*Bio:
xxxx Fillavandrel was born into a strange family of higher demons, despite their elevated position over most demons as a high tier demon they were hardly respected as such. The Aep'Svin were a family long dedicated to their religion, worshiping a demon of old, Jomutoth. The elder demon was known in the old days as the devil of kinship, meant to keep the demons together after their many years of internal strife. Growing up in that environment, he knew little more than what his family taught him, and what intelligence the scriptures and lessons provided for him.
xxxxIt would be in his late three hundreds that his family would go through hard times, several high tier demons that believed their beliefs were outdated would pay his family a visit. If paying his family a visit meant murdering them in cold blood because they refused to comply to the new ways and proceeded to burn their home and shrine to the ground, then yeah, paying a visit. Such scuffles weren't uncommon among demons, and thankfully Fillavandrel managed to slip away without becoming a victim as well. Seeing the death and destruction that befell is family despite his teachings of demonic altruism, he fell into a stupor. His teachings from the devils would tell him that all demons should care for one another, help one another. Yet such evil was brought upon demon, by demon.
xxxxDespite the evil committed, he became enamored with his faith. Recovering what scraps he could of the texts, beginning to recreate his home and places of worship piece by piece. He spent many more years working to rebuild his home, studying, and praying until it all changed again. This time for the better. In his meditation, a voice spoke to him, claiming to be the devil which he prayed too. It wasn't a conversation, it was a calling. Find the demons that slaughtered his family, and offer them to Jomutoth. It was in his early six thousands that he would receive his unholy weapons, the Shackles of Jomutoth. It took him a little over a year to find the men, and upon restraining them, offering them to Jomutoth for judgement. This was where he got to meet his parents again, learning more of his new power. Two skeletons rising from a tremor in the ground, speaking with the voice of his parents would read the men their wrongdoings and condemn them to life underground. With his parents returned to him in a new form, and a new goal in life, founded under his faith, he moved into the demon armies to make his way in the world. His goal, punish those who wrong demon-kind.
xxxxIt didn't take long for Fillavandrel to move up on the social ladder through the military, with wars frequent and sin high, it was not hard to find a new target, and elves were the worst of them. War after war, punishment after punishment, Fillavandrel would arise from the conflict stronger, and wiser from it, the strength of his pantheon growing greater and greater. It would take sixteen thousand years, but he would eventually pull the interest of King Gahndur, and even "The Elf Carver" himself, the men whom Fillavandrel admired the most. Ever war he fought at the Carver's side was a greater honor than he could imagine. Until the untimely deaths of both of his role models, where he was asked to step up by his fellow men. The wars waged on, even without the demon legends.

*Strengths: Close/Medium range combat, unwavering calm, strong defenses, and remarkably experienced.
*Weaknesses: Doesn't have much in the way of range, must fight honorably, restricted to one weapon.
*Abilities:
Shackles
- Given to him for his unshakable loyalty, by Jomutoth, Fillavandrel possesses the ability to summon a set of ethereal, black and purple chains with shackles at the end of each. The shackles and chains exude a rich black aura which sucks the life out of organic material it touches. For smaller organic materials (plants, small animals, etc), it will outright kill them, rapidly draining them of energy until they're left dilapidated corpses. For larger organic materials (people, large animals, etc) every strike from his chains will drain small doses of energy from the victim causing a loss in vigor and strength. When a victim has a shackle placed on them, they become unable to take it off as if gradually drains them of their energy in small increments.
xxxx- All energy stolen from the chains is bestowed to Fillavandrel.
xxxx- Full Restraint: When both shackles have been placed on a victim, they will lose strength and vigor at exceptional rates until they are too tired to pursue any longer.
Buried Alive
- Upon achieving [Full Restraint] Fillavandrel has the choice to give the shackled victim to his patron demon, Jomutoth. Upon ceding possession of the victim, the victim in raised from the ground in suspended animation as a tremor forms below them, opening to a massive void. A skeletal couple, of man and woman arise from the tremor to welcome the victim. The victim's sins toward demon-kind are weighed, and after unerring evaluation, the couple cast judgement of the victim's wrongdoings. The judgement cast will directly relate into a punishment. A ghastly, ethereal coffin will form, size and material will vary depending on person, and punishment. After being rested in the coffin, they are ceremoniously cast into tremor, descent distance is dependent on punishment. Once the coffin reaches it's determined distance, the tremor is closed encasing the coffin in the earth where the ritual took place and returning the couple to the earth. The victim will then be released from the shackles, depending on punishment, and left to their devices to find their way out.
