 Dawnchaser was on a mission, as per usual. But this time it was for a rather strange pack of wolves that lived in the mountains. She rarely questioned the cultural practices of the packs she associated with, but sometimes she wondered if they were just pulling her paw and trying to see exactly how far they can push her interest in helping. Alas, this request was just like any other, and she would fulfill it... or die trying! She chuckled to herself at the thought, pft, like anything could kill me at this point... if I didn't die that one time with the bear and the beehive, I don't think this silly, albeit insane, mission will be my untimely end!
Sauntering along, Dawn kept her nose to the wind, trying to find her query before the sun began to set and they all hid away for the evening.

 The small pup had managed to get away from her uncle while he napped close by and thought it wasn't really the best idea, but she was bored. Bored out of her mind and playing in the same area was great at first until she kept seeing the same thing all the time. She was a little rambunctious and was known to like adventures. Big or small, she loved going out there and finding new things. So when she wandered away she found himself a little lost, but that didn't bother her. If she wanted her uncle to come get her all she had to do was yell for him and he would be there in a flash. She wasn't easily scared and that always meant she got into dangerous situations often. She would push the boundaries and really challenge herself even though she was at such a young age. It drove her uncle crazy and it was why he kept a very close eye on her.
But right now, she was too busy taking in the sights around her to really care and she found herself further away from her uncle then she thought. "Maybe there is something up ahead." She said to herself as she slowly moved along with a little pep in her step taking note of the darkness filling the sky above her. She looked up at the sky not paying attention to anything in front of her and tumbled right into a much larger female wolf causing her to trip over herself. "Ouch.." She mumbled as she sat up and looked at the female with bright blue eyes. "Sorry..I was distracted." She said and didn't know if the female was friend or foe. If she was for she really messed up wandering away from her uncle.
"Are you going to eat me? Because if you are...I am pretty good at biting feet.." She puffed up a little bit to make herself more menacing then she really was. Alanna the Pirate Queen Sorry for the double quote. I will probably have her uncle come in at the end to get her. xDD If that is alright? <3

Dawnchaser pushed her way through the thick underbrush with practiced ease. She was so used to ignoring the pull of brambles through her fur and the catch of thorns against her skin that she could put the discomfort in the back of her mind until the trees widened once again. As she trod through a particularly thick clump of ferns, something small and soft nudged up against her foot. The milk-heavy scent of pup hit her nose before she even had a chance to look down at the small being she had just literally stumbled upon. There wasn't even enough time for her to react before the tiny thing was going off and mumbling something about biting feet.
After taking a few moments to blink and process what just happened, Dawnchaser broke out into a huge grin and laughed as she replied, "Well aren't you just a little spitfire. As for eating you, I'm pretty sure most wolves don't actually eat other wolves... though there was this one pa--" Dawn trailed off and paused as she remembered she was talking to a strange pup and maybe she shouldn't get into the story about that one time with the cannibal pack. Much too young for those stories.
She coughed a little and continued, "Uhm... anyways. You okay little one? Not lost are you?" Looking around, Dawn wondering if she managed to be upwind of an entire family and that's why she hadn't scented any wolves before running into her new 'friend'.

Snakeroot was always the curious little pup of the litter and she was always voicing her opinion about everything without anything really holding her back. Her uncle had told her a few times that she shouldn't be so straightforward with things since it could lead her to hurt other's feelings or get her into trouble, but that wasn't who she was. She wasn't going to pretend to be something she wasn't and she wasn't going to start now either. "I like to voice my opinions..I hope that isn't an issue?" She asked and honestly wasn't trying to make the female hate her or dislike her. She didn't even make friends with other pups because she would constantly cause problems and hurt their feelings. "I'm glad to hear it then. I can relax a little bit." She said softly as she continued to watch the female with a curious gaze.
"No I'm not lost..I slipped away from my uncle and I'm out exploring. It's nice..around here. Do you know of any cool areas here or are you wandering like me?" She was honest yes, but it didn't stop her from being curious. She was always looking for something fun to do even if it was dangerous.Alanna the Pirate Queen I am so sorry this took ages ;o; New job and working out RL.
