worked out. Harder to fix as I'm not too familar with the new search engine.

I'm actually surprised I got out of my dr.'s app. early enough to get here for this woooooooo.
So the Unsubscribe from blocked threads thing was implemented... Last week? I think? And I'm still having issues unsubbing from topics that have been blocked or whatever.
If I had to hazard a guess, those threads look to be removed threads -- so I can't even access them. And that means they don't have a box to check next to, to unsubscribe from them. cat_sweatdrop Am I stuck with those threads, or can they be cleared by a higher up?

I am wondering of the status of changing the current rules in the Anime/Manga/Comics forum becaue the current rules the AMC has are currently very restrictive and block most posting topics from being discussed to fully make that forum thrive again along with other forums in needing their rules updated as well. I asked this smae question about 3 months ago and Jak Bauer said he would get to work on this and so far, nothing has happened yet. emo
Devs, can you give us any updates on this front seeing as Gaia's forums are the main draw to Gaia besides the avatar system?

Actually was just talking to someone about that, there are changes that have been made just waiting for my review. Apparently *I* am the bottleneck (d'oh!).

I've noticed, especially for older items, that they don't have enough tags or don't have very good tags. This makes it difficult to find several items. For example, say there's an item with a fox animal companion. You would think that there would be a tag on the item that says "fox" but then it doesn't have the tag saying "fox."
My suggestion would be to have users add the tags to the items. Since there are so many items, it would be easier to have lots of users working on it instead of just moderators and admins.
However, I'm not sure what type of system would work best to avoid users mistagging items or adding irrelevant tags. I think Steam uses a system that adds tags after so many users have suggested a certain one, so that could be one way to do it.

Currently you can add tags while in inventory view when you're looking at an item's details. You should be able to add tags such as "fox" to the item. Moderators help with approving tag suggestions.

Currently item arranger has some issues with the item stacking feature. It's a difficult problem to fix but it's on our buglist. I hope to find a good way to fix it soon.

I brought the train stage back but it has a lot of inherent script that breaks the stage because we already completed the tutorial. I still need to change those scripts, put in some monsters and make the stage work for groups to access instead of one player at a time.
Let me look at the music player, hopefully it's not too hard to fix.
Sorry I had to filter out some event specific scripts first and I didn't get a chance to upload the rest of the scripts. Will do so ASAP.
