Special events and missions will be announced in the Public Square via announcement posts starting with "SPECIAL EVENT:" or "MISSION:".
The initial post of any event or mission topic thread will run through the introduction of that event/mission and list any special circumstances or rules relevant to it. The initial post of the event/mission will be frequently updated if needed, regarding any new important information to guild members who may be posting or already have.
Purpose of Special Events:
There are no prizes involved in special events. These are strictly meant to be short, compared to missions, and to flesh out the world of FFRG by introducing characters, creatures, lore, etc. Through events, guild members are able to further interact and shape the world of FFRG. The actions you take in special events WILL affect the future!
Purpose of Missions:
Missions are meant to be long and drawn out events that result in prize(s) for participants and/or winners in the end. These prizes will be various Gaia Online items or platinum. Not only that, but the result of each mission affects the world of FFRG in the future and also results in more world building.
Please be aware that prizes are only coming from donators or myself so the amount and value of the prizes will be limited, but do know that I will try hard to make them relevant and ensure they are a valuable prize.
How Do I Participate in Special Events and Missions?:
Simply post in their threads by getting involved and also reacting to other guild members posts in it, just like you would anywhere else on Gaia Online or other roleplaying forums.
