For somebody straight out of the hospital, Mina was out and raring to go. Fumiko followed behind her, huffing all the way while she would be running quick enough to keep the younger of the two at a full sprint. "*huff* Why're you...so fast? " she huffed while she was offered a chance to keep up while Mina would be looking up at the chaos by the falls. They shared a moment of confusion while the battle raged on above. Fumiko looked up at the red haired shopkeep while tilting her head. "I dunno. Seems like whatever's happening isn't good. Let's go up there and save the day." she nodded her head in agreement with her and sprinted up the stairs to the main arena with Mina. She did a few hand seals and would activate her Chidori while Fumi would look at her one second and then her trail of dust the next. "Graaaah! Stupid high rank jutsus and stupid chakra control and stupid..." she muttered to herself while sunshining to landmarks in an effort to go and close the distance between her and Mina.
After she had managed to somehow appear behind her friend and/or person she was supposed to be taking care of, the smaller medic hopped over a fallen Jashinist to stand beside Mina. her sleeves at the ready to start launching jutsus. She was ready to sicken a b***h if they rolled up! "I'm here! Are y- Hey!" there Mina was, quivering a little as Fumiko would rush to her side. After a hand seal, she could tell from the Diagnosis that there was poison present in Mina's system. "Let me help you. Stay still." she said, summoning some chakra forth and hovering her hands over Mina's side. Her beneficial jutsu would pulse around the girl as the remnants of poison would vanish entirely. Once she had concluded, screams of pain and terror would fill the air. The two swiveled over at the Nara as Fumi gasped in horror at what was happening. She quickly ducked behind Mina from the explosion for cover, only popping out when it was safe for her to do so.
"Ah-Wha-Wh-What was that? Is she okay? Do you know her or something, Mina?"

Himitsu quickly but quietly made his way through the lower canopy of the forest, constantly scanning ahead of himself and following the distant sounds of battle. Heโd been dispatched to the falls to assist with whatever he could, be it basic first aid, ally transport, distractionary efforts, or (gods forbidโฆ) body recovery. The Jashinists at the Hot Springs hadnโt been so successful in their attacks, but this was a much more unpredictable locale than the middle of town.
The young Uchiha kept his focus on the mission at hand, and on his chakra control. Since heโd learned how to use Wind nature chakra, Himitsu had learned to dampen the sounds of his footfalls while channeling his chakra there. While it didnโt do anything to muffle the sounds of leaves and branches around him, it at least helped to hide that the sounds were coming from a person and not the wind or a forest creature.
As he silently propelled himself forward, he began to hear the soft chattering of conversation ahead of him. Weary of the sounds of another group, Himitsu slowed down, and put extra effort into keeping his movements silent. Carefully, he made his way closer and closer to the noise, creeping closer to the ground each leap. When he could begin to clearly make out words, he took another silent leap forward, and the pair of shinobi below him came into full view.
Below him on the ground stood two men. One had his back to Himitsu and was hard to make out, but the one facing Himitsu was familiar. Unable to place a name with the face immediately, Himitsu just assumed heโd seen him in the village, given the boyโs Leaf Village headband. When he introduced himself to the other man as Kai Uchiha, things clicked in Himitsuโs head. Of course he looked familiar, he was essentially Himitsuโs โcousin however-many-times-removedโ and close to his age. The pair had probably even interacted once or twice before, even if just in passing.
As Himtisu watched Kai however, one thing was clear: The two might be close in age, but right now they were worlds apart in power. Kai had clearly taken a beating, but was standing here shaking hands with another Shinobi, a smile on his face. Himitsu at first wrote it off as Uchiha Strength, but something about Kaiโs disposition while bruised and in need of further medical attention pulled further respect from him, along with a fair amount of adoration. Sure Himitsu could pull himself up after a beating, but he sure as hell wasnโt going to be smiling about it after. Especially after what heโd seen from just a few Jashinist fights. Which meant, to Himitsu at least, that Kai was either crazy strong, crazy optimistic, or just plain crazy. Either way, Himitsu made a note to get to know him better when the mission was wrapped up.
After seeing Kai exchange pleasantries with the other male, Himitsu hopped down into the clearing with the other leaf shinobi. All circumstances considered, he didnโt feel that introducing himself was necessary. His headband identified him as an ally, and that would be good enough for now. When his feet hit the ground, he raised his hands slightly to reaffirm he was not an enemy and was not currently armed. โIโm no medic, but how can I help?

โฑโฐโฑI covered my ears and ducked instinctively when Kiku flew over. "So you really are..." The words stuck in my throat as I realized that Kiku's bizarre plan to put herself into a puppet actually worked. Above all, I was relieved that she was not dead. Before I could relish the joy that my medical procedure was successful and that my friend would be just fine, I felt dizzy. I was inexplicably delirious as I tried to stand erect again. I moved my hands from my head and rubbed my eyes. This was an odd situation, was I poisoned? That seemed unlikely given the type of combat I had engaged in earlier. It was then that it dawned on me. "Krekkrekkrekkrekkrekrekrekrek! The sounds were abrupt and odd. Yet of course this was accompanied by flashes of handling Kiku's organs. To hold her still-beating heart in my hand was etched into my memory with depth that it would not even be revealed until the adrenaline of the emergency subsided. Now I was feeling the full brunt of the terror and anxiety. My skin was being crawled over by thousands of tiny legs. It was like an itch that was inside my skin. Unable to be relieved by a scratch. Before I could re-enter the battle, I dropped to my knees and felt the anxiety attack coming on. Loser, ******** worthless, what are you even doing now? Get up and fight! Kelkelkelkelkelkelkel! Zeenzeenzeenzeenzeenzeen!" The sounds of the hive only increased my heart rate as I began crawling away from the scene. Once I could get behind a tree I ripped my mask off and threw it away. As I recalled the blood and bile coating my hands and the panic set in I began vomiting. It was uncontrollable and unpleasant as the insects continued to mock me for hiding from not only my enemies but my allies as well. What has she done for you? We're you're family, Nimure! We love you! Listen to us! I stood up again but only to stumble away from the mess I left behind. I had no retention of my mental faculties as utter panic consumed me in its jaws. I curled up at the base of a different tree and wrested my worried face into my kneecaps.

The damages of this poor area had her use chakra at her feet to make her way over to her friends quicker. Arrived one time... to see how long she was out. It was mostly over. Iron filled her mouth as she bit into her cheek out of anger and frustration at herself. A familiar redhead. Inohachi felt timid all of a sudden. It was as if she was a child with her hand caught in the cookie jar and Mina was her mother. There was something else though. Her brows furrowed as she frowned, seeing tentacles but them calling it Shikarie? "Wait, what"" She said out loud as she finally saw her. Her heart dropped. What happened? When did she get a curse mark? She read about it, didn't think she would see it in the flesh, not after New Verlas.... quickly, she squatted down onto the ground, bit into her thumb, and started to make a seal, figured that blood would be easier to etched onto the ground and pressed chakra into the seal. If it works, it would force Shikaire's curse mark back to dormant. [ Inverse Four Dark Mist Array ] She had failed so much, this one, she wasn't going to fail at. Her throat still felt tight and she was fighting to not cry because everyone went through worse than she did, she had no right to even be here and show her face since her face was a face of failure.

The barrier was broken and the akamichi that was tasked in harming Inohachi had a limb severed in a flash. It was then that the explosion covered the area before Shikarie. The flames burning in the battlefield glistened in her eyes as she looked down upon them from tree branch where she stood. The Jashinist's that got caught in the crossfire were taken out by Shikarie's justu. With the barrier still up her teammate chosuke's wasn't spared of the devastation, and received major burns. Most of his injuries were on his limbs as he used her arms to cover his face and torso. The one who broke the barrier was a familiar red head, accompanied by another who Shikarie didn't recognize. No matter.
This would be the first time the curse mark was brought to the service since receiving the mark. So it was no shock that her comrades were surprised to see the tentacle pattern wrapped around her body. Chosuke questioned what happened to her while Mina questioned when Shikarie. Her response? None. Shikarie kept quiet and kept her eyes fixated on the three in front of her. Leaping down from the tree she slowly rose back up to her feet. Taking in the information she saw before her she noted this. Mina looked tired, exhausted and frieghtened, she was weak. The girl accompanying her was busy healing Mina from the poison the barrier caused her. And Chosuke, who just experienced first degree burns. All across the board, they were all put off guard at the mere sight of the Nara. 'If that's the case, then...'
Shikarie would start to steadily walked towards the trio. Reaching down to her kunai holster on her right leg, Shikarie slowly removed a single kunai as she walked. The sound of metal weapons scrapping against one other could be heard as she pulled out the weapon. Then after performing a single hand sign Shikarie would poof away in a cloud of smoke. {{Hidden Assassin Technique [ Hitoshirenu Shikaku no Jutsu ]}} Appearing behind the trio Shikarie would be seen attacking them with the fresh blade she just took out. At great speed, She would strike, aiming at Chosuke's heart.
Meanwhile, as the diversion was taking place from behind the trio the real Shikarie was stood right were the last saw her. At the very moment their attention would be drawn to her illusion Shikarie would perform another handsign and preform her clan's jutsu. Her shadow would race forward quickly and raise up from the ground forming hard and sharpened tentacles. The tips of the tentacles aimed for the heads of Chosuke, Mina, and Fumiko {{Shadow Imitation: Sewing Technique [ Shadล Mohล: Hลsei Gijutsu ]}}. Just as the Shadows would approach their heads, they stopped.
The curse mark had started to recede and revert back to its dormant state. Shikarie was now in control and the Jashinist Yamanaka's Jutsu was gone. In fact, it was the OTHER Yamanaka that saved not only her but the others as well in the knick of time. Releasing the jutsu the shadow would drop down to the ground and shrink back to it's original form. Shikarie's knees buckled and she fell to the ground and dropped the real kunai allowing it to fall to the ground before catching herself on all fours and started to heavily breathe. 'What....the....hell' Was all the could think. This had never happened before. Shikarie had not idea what that was. It was a strange feeling. She felt a lot more chakra running through her system than she normally did. There was also this stinging feeling felt at the base of the back of her neck and she quickly grabbed at the location with a single hand.

However, an illusionary version of the user appears behind the target and rushes straight at the target with unbelievable speed, piercing the targetโs heart with a sharp object.

Despite the blistering heat of the flames, Minaโs blood ran cold. So was this what it felt like to everyone else back in New Verales? Back when she lost control? This aura of intimidation that rolled from Shikarie like a heatwave, as well as the demonic flames that surrounded them, froze the red head to the spot. Even as Fumiko healed her, it was all Mina could do to stay standing. Her body was shaking, trembling from exertion and trauma. As Shikarie jumped down to the ground, in Minaโs eyes, she changed form, turning into the very same cursed state Mina had. Reflexively the former shinobi shifted to stand in between Fumiko and the advancing Nara. But even as she did that, Mina could feel a burning on her skin.
Her own Curse Mark, that she had tried so hard to seal, was beginning to activate. As if it were responding to the call of Shikarieโs own mark, the call of power that drew upon more power. Minaโs flesh started to burn from a point originating at the curve of her neck. A small glow of red, taking the form of the kanji for โfire,โ could barely be seen through her collar. Mina hissed through her teeth and reached up to cover the mark with her hand, to no avail as it slowly started to spread against her will. In her exhausted state it took all of Minaโs willpower not to let her Curse Mark take over, but because of that she couldnโt defend herself or anyone else from Shikarieโs offensive.
The redhead could see through the Genjutsu, her own experience with the discipline being more than enough to see through the illusion. But with her diminished chakra reserves and lack of focus, Mina wasnโt in any position to do anything about it. Between her nerves and the heat of the flames, sweat started to roll from her forehead as she kept her focus on the real Shikarie. Her mind was racing, there had to be something she could do! But as she tried to force ideas, all that came to Minaโs mind were images of her own victims. Screaming and burning people, because she was weak back then. And this was happening because she was too weak now, too. As Shikarieโs shadow trapped her, the irony of that issue wasnโt lost on Mina.
The red head winces as the shadow spikes rose from the ground and came rushing right at her eyes. She flinched, closing her eyes and turning her head as much as she could. But when the pain didnโt come, Mina cracked an eye open to see what was going on. Light illuminated the five of them from the ground as a Fuuin array was etched into the ground. Like water to flame it subdued both Shikarieโs and Minaโs Curse Marks. The former shinobi let out a breath of relief as the tendrils of darkness faded away into nothingness as the Nara got a hold of herself once again. โThanks Inohachi, youโre a lifesaverโฆโ Mina huffed, her exhaustion finally cursing her to double over a little bit. โIs everyoneโฆ okay..?โ
Battlefield Presence โ The user's powerful presence on the battlefield strikes terror into their foes. Opponents are able to sense the user's terrifying fighting spirit five feet from the user per body rank of the user through chakra sense. Those within range can have this radiating fearful aura become the trigger for genjutsu, allowing genjutsu to be cast by acknowledging the user. In addition, should an opponent be targeted by a melee technique that is greater in rank than the target's body rank that target has tier two paralysis applied to their legs, requiring it to be broken by Kai equal to the user's body rank, costing the target no action for that specific instance of kai.
Master of Deception โ With genjutsu, realism and the sensory ability of the target factor heavily into the ability of the victim to realize they are in a genjutsu. The illusionist chooses [1] Sense of Specialization that will render a genjutsu cost [1] rank less if the casted genjutsu's primary sense is their specialization. Genjutsu that use the illusionist's Sense of Specialization as the primary sense become resistant to the sensory powers of sages and non-Infinite Perception discipline scholars. This resistance means that the genjutsu will go unnoticed from these abilities. Since the illusionist has become so adept in their Sense of Specialization they may always weave it into genjutsu as an Additional Sense unless it would bring the illusion's sensory control above the [5] limit. The illusionist may also always select any Additional Sense that is not their Sense of Specialization to add to a genjutsu as long as it does not exceed the cap of [5] manipulated senses.

Erudite Academic โ You compromise on excelling at one to be proficient in both sealing and sensory. The Academic's body is considered a scroll so seals can be used and stored on your direct body. Your body may be treated as three scrolls equal to their body rank. If you are double class and have a second discipline from this class then you may add the five slots to your mirrored amount of ninjutsu, using these techniques for ninjutsu, sealing and sensory. Fuuinjutsu and sensory skills do not require handseals and are one rank less in chakra cost (Following the one rank max reduction rules) All three of your actions can be used on fuuinjutsu and/or sensory for one post every three posts in combat. In addition, the duration of all sealing techniques and all sensory techniques are increased by two posts. Finally, Erudite Academic Ninja have the ability to Korabo their fuuinjutsu and sensory for 1 action with varying cooldowns depending on the rank of the techniques. E-D - None C-B - 1 A-S - 2 S+ - 3
โฑโฐโฑ Flames of Salvation | The user's effected fire based techniques effected by the active flame are reduced by 5 chakra for every other rank of the technique. ( D, B and S Rank ). In addition, fire based techniques are considered one rank lower against the user.
โฑโฐโฑ Inferno Mastery | The user gains four additional ninjutsu slots to be used specifically for katon techniques per body rank. Additionally, hand signs may be executed with one hand. The user's fire techniques all cause an additional post of burning while adding an additional tier of burning/burns to fire based techniques.
โฑโฐโฑ Fanning Flames | The user's fire based techniques may be doubled in size for no additional cost. This does not effect the strength of the user's fire based techniques. In addition, should the user's fire ninjutsu or clan techniques interact with another fire based technique, the user's technique steals one rank of chakra from the opposing technique. If this overpowers the opponents technique, this technique continues on it's path normally.
โฑโฐโฑ Martial Magnetism | After establishing direct physical contact and using the Magnetizing Technique on an enemy, the magnetic attraction between the Jiton user and the enemy becomes so strong that the enemy's agility is reduced by [1] point per body rank of the user for a maximum reduction of [6] points at S+ rank. The nightmare was over. Prince has frozen up and could of paid for it tremendously if it wasn't for the others jumping in and stopping the limelight. He needed to get stronger, but that was something for another day right? He could have some solace that he did something right? Count the little victories? We need get you set then. Can't keep the fans awaiting indeed. I didn't even know you was a wrapper. Must be hard to balance bothโ Was Prince this delusional to take this as actual truth? More and more were coming to the rescue and with everyone there, Prince was becoming a little flustered and a shamed by how much others were stronger. He was a medic but he still needed to be strong enough defend himself. Some jutsus, he didn't even come close to the same ranking too. There was also other things he had to think about which would ping into his head. There had to be others that needed help.

Kai was flattered at the attention his supporter gave him. "I appreciate your concern, Usien. I do really feel better though..." He didn't want anyone to worry about him - he was pretty resilient. When Himitsu offered to help as well, Kai really felt flattered. Usien flickered away, healing Kai a little more in his wake. "Seriously, I do feel much better. If I couldn't take a bit of a beating, I'd be a huge disappointment to my fans. And speaking of, I can't keep my mom and the Hokage waiting any longer. I gotta head out!" With that, Kai flickered away as well.
Cere dragged herself tiredly over one of the massive earthen wakes left by Caine's attack, sliding down the other side and heading for the Hokage, hand still smoldering. "Damn copy cat." She growled under her mask, single showing golden eye narrowing under frazzled green bangs as the curse mark receded from her skin. She harbored little sense of amusement in regards to the bunraku employing her clan's technique from the safety of that puppet fortress of hers. The bats circled overhead a few times, until Esmeralde swooped in and they poofed away to be replaced by a smaller, younger member of the clan which perched itself somewhat uncomfortably on her shoulder. She'd have her little bit of dissatisfaction, but what was visible of her expression would settle into a slightly less angry looking posture.
"News from Echo Caverns and a prize for all this trouble, Hokage-sama." Though Sadayo might associate some of Cere's visual trappings with Coda - especially the bats - the green hair, golden eye, broken Oinin mask, and distinctive voice would be sure to set even her for a loop. Cere's voice was significantly less reserved. It could easily be described as loud at its lowest volume, and it carried across the battlefield towards the puppet with ease even despite the mask. While Coda's voice had the tightness of one who spoke only when necessary and with as much control as possible, Cere's was big and open. There were casual inflections to it that the woman portraying her usually avoided, and it had a quality of sharpness to it that was normally absent - like her words were capable of lashing out with the same effect as the blades in the pouch on her hip.

One with the Earth | Rank S+ | Cost: Chakra Caine melds into the ground, effectively becoming part of the Earth. Once he is in the ground he is able to control the area. This has been shown to be capable of terraforming an entire area. However, Caine uses this to defend or attack. Being able to produce spikes to attack, or create entire mountains to stop an attack based on what he needs. These attacks are based on how much chakra he puts into each attack ( effectively a basic combat style of ninjutsu bending, each attack requires a ranked amount of chakra to determine it's strength. Attacks used in this way are still considered spiritual ). If Caine runs out of chakra he is abruptly while in the ground he is ejected out, but is otherwise considered to be wholly merged with the earth, requiring an opponent to target the ground with a S+ rank attack if they wish to force him out. Each time this is done, Caine will need to spend an equal amount of chakra to remain in the ground. The main downside to this is that he cannot use any other techniques ( aside from his genjutsu ) while in the ground unless he at least partially emerges from it to cast.

Oof. Yui had gotten the short end the stick with this whole "combat" thing. Any attack she launched at the person would just be effortlessly tossed away as if it as child's play. Her frustration grew and she just continued getting pounded with jutsu after jutsu. The Jashinists would eventually be forced to retreat (the ones that had lived anyway) and left the people of the falls to their own devices. The fresh Genin would push herself up and onto her own two feet with a silent grunt. A pout was painted on her face, upset at just about everything she could have offered to the village. Her skillset, her puppet, and her ability to handle herself. Some ninja, huh? The girl would cast a short lived healing hands technique on herself and slowly make her way down from the falls for a bit. She needed to o some thinking for herself...

Her four darling creations clash to the ground after conquering the jashinistsโs last blow and dismisses all but Suestune, the pangolin, and her double. With Sadayoโs message reaching the operative keeping tabs on the office she knew it would be a matter of time before anyone could truly help her.
After a survey with her puppet double Sadayo was able to regretfully confirm none of the people she arrived to Takijinsei with remained. She wasnโt injured enough to find something to be angry about. The revelation came almost as pure shock. Almost. The final moments before being torn from the others replayed for a uptight reply sounding from the Hyuga Lord. How typical of Hyuga getting themselves riled over the tiniest flaw. Someone so high and mighty with a monumental, innate power needed her to show concern? The more little sparks of impassioned anger were allowed to flourish without answers the more she was feeling inclined to curse Kenshin Hyugaโs name. Odds were that the esteemed Storm captain probably persuaded Masato to leave with him under false pretenses. Out of spite! The Nine-tails Host wouldnโt deny himself a chance to fight. A horde of foolhardy extremists was probably a prime combat opportunity.
There was truly nothing stopping Masato from flashing back to the fight except something went awry with this โpurificationโ babble. Sadayo could bash her fist into the interior walls of Senzankouโs cabin, however weakly, as often as she wanted without a single somebody knowing why. She would pause only to answer going-ons she was taking in through her puppet at the Hokageโs office with silent articulations of words and unsuspecting changes in her tonality one could hear on the other end.
When the office didnโt need her, well, Sadayo was dealing with whatever selfish, impassioned reason she could feel springing up to set her against Kenshin. Boundless anger, in debilitated a fever, being worked up over very professional and very personal reasons. Although when Kichiri came she was spent. The JUEI operativeโs timing was impeccable with his vulture taking the lead to pinpoint a fresh scar of battle in the forest. His arrival coinciding with Coda voicing the beginning of her report.
The front of Kichiriโs mask turning to Codaโs broken mask saying nothing initially only as he passes his attention to the Sadayo puppet before finally to the pangolin. โHold that thought,โ he calls motioning with a simple gesture.
At this point, Sadayoโs pangolin was nearly lying on its side in probably some last ditch effort to make her puppet-double more important looking. Kichiri kicked at the puppetโs belly with a few, unusual clunky metal sounds hammering from with his sandal before the hatch gave way. โAnd anybody else would have broken their foot,โ He remarks casually about the damage to knelt to awkwardly enter the pangolinโs cabin and retrieve one disgruntled puppeteer and set her on the ground among the remnants of the makeshift arena.
Splotchy red marks were ever present across Sadayoโs face, hands, and her hair wasnโt reminiscent of her typical self. Her eyes were red-rimmed as proof of her frustration and how she was following Kichiri so closely was enough proof of stable vision. In the open, Sadayo drapes stoicism over her anger and grief to suit her roles as a leader. She wouldnโt readily permit the masses to see the furrow of her brow or the snarling curl of her mouth but a sigh heaved in relief that this trail was at an end. It was hard enough on Sadayo that at least one outside of her inner circle Kichiri was likely baring to witness the result of her fight.
โIs the news so good that weโre safe to broadcast it?โ The sting of her injuries carrying a cynical note in her weary, groaning reply for the operativeโs choice of address of calling out to her. She attempted to arch her neck against the pain to see just who was calling to her.
Kichiri, all the while, was summoning assistance. He could be seen mumbling into something unseen on his person before he could exert himself for a reverse summon. Another JUEI operative who proved themselves quickly to be a medic who went right to work on Sadayoโs hands, โDirector, please lie still.โ
Kichiri stayed near but he certainly wasnโt itching to mention to Sadayo how all her ponytails were gone. He eyed the remaining puppets and the scene of the battle in general. โWhat a mess. โDid your jashinist talk? My spouted a name and opt to waste his breath on low-brow insults.โ

โฐHeavenly Momentum โฐ Training of Enlightenment | Rank D | Training The user meditates on the utility of Ninjutsu in Taijutsu-heavy battles. At any time after the training is completed, the user can then sacrifice a number of Ninjutsu slots to grant their Taijutsu abilities up to a certain rank a permanent elemental affinity. The element must be one the user has access to, and repeating the process with another element stacks the benefit. Two Ninjutsu slots may be given up to increase the highest rank of techniques affected by this; for Shinobi whose Ninjutsu count is split amongst different categories, as in the Ninjutsu Class, the slots lost affect all categories. The Oinin smirked under her mask, single golden eye tracing the Hokage's rather disheveled form. Her path carried her closer, but not so close that the bunraku might feel the need to summon her little gaggle of underlings to keep the woman who, aside from Coda's shared skillset, was very visibly and audibly not the same person. Moreover, close inspection would reveal that Cere wore nothing in the way of village identifying markings. She was Coda's deniability, and the plan had been to use that as a means to infiltrate the Jashinists' ranks before the stupid Hyuga had decided to get in her way. That aside, this was quite the amusing end to this particular sequence of events, as far as the multifaceted shinobi was concerned. She cooed in a mockingly mournful tone - one Sadayo would probably now more pronouncedly not recognize as Coda's typical annoyed deadpan. One with the Earth | Rank S+ | Cost: Chakra Caine melds into the ground, effectively becoming part of the Earth. Once he is in the ground he is able to control the area. This has been shown to be capable of terraforming an entire area. However, Caine uses this to defend or attack. Being able to produce spikes to attack, or create entire mountains to stop an attack based on what he needs. These attacks are based on how much chakra he puts into each attack ( effectively a basic combat style of ninjutsu bending, each attack requires a ranked amount of chakra to determine it's strength. Attacks used in this way are still considered spiritual ). If Caine runs out of chakra he is abruptly while in the ground he is ejected out, but is otherwise considered to be wholly merged with the earth, requiring an opponent to target the ground with a S+ rank attack if they wish to force him out. Each time this is done, Caine will need to spend an equal amount of chakra to remain in the ground. The main downside to this is that he cannot use any other techniques ( aside from his genjutsu ) while in the ground unless he at least partially emerges from it to cast.

[ Channeling Martial Skill Training ] Ability for techniques to carry two elemental properties. Ability to add bloodline elements.
[ Kaiser Fist Training ] The armor now emits a crackling, bright, white hot chakra that appears like a thin aura around the user. The chakra causes mild burns on contact. In addition, the user gains a [1] point increase to strength and speed per rank of the armor. ------- Kaiser Armor allows the user to regenerate 10 stamina per rank of chakra applied to each technique while the armor is active. The user may not generate more stamina than their reserves may hold. ------- The Kaiser Armor now causes searing burns upon contact that blister due to the crackling chakra. The user's strength and speed are increased by [1] point per rank of the armor. Taijutsu and bukijutsu techniques used while the armor is active create shock waves [5] feet in the direction of the attack per rank of the technique.
[ Mirror Image Arts Training ] The user may cast the Shadow Clone technique in conjunction with techniques from this style to replace mirror images with the clones. Casting Shadow Clones in this manner does not consume an activation. ------- The user has learned to control their chakra in a fine manner which allows them to create an additional mirror image per rank of the technique it is executed with. These additional images do not increase the strength of the parent technique.

In these training posts, they must ingest poisonous plants, soak their limbs in giant jars of venom, and other methods of introducing poisons to their body. This training will bring the user to the brink of death, often requiring hospitalization, especially those whose bodies reject the poisons. After succeeding, the user's physical strikes that draw blood will administer Tier 1 Poison for each attack which draws blood.

โฐHeavenly Momentum โฐ Training of Enlightenment | Rank D | Training The user meditates on the utility of Ninjutsu in Taijutsu-heavy battles. At any time after the training is completed, the user can then sacrifice a number of Ninjutsu slots to grant their Taijutsu abilities up to a certain rank a permanent elemental affinity. The element must be one the user has access to, and repeating the process with another element stacks the benefit. Two Ninjutsu slots may be given up to increase the highest rank of techniques affected by this; for Shinobi whose Ninjutsu count is split amongst different categories, as in the Ninjutsu Class, the slots lost affect all categories. (i.e.: paying 2 slots will grant all Taijutsu techniques up to E-Rank with an element, paying 10 slots will affect up to A-Rank, etc.) Doing this will negate any and all learning reductions toward all Taijutsu, including those granted by personal attributes, being taught, being in a dojo, etc. If initially performed after this stage of training is mastered, the user must train every known technique in every known Taijutsu Style for the difference between the old required post count and the new one. Slots consumed this way must be marked as such on the userโs profile. Techniques altered this way count as both Taijutsu AND Ninjutsu in combat.

tab A mix of concern and confusion, Chosuke awaited a response from Shikarie as to what had happened to her to cause this transformation. However, no answer would ever come. Instead, his friend seemed to ignore his question entirely, silently descending from her perch as she began to approach their group. If her burning him was an accident, he could accept that. If her new appearance was some new jutsu she'd picked up, he could accept that too. But not getting any response at all? That was starting to put him on edge. "Okay, Shikarie. I know you're not really much of a talker but you're kind of starting to freak me out here." he called out to her. Still, she continued her silent march. He so desperately wanted to put his arms down and relax his muscles, but even though he was looking at someone he considered to be a close friend, his gut was screaming at him to ignore the pain and keep his guard up.

Still, even if he could recognize the threat, with his current injuries, there was nothing he could do defend himself. Having been recently acquainted with just how strong the Naras' shadow techniques could be, one look at the shadow heading his way let him know just how cooked his goose was. "Crap." he strained through clenched teeth as he closed his eyes. Was this truly how he'd meet his end? By the hand of an ally and friend?

Daring to reopen his eyes, Chosuke found himself face to face with the shadow that was meant to lobotomize him, causing him to let out an involuntary yelp. It wasn't until the spike faded away that Chosuke released the breath he had been subconsciously holding with a heavy sigh. tab Hitting the ground with a heavy thud, Chosuke let out a small groan. Still, any amount of pain he felt was still better than being dead, so he didn't give any complaints. Hearing Mina's voice chime in to thank Inohachi, it sounded like everyone else was okay as well. 'That's good.' he thought with a sigh. When asked if everyone was okay, he summoned just enough strength to raise an arm and give a shaky thumbs-up. "I'm good. Could go for a bowl of ramen right about now ...... Maybe two." he called out, letting his arm fall back to the ground. It was definitely going to be a loooong walk back to the village.

tab Feeling his strike connect with the cultist, Moriyama had a devilish grin on his face. It was truly satisfying to see the women be sent hurtling back into the ground. Of course, he knew better than to let his guard down just because he'd gotten a solid hit in. As such, when he landed back on the ground, he immediately took up a defensive stance, knowing that the cultist would most likely want to get back on the offensive as soon as possible. Fortunately, Momotaro was their to keep the pressure on, pinning her to the wall with his ...... spine and ribcage? 'I can't tell if that's incredibly cool or incredibly disturbing. Maybe both?' he thought.
tab Like Momotaro, Moriyama was caught off guard as a sudden wave of green and gold chakra washed over him. "The heck?" he questioned. Was this the cultist's doing? No. It didn't feel like it was killing him so it probably wasn't her. And it wasn't bones or bugs, so it couldn't have been Momotaro or Nimure. "But then who could hav- And that's when he saw her. It was Kiku, back on her feet. Or at least, they seemed like her feet. There was definitely something different about her. But what was it? This would have to be a question for later, as the sudden appearance of thrashing roots reminded him that they were still in the heat of combat.
tab Seeing Momotaro's and Kiku's combination attack send the cultist careening into the ground, Moriyama knew just what to do. With Thwack in hand, he flooded the blade with chakra and slammed it into the ground. By doing so, he caused the earth beneath the cultist to churn and twist, making it difficult for the cultist to get back to her feet {Earth's Embrace [ Chikyลซ no Hลyล ] | Rank C | Complex}. "Hah! Take that, bi- Woahwoahwoahwoahwoahwoahwoah!" Unfortunately, his triumphant cheer was cut short when one of the many quickly sprouting trees managed to hook under the back of his shirt, lifting him up into the air. Thankfully, the tree did eventually stop growing, though this did leave him dangling from one of the tree's many branches. "So uhhhhh did we win?" he called down from his involuntary perch. However, one look at the cultist's crushed body or at least what was left of it told him they had. "I'll take that as a yes."
tab Squirming and wriggling, Moriyama tried to free himself from the branch that had snatched him. Unfortunately, the way the branch had grown from within his shirt made this task quite difficult. "Hey, Momotaro! Could you ....." he began to call out, but seeing the tall boy holding Kiku 2.0 in his arms, he could tell he had other priorities at the moment. "Never mind! You've got your hands full! That's cool!" Momotaro would have been his first choice for aid, given his physical prowess, but since he was busy, Moriyama would have to turn to plan b. "How about you, Nimure? Think you could lend me a hand? ..... Nimure? .......... Buddy? ............... You there?" he called out, though no response came.
tab Moriyama sighed. "Looks like I'm gonna have to do this the hard way." Allowing Thwack to disappear from his grasp in a puff of smoke as it returned to his body, he then began to fiddle with the zipper on his shirt in order to free himself. Unfortunately, with his shirt being occupied by both himself and the branch, the added tightness made the zipper difficult to work with. "Come on. Come on. Cooome onnn. Coooooooome ooooooonnnnnn- GAAAAAAAH!" While Moriyama was able to eventually free himself from his shirt, he was then swiftly reminded that gravity existed as he began to fall. Along the way, he was greeted by a plethora of branches who seemed more than happy to kindly break his fall before he finally found his way back to the ground.
tab Allowing himself a moment lay motionless on the ground, Moriyama eventually pulled himself back to his feet. Not exactly how he pictured his victory but at least he was still standing, which was more than he could say about the cultist woman. "Now. Where did Nimure get off to?" he pondered. He had eyes on his other teammates but he hadn't seen their medic since he and Momotaro had started the second offensive. "Please tell me he's not stuck in a tree too." Thankfully, a brief walk through the impromptu forest would reveal that his friend had been spared the same fate he had suffered. However, the state that he did find Nimure in seemed far worse than anything he had experienced.
tab At first, Moriyama didn't know what to say. Clearly Nimure was experiencing some manner of emotional distress but that was something way outside his wheelhouse. "Hey man. You're not looking so hot. What's going on?" he asked in a soft voice. He was trying to hide just how awkward he felt but it would be painfully obvious. "Ah jeez. Looks like you lost your mask. And here I am without a shirt. Looks like Kiku's gonna have to open her wallet once we get back to the village, right?" he said with a small chuckle, trying to lighten the mood with a bit of humor. He then stepped closer his friend, offering him his hand. "Come on, buddy. Let's get you back on your feet. We gotta get outta here before this forest takes anymore of our clothes. I'd really like to avoid having to walk back to the village in my birthday suit if I can. Whadya say?" he said, giving his friend a reassuring smile. Hopefully, his words could help pull the guy back to his senses.
